في إطار دور مكتب الالتزام البيئي والتنمية المستدامة في دعم القطاع الصناعي في مجالات التنمية المستدامة وفي اطار العمل علي التواصل المستمر مع القطاعات الصناعية المختلفة لمواكبة التطورات والمبادرات المعنية بالتنمية المستدامة صرح د. شريف الجبلي - رئيس لجنة تسيير مكتب الالتزام البيئي والتنمية المستدامة - اتحاد الصناعات المصرية ان المكتب قد قام بالعمل علي تبني مبادرة تهدف الي دعم شراكات القطاع الخاص من اجل التنمية ومن أجل توحيد الجهود وتعزيز التعاون متعدد الاطراف في مجال التنمية المستدامة والادارة الرشيدة للمخلفات الصناعية ونشر الوعي بمفهوم الاقتصاد الدوار، حيث عقد المكتب اولي الجلسات النقاشية مع عدد من الشركات الرائدة في مجال المسئولية المجتمعية والاستدامة واوضح د. الجبلي تم الاتفاق خلال الجلسة علي عقد عدة اجتماعات اخرى بهدف عرض خبرات عدد من الدول الرائدة في مجال ادارة المخلفات والنماذج المختلفة لمفهوم المسئولية الممتدة للمنتج المطبقة في عدد من الدول بهدف دراسة ملائمة اي من هذة النماذج تتوافق مع الوضع المحلي.
اشار م. أحمد كمال عبد المنعم – المدير التنفيذى لمكتب الالتزام البيئي والتنمية المستدامة باتحاد الصناعات المصرية الجلسة النقاشية تناولت تبادل المعلومات ووجهات النظر والرؤي حول عدد من الموضوعات المتعلقة والتي من بينها مفهوم المسئولية الممتدة للمنتج، الاقتصاد الدائري والمجهودات التي قام بها القطاع الصناعي في ادراة المخلفات الصلبة "المخلفات البلاستيكية" والقوانين والتشريعات والمبادرات الدولية المتعلقة بذلك. كما تناولت الجلسة سبل واليات تنسيق الحوار بين القطاع الخاص والجهات الحكومية المختلفة في مجالات التنمية المستدامة وادارة المخلفات والمسئولية الممتدة للمنتج.كما تم الاتفاق علي دورية عقد هذا اللقاءات مع توسيع قاعدة المشاركين بها
الجدير بالذكر ان المكتب يقوم بتقديم الدعم المادي
والفنى للقطاعات الصناعية المختلفة حيث يقدم خدمات استشارية في مجال التنمية
المستدامة ونظم الادارة البيئية وترشيد الطاقة والطاقة المتجددة، ونشر قواعد
الاقتصاد الدوار بهدف رفع كفاءة الصناعة الوطنية وزيادة الانتاجية وتقليل استهلاك
الموارد بالاضافة الى تحسين بيئة العمل الداخلية ووقاية وحماية العاملين بالمنشآت.
كما يقدم قروض ميسرة لتمويل معدات صناعية لتطبيق تكنولوجيات التوافق البيئى وترشيد الطاقة داخل المنشآت الصناعية بقيمة تصل الى 7 مليون جنيه مصرى تسدد على أقساط سنوية من سنة حتى خمس سنوات متضمنة سنة سماح ومصاريف إدارية 3.5% عن طريق البنك الأهلى المصرى أو البنوك المشاركة.

Mr. Ahmed Kamal Abdel Moneim - Executive Director of the Environmental Compliance and Sustainable Development Office of the Federation of Egyptian Industries said the discussion session dealt with the exchange of information, views and visions on a number of related issues, including the concept of extended product liability, the circular economy and the efforts made by the industrial sector in managing solid waste. And international laws, legislation and initiatives related to this. The session also dealt with ways and mechanisms to coordinate the dialogue between the private sector and various government agencies in the fields of sustainable development, waste management and extended product liability. It was also agreed to periodically hold these meetings while expanding the base of participants
It is noteworthy that the ECO,
office provides material and technical support to the various industrial
sectors, as it provides advisory services in the field of sustainable
development, environmental management systems, energy rationalization and
renewable energy, and the publication of circular economy rules in order to
raise the efficiency of the national industry, increase productivity and reduce
resource consumption, in addition to improving the internal work environment, and
protection facilities workers
It also provides soft loans to finance industrial equipment to implement technologies of environmental compatibility and energy rationalization within industrial facilities at a value of up to 7 million Egyptian pounds, to be paid in annual installments from one to five years, including a year of grace and 3.5 percent administrative expenses, through the National Bank of Egypt or the participating banks
