في عام 2011 تخرجت من كلية الهندسة جامعة عين شمس وانضممت إلى الجيش المصري لتأدية الخدمة العسكرية، تم ترشيحي إلى سلاح الإشارة وأثناء فترة التدريب تم اختياري للانضمام لقوات حفظ السلام المسافره إلى إقليم دارفور في السودان.

أرسل لي أحد زملائي ملف ممتع يشرح ببساطة فكرة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية ومكونات المنظومة ومعلومات كثيرة كانت جديدة بالنسبة لي، بدأت ابحث عن كتب ومقالات عن كل جديد في مجال الطاقة الشمسية فأصبح وقت الخدمة العسكرية بالنسبة لي خطوة جادة لدراسة وفهم أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية استعدادا للعمل في هذا المجال عند عودتي لمصر.
قبل انتهاء فترتي في السودان بدأت أراسل شركات تعمل في هذا المجال وكان عددها محدود وتعمل في أنظمة صغيرة وسخانات شمسية

بفضل الله تم قبولي في احدى المكاتب الاستشارية المتميزة وتدريبي وإرسالي للإشراف على الأعمال الكهربية في بناء مصنع لإنتاج وتشكيل الحديد، كان مديري مهتم بمجال الطاقة الشمسية وكنا نتحدث كثيرا في هذا الموضوع ويشجعني لإكمال الدراسة مع الاستمرار في العمل وبالفعل كنت ادرس كل ما يقع أمامي يخص الطاقة الشمسية حتى جاء يوم ناداني والدي رحمه الله ووالدتي حفظها الله قالا لي تعالى شاهد الأخبار الجديدة عن مشاريع جديدة في الصحراء الغربية لري الأراضي باستخدام محطات الطاقة الشمسية.
تابعت بشغف الأخبار وعرفت اسم الدكتور المسئول عن تصميم وتنفيذ تلك المشاريع وبحثت عنه في موقع فيسبوك وراسلته موضحا انى مهتم بالمجال وابحث عن فرصة للتدريب و سرعان ما جاءني الرد بالقبول وعرض على أن اعمل مع فريقه في أيام اجازاتى من عملي الأساسي كمهندس موقع حتى تبدأ خبرتي العملية في تركيبات أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية.

وبالفعل بدأت أسافر مع فريق التركيبات في منطقة العلمين والمغرة في الصحراء الغربية وبدأنا في تركيب محطة للطاقة الشمسية تستخدم في الري واستصلاح الأراضي، كان تحدى ممتع طال انتظاره.
دفعني حبى لألمانيا إلى السعي للإكمال دراستي هناك و مراسلة الجامعات و الهيئات المتخصصة في الطاقة المتجددة

ظهرت لي فرصة من احدى منظمات المجتمع المدني للتقديم على منحة  لدراسة الطاقة المتجددة في ألمانيا ، فترة تدريبية لمدة أسبوعين في مدينة بون ، تبدو المدة قصيرة لكن تأثيرها في حياتي كلها كان كبيرا

سجدت شكرا لله عندما استلمت رسالة القبول في المنحة وشعرت بطاقة كبيرة وحماس لدراسة المزيد، كانت المنحة تضم حوالي 23 شخص من مصر وتونس والمغرب من تخصصات مختلفة لها علاقة بالطاقة المتجددة، وكان جزء من المتطلبات تجهيز عروض شرح  Presentation  حيث يقوم كل من المشاركين بشرح جزء من تخصصه وخبرته في الطاقة المتجددة، كان شعور ممتع أن ادرس واجمع معلومات أكثر عن تخصصي لشرحه لمتخصصين في مجالات أخرى، فكنت أحاول تبسيط المفاهيم الكهربية والفزيائية بشكل كبير حتى يسهل فهمها من أي تخصص أخر.
كشاب في بداية العشرينات من عمره لم تخلو أحلامي في السفر والتعلم ومقابلة فتاة جميلة للارتباط بها ، لتكون شريكة الحياة وتكوين ذكريات جميلة.

بفضل الله كل ما ذكر في الثلاثة سطور السابقة تحقق بالفعل!

كانت لحظات ممتعة بشكل كبير حينما دخلت الطائرة الأجواء الألمانية ببساطة كنت أعيش حلمى الذي طالما عاش في ذهني لسنوات.

فور وصولنا لمطار فرانكفورت استقبلنا المنسقين من الشباب الألمان وشرحوا لنا خط السير للوصول إلى مدينة بون وبالفعل ركبنا القطار وذهبنا جميعا إلى بون، كل شيء كان في نظري جميل من حيث النظام والالتزام والجدية والمناظر الطبيعية الجميلة والخضرة والهدوء.
الفترة التدريبية، عبارة عن سلسلة من المحاضرات والزيارات لشركات مختلفة ومقابلات مع مهندسين واستشاريين وأساتذة جامعة من مختلف تخصصات الطاقة المتجددة، ورش عمل تتضمن مناقشات فنية متخصصة واقتصادية عن مجالات الطاقة المتجددة بدأت توضيح الصورة لنا كم هو مجال كبير مترابط بشكل رائع ومهم لعالمنا في المرحلة الحالية والمقبلة.

فهم العلاقات الأساسية بين الجوانب البيئية والاقتصادية والفنية لمشاريع الطاقة المتجددة وإدراك مدى الترابط بينهم كان أحد أبرز النتائج والدروس المستفادة من تلك الفترة التدريبية في ألمانيا إلى جانب العلاقات والصداقات الجديدة من الدول الأربعة المشاركين في التدريب.

بعد عودتي من التدريب في ألمانيا بدأت ابحث عن فرص حقيقية للعمل في مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية والحمد لله تم قبولي في شركة مقاولات تجهز لأكبر مشاريع طاقة شمسية في مصر في وقتها عام 2014 وهي محطة طاقة شمسية في سيوة بقدرة توليد كهرباء 10 ميجاوات لتقليل استهلاك الوقود المستخدم في مولدات الطاقة لشبكة سيوة ومشروع اخر وهو إنارة 3400 بيت بالطاقة الشمسية في 3 محافظات مختلفة ،وجدت دعم حقيقى من مديرى و زملائى وتدرجت في المهام من مهندس تنفيذي ثم نائب مدير المشروع ثم مديرا للمشروع.
رزقني الله بالعمل  في محطات طاقة شمسية في سيوة ، حلايب ، أبو رماد، شلاتين، مرسى علم، السلوم ثم سافرت بعدها كاستشاري مع احدى شركات الاستشارات العالمية  للإشراف على تنفيذ اكبر محطة طاقة شمسية في الأردن وقتها 2016 في مدينة معان و بعد الانتهاء من الإنشاء و الاختبار و التشغيل  عدت إلى مصر للمشاركة في تصميم محطات طاقة شمسية لري الأراضي في مشروع استصلاح المليون و نصف فدان بالصحراء الغربية و بعد الانتهاء انتقلت إلى أسوان للمشاركة في اكبر مشروع للطاقة الشمسية في الشرق الأوسط و هو مشروع بنبان و عملت في 7 مواقع بالمشروع وسعدت كثير بالمشاركة  في تدريب مدرسين و طلاب المدارس الفنية لأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية في قرية بنبان حاليا نجهز لعمل مشاريع كبيرة لتحلية مياه البحر باستخدام محطات الطاقة الشمسية.

الى جانب عملى فى تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية استمتعت بالمشاركة فى برامج تدريب معلمين وطلاب المدارس الفنية للطاقة الشمسية فى اسوان وعمل جولات داخل المحطات لشرح التفاصيل الفنية و توضيح الترابط و التوصيلات بين جميع اجزاء المنظومة بالاضافة الى المشاركة فى برنامج تطويرالمناهج الدراسية للتعليم الفنى فى مصر برعاية برنامج التعاون المصرى الامريكى.

كم هو شعور رائع عندما ترى صور قديمة لصحراء لا شيء فيها سوى كثبان رملية وهضاب ثم ترى الفارق حاليا على ارض الواقع بعد أن أصبحت تلك الصحراء محطة طاقة تنتج الكهرباء من الطاقة الشمسية، لا يوجد أي ملوثات للهواء، لا ضوضاء، مصدر متجدد للطاقة يشارك في حل جزء من مشاكل الطاقة التي تعاني منها دول كثيرة، شعور جميل اشعر به عندما أسافر إلى أسوان وأرى مشروعنا الكبير واضح من الجو حيث تمر ذكريات المشروع في لحظات برؤية تلك اللوحة الفنية التي تتكون من ملايين الخلايا الشمسية وأقابل طلاب و مدرسين شاركت بتدريبهم في محطات بنبان حتى اصبحنا جميعا شركاء في النجاح.

كما رأيتم في تلك الرحة كان لدور التدريب والفرص التي أتاحتها منظمات العمل المدني تأثير كبير في تحويل المعلومات المستمدة القراءة والدراسة إلى تطبيق فعلى في الحياة العملية ومشاريع أفادت الآلاف من الناس في محافظات ودول مختلفة، سيكون من الرائع ان يولى رجال الاعمال اهتماما حقيقيا بمنظمات المجتمع المدنى التى تعمل على تطوير مهارات الشباب و تبادل الخبرات خاصة فى مجالات التنمية المستدامة و الطاقة المتجددة لما لها من تأثير قوى و مباشر
بالطبع هذا سيعود بالنفع على المستثمرين فى مجال الطاقة المتجددة ورجال الاعمال والهيئات الحكومية ، فلنأخذ مشروع بنبان كمثال حيث تم ربط 32 محطة طاقة شمسية على شبكة الكهرباء الحكومية، فعند توفر كفاءات و خبرات قادرة على المشاركة بفاعلية فى بناء و اختبار و تشغيل  و صيانة محطات الطاقة الشمسية فهذا يساعد على وجود مشاريع ناجحة و منفذة بدقة 

In 2011 I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering، Ain Shams University and joined the Egyptian army for military service. I was nominated to the Signal Corps and during the training period، I was chosen to join the peacekeepers travelling to the Darfur region of Sudan

One of my colleagues sent me an interesting file explaining simply the idea of ​​solar energy systems، components and much information that was new to me. This field ، looking to work in it، when I return to Egypt

Before the end of my period in Sudan، I began contacting with companies working in this field، their number was limited ، were working in small systems and solar heaters

By the grace of God I was accepted in one of the distinguished consulting offices، training and sending me to supervise the electrical work in building a factory for the production and formation of iron.

My manager was interested in the field of solar energy and we talked a lot in this matter، encouraged me to complete the study while continuing work.

I was studying everything that is in front of me regarding energy Solar until the day came when my father called me، may God have mercy on him and my mother، may God protect her

I followed passionately the news and knew the name of  doctor in charge of designing and implementing these projects and searched for him on Facebook and contacted him، explaining that I am interested in the field and looking for an opportunity for training and soon I received the acceptance response and offered to work with his team on my holidays days from my basic work as a site engineer until my practical experience begins In solar system installations

I started traveling with the installation team in Al-Alamein and Al-Maghra in the Western Desert and began installing a solar power plant for irrigation and land reclamation، which was a long-awaited challenge

My love for Germany prompted me to seek completion of my studies there and to contact universities and institutions specialized in renewable energy

I had an opportunity from a civil society organization to apply for a scholarship to study renewable energy in Germany، a two-week training period in Bonn، the duration seems short، but its impact on my entire life was great

I thank God، when I received the acceptance letter in the scholarship and felt a great energy and enthusiasm to study more، the scholarship included about 23 people from Egypt، Tunisia and Morocco from various specialisations related to renewable energy، and part of the requirements was to prepare presentations to explain where each of the participants explain part of His  experience in renewable energy was an enjoyable feeling that I study and collect more information about my specialisation to explain it to specialists in other fields، so I was trying to simplify the electrical and physical concepts significantly in order to facilitate their understanding for other specialisation

As a young man in his early twenties، my dreams of travelling and learning were included to meet a girl، to be a life partner and create beautiful memories with her، there.

Thanks to God، everything mentioned in the previous three lines has already been fulfilled !

It was a hugely enjoyable moment when the plane simply entered German airspace، I was living in my dream، which had lived on my mind for years

As soon as we arrived at Frankfurt Airport، we received the coordinators from the German youth and explained to us the itinerary to reach Bonn and we actually took the train

All of us، went to Bonn، everything in my view was beautiful in terms of order، commitment، seriousness، beautiful scenery، greenery and calm

Training period، is a series of lectures and visits to different companies and interviews with engineers، consultants and university professors from various disciplines of renewable energy، workshops that include specialized technical and economic discussions on renewable energy fields I began to clarify the picture to us how much is a large area that is wonderfully interconnected and important to our world at the current stage And the next

Understanding the basic relationships between the environmental، economic and technical aspects of renewable energy projects and realizing the extent of their interconnection was one of the most prominent results and lessons learned from that training period in Germany as well as the new relationships and friendships from the four countries participating in the training

After my return from training in Germany، I started looking for real opportunities to work in solar energy projects. Thank God، I was accepted into a contracting company preparing for the largest solar energy projects in Egypt at the time in 2014، which is a solar power plant in Siwa with a power capacity of 10 megawatts to reduce the fuel consumption used in Power generators for the Siwa network and another project، which is lighting 3400 solar homes in 3 different governorates.

I found real support from my managers and colleagues، and I achieved tasks were given me chances to move from an executive engineer، then a deputy project manager، then a project manager

 My God grant me work in solar energy plants in Siwa، Halayeb، Abu Ramad، Shalatin، Marsa Alam، Salloum، and then I traveled as a consultant with one of the international consulting companies to supervise the implementation of the largest solar power station in Jordan at its time 2016 in Ma'an and after the completion of construction and Testing and operation I returned to Egypt to participate in the design of solar energy plants for irrigation of lands in the project to reclaim one million and half acres in the Western Desert.

After completion I moved to Aswan to participate in the largest solar energy project in the Middle East، which is the Benban project and worked in 7 sites in the project and I was very happy By participating in training activities for teachers and students، technical schools for solar systems in the village Banban currently are preparing for the work of coming large projects for seawater desalination using solar power plants

Besides my work in the implementation of solar energy projects، I enjoyed participating in training programs for teachers and students of the technical schools of solar energy in Aswan and making tours inside the stations to explain technical details and clarify the interconnections and connections between all parts of the system in addition to participating in the curriculum development program for technical education in Egypt sponsored by the program Egyptian-American cooperation

How wonderful it is when you see old photos of a desert in which there are nothing but sand dunes and plateaus، then you see the difference now on the ground after that desert has become a power station that produces electricity from solar energy، there are no pollutants to the air، no noise، a renewable energy source participating in Solving part of the energy problems that many countries suffer from، a beautiful feeling that I feel when I travel to Aswan and see our big project is obvious from the air، as the project’s memories pass through moments of seeing this artistic panel that consists of millions of solar cells and I meet students and teachers who participated in their training in the stations of Benban Until we all become partners in success currently

As you saw on that occasion، the role of training and opportunities provided by civil organisations had a great impact in transforming the information derived from reading and studying into an actual application in practical life and projects that benefited thousands of people in different countries، it would be great for businessmen to give real attention to civil society organisations that works to develop youth skills and exchange experiences، especially in the areas of sustainable development and renewable energy because of its strong and direct impact

Of course، this will benefit the investors in the field of renewable energy، businessmen and government agencies.

Let us take the Benban project as an example، where 32 solar energy stations have been connected to the government electricity grid، when there are competencies and experiences capable of participating effectively in building، testing، operating and maintaining stations Solar energy helps to have successful and meticulously executed projects

اتمنى قيام عدد من الشركات التى تخصص جزءا من ايراداتها كمسؤلية مجتمعية ان تتعاون مع الشركات العاملة لتنفيذ وحدات بيوجاز للاسر الفقيرة فى القرى فى صعيد مصر والذين يعانون من ارتفاع اسعار الانابيب والاسمدة العضوية فى ظل تدنى  مستوى الدخل.

قامت بتنفيذ مناقصة لوحدات البيوجاز فى كفر الشيخ وبنى سويف والمنيا .

تعاونت مع منظمة العمل الدولية وبنك الكويت الوطنى لتنفيذ وحدات بايوجاز لصغار المزارعين فى محافظة المنيا كفر الشيخ وبنى سويف

 وحدة البيوجاز مبنى دائرى تحت الارض فى مساحة صغيرة نقوم بتنفيذها داخل الزريبة او اى قطعة ارض مجاورة للمنزل واقرب مايكون للمطبخ ,, يقوم الفلاح بوضع روث المواشى اليومى ونتيجة التحلل اللاهوائى داخل وحدة البيوجاز ينتج غاز حيوى بديل للانبوبة وايضا هناك منتج ثانوى اخر السماد العضوى الناتج بعد عملية الهضم .

فائدة السماد العضوى عظيمة جدا للارض الزراعية , حيث يستطيع الفلاح توفير ثمن الاسمدة الكيماوية من اليوريا والفوسفات وايضا يساعد سماد البيوجاز على رفع كفاءة التربة وزيادة الخصوبة وزيادة المحصول بنسب ملحوظة وبالتالى نساعدنا الفلاح على استغلال المخلفات الموجودة لديه لا يستطيع استخدامها بالطريقة الصحيحة

I am Engneer, Mona Al-Khudairi, my main goal is to spread biogas technology in simple and advanced forms for farmers and small farmers, as well as owners of large and medium farms in Egypt to use waste and obtain clean and sustainable  energy.

We also looking for expand and implement these units outside Egypt in Africa and all developing countries that depend mainly on agriculture and livestock

Because we are seeking to be a pioneer company in this field, so we are happy to cooperate with all parties concerned with renewable energy, especially biogas, to implement large-volume biogas units whose goal is to produce gas and electricity in large quantities, and then we propose a certain system to sell that electricity to the government

And that the output is for investment purpose, circulated nationwide at this point.

We hope to obtain support from Bioenergy for Sustainable Rural Development Association ( BSRDA ) to help those who are interested in traveling abroad to take adequate training to design and implement large units with high efficiency and that cooperation between us and foreign companies with experience in this field so that we implement Oversized biogas units work on all organic matter

Our company seeks to obtain training outside Egypt in the implementation and design of large-sized units to be in the footsteps of large companies in this field, but we are missing who can helps us to reach these companies so that we can cooperate with them successfully.

I hope that the BSRDA and the Ministry of Environment will give their eeforts and good attention in this field avoiding marginalize startups for benefit of other larger companies, that work in this field so that we all work equally in this field and help to enlarge and market biogas in Egypt

I am suggesting that companies that allocate part of their revenues as a societal responsibility that we cooperate with them to implement units for poor families in villages in Upper Egypt who suffer from high prices for pipes and 

organic fertilizers in light of the low level of their income

Carried out a tender for biogas units in Kafr El-Sheikh, Beni Suef and Minya

Cooperated with the International Labor Organization and National Bank of Kuwait to implement Biogas units for small farmers in Minya, Kafr El-Sheikh and Beni Suef

  Biogas unit is a circular building under the ground in a small area that we implement inside the corral or any piece of land adjacent to the house and the closest thing to the kitchen,farmer puts daily livestock droppings and the result of anaerobic decomposition within the biogas unit produces biogas alternative to the gas tube and also there is another byproduct of the other organic fertilizer produced after Digestion Process

The benefit of organic fertilizer is very high for agricultural land, where the farmer can save the price of chemical fertilizers like urea and phosphates.

 Also, biogas fertilizer helps to raise the efficiency of the soil and increase fertility and increase the yield in remarkable proportions
