أشاد د. شاكر وزير الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة بالعلاقات المتميزة بين القطاع والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية حيث تعد مشاركة الوكالة فى تمويل مشروعات القطاع ثقة ًفى نجاح قطاع الكهرباء فى إدارة مشروعاته على أرض مصر.

أشادت Stephanie LanFranchi مدير فرع الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية (AFD) بعمق العلاقات والشراكة القوية بين الوكالة والحكومة المصرية وخاصة قطاع الكهرباء ،

كما أشادت بإنجازات القطاع وخاصة خلال الأربع سنوات الماضية فيما يتعلق بالإمداد بالتغذية الكهربائية حتى الآن والمشروعات الجارى العمل بها ، وكذلك برامج الإصلاح الإقتصادى .

أعربت عن إستعداد الوكالة لتقديم كافة وسائل الدعم للتوسع فى مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة وخاصة طاقة الرياح .واستعرض د. شاكر استراتيجية القطاع للتوسع فى مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة وتشجيع القطاع الخاص للاستثمار فى هذا المجال ،

أضاف أن القطاع بصدد العمل لتفعيل نظام الـ Auctions فى مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة، للحصول على أقل الأسعار وأعلى كفاءة، وذلك لتحقيق أعلى إستفادة ممكنة .

وأكد الوزير أن قطاع الكهرباء يعمل على تحسين وتطوير كافة الخدمات بقطاع الكهرباء من إنتاج ونقل وتوزيع .

أوضح د. شاكر أن من أولويات القطاع فى الوقت الحالى تنفيذ خطة إحلال وتجديد على مستوى شبكات النقل والتوزيع للتغلب على نقاط الضعف الموجودة بالشبكة وإستيعاب القدرات المولدة، وما يتصل بهذه المنظومة من شبكات وتحكمات.

أعربت مدير الوكالة عن اهتمام الوكالة للمساهمة الفعالة للتوسع في مشروعات توليد الكهرباء من مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، تدعيم شبكة التوزيع، والتوسع فى أليات مشاركة القطاع الخاص فى المشروعات التى يقوم بتفيذها القطاع ، وتحسين كفاءة الطاقة .

Dr. Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, expressed the distinguished relations between local sector and the French Agency for Development. Agency's participation in financing the sector projects is a confidence in the success of the electricity sector in managing its projects in Egypt, he said

Stephanie LanFranchi, Director of the French Development Agency (AFD), spoke highly of the strong relations and partnership between the Agency and the Egyptian government, especially electricity sector,she also praised the achievements of the sector, especially during the last four years with regard to the supply of electrical nutrition to date and projects under way, as well as economic reform programs.
It expressed its readiness to provide all means of support for the expansion of renewable energy projects, especially wind energy.

Dr. Shaker referred to strategy to expand renewable energy projects and encourage the private sector to invest in this field, added that the sector is working to activate the system of Auctions in renewable energy projects, to obtain the lowest prices and the highest efficiency, in order to achieve the highest possible utilization.
Minister stressed that the electricity sector works to improve and develop all services in the electricity sector of production, transportation and distribution.
Dr. Shaker said that it is a priority for the sector at present to implement a plan of replacement and renewal at the level of transmission and distribution networks to overcome the weaknesses of the network and to absorb the generated capacities and related to this system of networks and controls.
Agency's director expressed the Agency's interest in actively contributing to the expansion of renewable electricity generation projects, strengthening the distribution network, expanding the mechanisms of private sector participation in projects implemented by the sector and improving energy efficiency.

استعرض م. محمد أحمد أبو العزم عسل تقريراً حول ما تم انجازه فى كل من المنوفية ، القليوبية ، الغربية التى تقع فى نطاق شركة جنوب الدلتا لتوزيع الكهرباء ، أشار إلى إنجازات الشركة حتى ابريل 2018 وموضحاً فيه الأعمال التي تم تنفيذها بالخطة الاستثمارية الطموحة والخطة الاستثمارية الذاتية ، والموقف التنفيذي لتحويل الخطوط الهوائية جهد متوسط المارة أعلى الكتل السكنية إلى كابلات أرضية، بالإضافة إلى موقف الضبطية القضائية .

بلغت إجمالى تكاليف الخطة الاستثمارية الطموحة والخطة الاستثمارية الذاتية لقطاعات الشركة حوالى 616 مليون  جنيه . فى إطار الإهتمام لتحسين مستوى الخدمة المقدمة للجمهور والوصول بها إلى أعلى مستويات الجودة أوضح محمد عسل أن الشركة قامت بتطوير عدد من فروعها وجارى العمل على تطوير عدد آخر ومنهم فرع كهرباء تلا وفرع كهرباء أشمون بقطاع المنوفية ،  وفرع كهرباء قها بقطاع القليوبية ، وفرع كهرباء قطور بقطاع الغربية غرب ، وجارى تطوير مبانى القطاعات الرئيسية بقطاع غرب الغربية ، وقطاع المنوفية ، وقطاع القليوبية .

وحول الموقف التنفيذي لتحويل الخطوط الهوائية جهد متوسط المارة أعلى الكتل السكنية إلى كابلات أرضية فقد تم الانتهاء من تنفيذ عدد 169 بنسبة انجاز تصل إلى 86% بقيمة تصل إلى حوالى 195,7 مليون جنيه .

فى إطار الاهتمام بسرعة الرد على شكاوى المواطنين وحلها من خلال النظام الموحد 121 تم الانتهاء من حل ما يقرب من 98 ألف بلاغ فنى  و14 ألف بلاغ تجارى حتى الآن

كما تم خلال الاجتماع استعراض ملاحظات لجان المرور المشكلة من الشركة القابضة ومن الوزارة للتأكد من جودة التنفيذ والتأكيد على مستويات التنفيذ طبقاً للمواصفات العالمية .

وفى نهاية اللقاء أشاد د. شاكر بالإنجازات التى تمت مشدداً على ضرورة التأكد من جودة التنفيذ ومتابعة ذلك ومشدداً على رفع كفاءة الشبكة والخدمة المقدمة للمواطنين

 At the end of the meeting, Shaker praised the achievements that have been made stressing the need to ensure the quality of implementation and follow-up and stressing the efficiency of the network and service provided to citizens
