لم ننجح بقدر ما طلبنا، لأننا لم نحدد ما نريد. Jack Canfield مؤلف كتاب "حساء الدجاج للروح" يقول نعيش كما تسير بنا الأيام لا عن سابق تصور وتصميم لنا.     لنعرف الطريق نسأل لو أردنا أن نعيش كما نريد ماذا كنا سنفعل؟ نفس المؤلف قدم مؤخراً كتاب "مبادئ النجاح.. كيف نتحرك مما نحن فيه إلى ما نريد أن نكون عليه " في طبعته العاشرة. قدم 67 مبدأ للنجاح نقدم هنا أبرزها، خصوصاً التي تساعد وتؤدي إلى تنمية وتجديد الطاقة الفردية لمواجهة المصاعب الحياتية. نقلاً عن جريدة  ملحق المال لجريدة US Today منتصف مايو.     Hour of Power يطلب المؤلف تخصيص ساعة لتجديد الطاقة الفردية من خلال تقسيمها إلى 20 دقيقة للتأمل، 20 دقيقة لتدريبات رياضية، 20 دقيقة للقراءة. إذا فعلنا هذا كل يوم سنكون أكثر هدوءاً وصحة وأكثر وعياً عند التفاعل مع الآخرين.     المبدأ الثاني، يضيف نحن لا نواجه ما لا يعمل في حياتنا كي لا نضطر لعمل ما يتعبنا. نستمر في أعمال لا نحبها لأننا نعتقد أننا لا نستطيع أن نجد غيرها في حين أن التدريب على مهارات أخرى تفتح أبواب أعمال مختلفة، فلو خصصنا ساعة يومياً من وقت مشاهدة التلفزيون فهذا يعني 365 ساعة في السنة أو 9 أسابيع عمل بمعدل 40 ساعة أسبوعياً، يمكن توجيها للحصول على مؤهل دراسي جديد أو الاشتراك في دورات مفيدة.   مبدأ ثالث يجب أن نحافظ دائماً وحتى تحت الضغط على اللياقة والكياسة في مواجهة التفاهة والخسة والابتذال لنكون بطاقة إيجابية ونترك المكان الذي دخلناه أفضل مما كان عليه وقت دخولنا. يضيف الأبحاث أثبتت أن الأشخاص الذين يتطوعون في القيام بأعمال مجتمعية/ خيرية يعيشون أطول وبصحة أفضل وبسعادة عميقة لا يمكن أن نحصل عليها من أي نشاط أخر نقوم به، إسعاد الغير يساوي سعادة غير عادية لا تجعلها تفوتك.      مبدأ رابع من المهم للغاية تصور أهدافنا كل يوم عدة دقائق كما لو كانت تحققت. كل الناجحين وأصحاب المبادرة دائماً ما يرون المستقبل حاضراً الآن.    المبدأ الخامس نحن نخاف من الرفض والاعتراض علينا من الآخرين حتى لا نبدو أغبياء أو طماعين أو أنانيين ببساطة يجب أن نرفض الرفض! مؤلف كتاب "شوربة الدجاج للروح" رفض من 144 ناشر، لو كان المؤلف استسلم عند المرة رقم 100 ما كان الكتاب وصل للقراء وما كان عدد المطبوع منه بلغ 500 مليون نسخة حتي الان!     الناجحين يتعلمون شئ جديد كل يوم شرهين للقراءة يومياً.     المبدأ السادس يجب أن نتحمل مسئولية أفعالنا لا أن نلقي باللوم على الأسرة والأطفال وزملاء العمل أو الرئيس فيه مع العلم أن 85% من تصرفاتنا، عادات.    نحتاج في المتوسط إلى 100 يوم لتغيير العادة أو التصرف التي تعودنا عليه. يجب أن ننتبه جيداً إلى أن الموقف زائد استجابتنا يساوي نتائجه، إذ لم نرضى عن النتائج يجب أن نغير استجابتنا للموقف نفسه إلى أن نحصل على النتيجة المطلوبة.    بالطبع العادات الجيدة مطلوبة هنا يصح سؤال من حولنا بموضوعية عن عاداتنا الرديئة مثل الكلام أكثر من الاستماع والوصول متأخرين للمواعيد والمقابلات والمماطلة في تنفيذ وعودنا، ورعاية أولادنا متأخرين.    يجب أن نتحدث أقل . معظم الناجحين يتسامحون مع أخطاء الغير ويتميزون بقدراتهم على التخطيط الطويل وما يشغلهم هو أن يبدؤا. في "مبادئ النجاح.. كيف نتحرك مما نحن فيه إلى ما نريد أن نكون عليه "  قدم Jack Canfield خلاصة ما تعلمه من ناصحه الملياردير العصامي W. The gala of the year brought numerous celebrities to the German capitalBerlin, May 29, 2015 – Tonight, Europe’s biggest environmental and business prize has been presented for the eighth time. About 1,000 guests witnessed the glamorous gala featuring extraordinary novelties, proud winners, well-known guests and music acts on stage at Tempodrom Berlin.

The environmental summit of the year brought many celebrities to the capital this year yet again. Guests striding over the green carpet made from 100 percent recycled ECONYL® included The BossHoss (musicians), Nazan Eckes (presenter), Dr Wladimir Klitschko (world heavyweight champion and entrepreneur), Franziska Knuppe(model), David Mayer de Rothschild (ecologist), Nena (singer), Christine Neubauer (actress), Désirée Nosbusch(presenter, actress), and many more. The opening speech was held by Peter Altmaier, Head of the Federal Chancellery and Federal Minister for Special Tasks. The gala was presented by Annemarie Carpendale andMatthias Killing. Fahrenhaidt, Glasperlenspiel and LAING performed on stage. The ceremony was opened with a flash mob of Junges Sinfonieorchester Berlin.

   Category Recycling & Resources: “Berliner Pflanze” – Recovery of phosphor from sewage by Berliner Wasserbetriebe uses recovered phosphor from sewage to produce fertilizer.

    Category Travel: LNG Hybrid Barge by Becker Marine Systems provides harboring cruise ships with energy by using the ecofriendly energy carrier “Liquefied Natural Gas” (LNG).

   Category Urbanization: SEMIZENTRAL Germany – Infrastructure solutions for the cities of the future byDarmstadt University of Technology is a supply and disposal concept which grows with a city.

    Category Water & Sewage: Water 3.0 – StressFix by Koblenz-Landau University is a hybrid pebble gel that is able to absorb, chemically transform and bind pharmaceutical residues.

    Category Galileo Wissenspreis: Eco Monsters by Anastasia Bondarenko is an app that teaches environmental consciousness to toddlers.

  Special Award in the category Music: Nena

    Special Award ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator Startup: Fairphone by Fairphone is a socially and ecologically sustainable cell phone with a transparent supply chain.

   WWF Special Award: The project “Land of Wildcats” by Jagdverein Hubertus Kreis Eschwege e. V. protects the threatened species and its habitats at the rivers Werra and Meißner.

دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم الحملات الإعلامية لكفاءة الطاقة ضمن فعاليات اليوم العربي لكفاءة الطاقة بلبنان

  شارك المركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة (RCREEE)  تحت ريادة جامعة الدول العربية وبالتعاون مع وزارة الطاقة والمياه بالجمهورية اللبنانية والمركز اللبناني لحفظ الطاقة والمشروع الأورومتوسطي لكفاءة الطاقة في قطاع البناء (MED-ENEC) في تنظيم الاحتفالية الثالثة الخاصة باليوم العربي لكفاءة الطاقة، التي أقيمت بالعاصمة اللبنانية بيروت يوم 21 مايو 2015.  

 تضمنت الجلسة الافتتاحية للاحتفالية كلمات  ارثيور نظريان، وزير الطاقة والمياه بالجمهورية اللبنانية، والأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية الدكتور نبيل العربي ممثلا بالسفير محمد صبيح، الأمين العام المساعد بجامعة الدول العربية، أدار هذه الجلسة الافتتاحية زياد الزين نائب رئيس المركز اللبناني لحفظ الطاقة وعضو اللجنة التنفيذية للمركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة.

أعقب الجلسة الافتتاحية إعلان المهندسة / جميلة مطر مدير إدارة الطاقة بالجامعة العربية لنتيجة مسابقة "أحسن مشروع في مجال كفاءة الطاقة في الدول العربية"، والتي فازت بها ثلاثة مشروعات من الدول الأعضاء بالمركز، حيث حصدت جمهورية فلسطين والجمهورية اللبنانية المركز الأول مناصفةً، عن مشروع سلطة الطاقة الفلسطينية حول تأسيس القرض الدوار لتمويل مشاريع كفاءة الطاقة في الأبنية الحكومية، ومشروع المركز اللبناني لحفظ الطاقة حول تأسيس الآلية الوطنية لتمويل مشروعات كفاءة الطاقة والطاقة المتجددة، بينما حصل مشروع مقدم من هيئة المواصفات والمقاييس الأردنية على المركز الثاني. والجدير بالذكر أن المركز سبق وأن نشر المركز دراستين عن المشروعين الفائزين بالمركز الأول ضمن إصدارات المركز لعام 2014.

وتضمنت الإحتفالية جلسة عن "دور المجتمع المدني في دعم الحملات الإعلامية لكفاءة الطاقة" حيث أدار الجلسة الدكتور ماجد محمود، المدير الفني بالمركز، مقدما في البداية عرضاً حول طبيعة وأدوار المجتمع المدني في مجالات الطاقة المستدامة وأنه يمكن أن يكون الذراع المساند والفاعل للحكومات لإشراك مختلف فئات المجتمع في عملية التنمية وتعبئة الموارد الاقتصادية و البشرية للإصلاح والتطوير، ومراقبة الأداء وتوقع المخاطر. 

وتضمنت الجلسة التي نظمها المركز الإقليمي تجربة مصرية لمؤسسة سفنكس للتنمية حيث عرض مديرها المهندس يحيى الحسيني تجربة المؤسسة في التواصل مع المواطنين وطلبة المدارس من خلال لقاءات واجتماعات وحفلات وكذلك أغاني تم إنتاجها بالتعاون مع مسرح العرائس المصري.

وقد ضمت الاحتفالية جلسة حوارية بعناون: "الإعلاميون يحاورون صنّاع القرار" أدارها الإعلامي زاهي وهبي، شارك فيها  السفيرمحمد صبيح الأمين العام المساعد بجامعة الدول العربية، الدكتور محمد موسى عمران وكيل أول وزارة الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة بجمهورية مصر العربية، المهندس بيار الخوري مدير المركز اللبناني لحفظ الطاقة، المهندسة جميله مطر مدير إدارة الطاقة بجامعة الدول العربية، وعلاء ثابت رئيس تحرير الأهرام المسائي. حفلت الجلسة الحوارية بالكثير من الأفكار والمداخلات الشيقة التي تبادلها صناع القرار مع الإعلاميين والجمهور؛ والتي يمكن أن تكون عنواناً مناسباً للاحتفالية القادمة عام 2016.  

علقت المهندسة جميلة مطر، مدير إدارة الطاقة بجامعة الدول العربية على الاحتفالية قائلة: "يهتم المجلس الوزاري العربي للكهرباء بموضوعات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة رغبة منه في توفير كل ما من شأنه رفع مستوى معيشة المواطن العربي، لذا كان محور أعمال الاحتفالية هذا العام هو تسليط الضوء على دور الإعلام العربي في دعم أنشطة وخطط كفاءة الطاقة في المنطقة العربية، وذلك عن طريق الحملات والبرامج التوعوية المنظّمة التي تسهم فيها وسائل الإعلام المسموعة والمقروءة والمرئية، بهدف التركيز على أفضل الممارسات العربية لتحسين كفاءة الطاقة وترشيد استهلاكها في القطاعات المستهلكة للطاقة”.  

 أكد المهندس بيار الخوري مدير المركز اللبناني لحفظ الطاقة وعضو مجلس أمناء المركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة على أهمية الحدث، موضحاً سعادته الغامرة بفوز لبنان بجائزة المسابقة الأولى عن الآلية التمويلية المبتكرة ومشيدا بدور مصرف لبنان (البنك المركزي) والتعاون المثمر بين وزارة الطاقة والمياه، ووزارة المالية، والاتحاد الأوروبي لإنجاح الآلية، والتي تقدّم البنوك التجارية اللبنانية بموجبها للقطاع الخاص قروضا ميسرة على أن لا تتعدّى قيمة القرض 20 مليون دولار مع فائدة 0.6 % لفترة سداد تمتد لعشر سنوات وفترة سماح لا تتجاوز أربع سنوات. وأكد المهندس بيار الخوري على السعي الدؤوب لتأمين استدامة هذه الآلية حيث تفوق قيمة الاستثمارات في قطاعات كفاءة الطاقة والطاقة المتجددة والأبنية الخضراء في عام 2015 قيمة 400 مليون دولار أمريكي.

من جانبه أعرب المهندس أيمن إسماعيل عضو مجلس أمناء المركز الإقليمي عن دولة فلسطين عن تمنياته بأن تتخذ مختلف الدول العربية خطوات واسعة في المجال، موضحاً أن مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة تتمتع بدعم كبير من معالي الدكتور عمر كتانه رئيس سلطة الطاقة الفلسطينية والحكومة الفلسطينية وأن قانون الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة الفلسطيني في مرحلة المصادقة. وأكد أن المشروع الفائز حول الصندوق الدوار يوفر حلا جذريا للتغلب على المشاكل المتعلقة بالتمويل عن طريق إنشاء حافز تمويلي ، يدار من قبل فريق متخصص يمتلك التمويل اللازم للاستثمار في رأس المال التأسيسي للمشاريع في  القطاع الحكومي و شبه الحكومي ومن ثم تقوم الجهة المستفيدة بتسديد قيمة المشروع خلال أربعة سنوات للصندوق الدوار والذي يتيحها بدوره لمشروعات أخرى بنفس الأسلوب.

نبذة عن اليوم العربي لكفاءة الطاقة  

انطلاقاً من الثوابت المعروفة بأن إجراءات تحسين كفاءة الطاقة  تحقق وفراً ملحوظاً في الطاقة وبالتالي تقلل من الاستثمارات المطلوبة لتأمين الطاقة اللازمة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية كما تساعد الدول العربية علي تقليل اعتمادها علي واردات الطاقة بالنسبة للدول المستوردة للطاقة أو زيادة صادراتها بالنسبة للدول المصدرة للطاقة. وقد صدر عن الدورة التاسعة للمجلس الوزاري العربي للكهرباء والمنعقدة بمقر الأمانة العامة بتاريخ 22 ديسمبر 2011، القرار رقم 147 الخاص بعقد احتفالية لليوم العربي لكفاءة الطاقة يوم 21 مايو من كل عام. كما أصدر المكتب التنفيذي في اجتماعه الثامن والعشرين بالدوحة والمنعقد بتاريخ 8 يناير 2013، القرار رقم 212 والذي كلف بموجبه أمانة المجلس باستكمال الاجراءات المطلوبة للأنشطة الرئيسية لليوم العربي لكفاءة الطاقة وفريق عمل كفاءة الطاقة.

ويهدف اليوم العربي لكفاءة الطاقة إلى التعريف بأهمية كفاءة الطاقة في الدول العربية لما لها من مردود اقتصادي واجتماعي، وبناء شراكات وجسور من التعاون في المنطقة العربية، مع استعراض لآخر التطورات علي المستوى التقني والأكاديمي في مجال كفاءة الطاقة للمزيد من المعلومات، يرجى تفقد موقع اليوم العربي لكفاءة الطاقة.

The Second Annual Energy Conference Energy and Future of Investment in Egypt May 25, 2015 Intercontinental City Stars

On the 25th of May 2015, Business News Foundation will launch its second annual energy conference entitled “Energy & Future of Investment in Egypt” under the auspices of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister, Dr. Sherif Ismail and Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy

Through a variety of sessions, panels and dialogues the conference will discuss the steps Egypt has taken towards the energy mix in order to meet the country’s stability and development needs during the next phase in addition to the future of investment in Egypt with regards to the energy file including its various types and resources

The conference this year will focus on the role of energy in supporting investment plans in both economic and services sectors and how to encourage new energy-related industries. It will also devote a session to the future of oil investments, the relationship with foreign partners in addition to the role that the new petroleum agreements play in increasing foreign investment and saving energy for the markets within the next phase

The German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy visits the Gulf Region and Egypt

The German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Sigmar Gabriel, travelled to the Gulf Region and Egypt for several days at the beginning of March. In political talks held in Saudi Arabia the focus was on mega-projects in the area of industrial diversification, renewable energy sources and infrastructure

In Egypt the German Minister among other things visited the "Egypt Economic Development Conference" in Sharm El-Sheikh, also attended by the German energy Siemens Corporation. Siemens received a contract from Egypt for the construction of power plants worth billions. In addition to a gas and steam turbine power plant, wind power systems are also to be built. The Siemens Corporation signed additional agreements involving declarations of intent

Solemn award ceremony at Federal Ministry for the Environment in Berlin

Foam is a useful material for house insulation and packaging, and serves as lightweight material. However, most of the foam material is made from fossil oil and natural gas and hence not environmentally friendly. Braunschweig-based scientists from Fraunhofer Institute for wood research, Wilhelm-Klauditz-Institute, WKI, have developed foam made from wood. This foam can be used in the same way as conventional foam material, while being 100 percent natural, made from renewable resources, and easy to recycle. This innovation by Fraunhofer Institute for wood research received the desired GreenTec Award in the category Construction & Living. The Federal Association of German Housing and Real Estate Companies (GdW), guardian of the category, and the state secretary Gunther Adler jointly presented the GreenTec Award on April, 27 in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety

Berlin, April 29, 2015 – Conventional foam material made from petrochemical plastics is not very environmentally friendly. Scientists from Fraunhofer Institute for wood research, Wilhelm-Klauditz-Institute, WKI, based in Braun-schweig, offer a resource saving alternative. They have invented a process to make foam out of wood particles. This environmentally friendly wood foam is especially useful for insulating buildings and can easily match up to the quality of conventional foam material 

The manufacturing process involves the intense crushing and grinding of wood into fine particles until a thick mass emerges. This suspension is expanded with gas. Once dried, the cellulose creates a stability-forming framework; the exposed substances enforce the binding. This new manufacturing process is based on a special chemical treatment. The result is a lightweight basis material – 100 percent natural. It can be further processed either as rigid foam board or in the form of elastic foam material. Equally to the conventional foam material, the wood foam can easily be sawn or shaped. 

Scientists from Braunschweig are currently busy searching the most suitable type of tree. Moreover, they are identifying appropriate methods how to produce the wood foam industrially. The product is targeted to enter the market in the upcoming few years. Being honored with a GreenTec Award further illustrates the project’s potential

The Federal Ministry for the Environment in Berlin hosted the ceremony. State secretary Gunther Adler held the welcoming speech and warmly welcomed the guests. As guardian of the category Construction & Living the Federal Association of German Housing and Real Estate Companies (GdW) supports the selection process of the GreenTec Awards. About the GreenTec Awards

Europe’s largest environmental and business prize will be awarded for the eighth time on May 29, 2015. This year yet again the traditional Green Carpet will be rolled out for 1,000 invited guests at Tempodrom in Berlin. The welcoming speech will be held once again by Peter Altmaier, Head of the Federal Chancellery and Federal Minister for Special Tasks. Guests on stage will include Aiman Abdallah (presenter, ProSieben), The BossHoss (Musicians),Nazan Eckes (presenter), Wladimir Klitschko (world heavyweight champion and entrepreneur), Franziska Knuppe(model), Nena (singer), Christine Neubauer (actress) and Désirée Nosbusch (actress, presenter).  Annemarie Carpendale and Matthias Killing are going to present the gala on stage. The GreenTec Awards are organized to support environmental and economic involvement as well as fascination for technologies. The initiators and organizers Marco Voigt and Sven Krüger enthusiastically support this cause. More than 100 partners, over 60 ambassadors, and 30 exhibitors support this extraordinary event
