قال م. حسن أمين المدير الإقليمي لشركة أكوا باور
إيجبت خلال مشاركته بمؤتمر "مستقبل مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة بعد تعريفة
التغذية"، أن تنفيذ مشروعات الطاقة ومنها تعريفة التغذية ساهمت بشكل مباشر في
تحقيق فائض في القدرات الكهربائية المتاحة بالشبكة القومية؛ بعد فترة العجز التي
عانى منها القطاع حتي 2014، بالتالي لابد من اعتماد مخطط للقطاع لاستغلال فائض
الإنتاج.
أشار أمين إلى أن التحدي الذي تمكنت الدولة
من التغلب عليه خلال الخمس سنوات الماضية جذب كم من المستثمرين وشركات الطاقة لضخ
رؤوس أموال وتنفيذ مشروعات عملاقة بسوق الطاقة المصري.
اضاف بحلول 2023 تحتاج الدولة لإضافة قدرات إنتاجية للشبكة القومية للكهرباء؛
في ظل تقادم عدد من المحطات القائمة التي يصل عمرها إلى أكثر من 20 عامًا حاليًا؛ بالتزامن
مع تنفيذ عدد من المشروعات التنموية الكبرى التي تقوم الحكومة بإنشائها في
القطاعات المختلفة والتى سوف تزيد من الاعمال الكهربائية المستهلكة.
أوضح لا غني عن الطاقة التقليدية؛ لكن في
الوقت ذاته تُعد الطاقة المتجددة المستقبل
الحقيقي للكهرباء بالعالم، خاصة في ظل التغيرات المناخية العالمية الحالية.
أكوا باور تعمل في السوق كمطور بمشروعات
الكهرباء والطاقة التي تطرحها الحكومة ممثلة في وزارة الكهرباء، بحيث تقوم ببناء
وإنشاء المحطات وتوفير التمويل اللازم لها، إلى جانب تولي مسئوليات تشغيل وصيانة
المحطات على مدار عمر المشروع الذي يتراوح بين 20 و 25 عام، بحيث تقوم الشركة خلال
هذه المدة ببيع الكهرباء بناء على التعريفة المتفق عليها.
قال أمين إن قطاع الطاقة في مصر قادر على
جذب استثمارات جديدة، لاسيما في ظل الإصلاحات التشريعية والمحفزات الاستثمارية
التي اتخذتها الحكومة خلال الفترة الماضية لتهيئة مناخ الاستثمار في هذا القطاع
المهم، مضيفًا أن الشركة تعمل بنظام ال BOO الذي
يعد استثمار حقيقي للسوق المصرية، حيث تقوم من خلاله الشركة بتوفير التمويل عن
طريق مؤسسات دولية، ومن ثم تضخ هذا التمويل في السوق مما يعني تدفق رؤوس أموال
جديدة لمصر.
