النويس الاماراتية مشروعين احدهما مزرعة رياح بقدرة 500 ميجا وات والاخر مشروع
طاقة شمسية بقدرة 200 ميجا وات . ارسلت وزارة الكهرباء خطابا الى اللجنة الوزارية
الاقتصادية لاعداد الموافقات اللازمة للتعاقد مع المستثمر وفقا لقرار الاستبدال . ابلغ
الشيخ حسين النويس بالقرار من قبل وزير الكهرباء . قرار يتماشى مع مصلحة الدولة
التى تمتلك فائضا فى القدرات يتجاوز 20 الف ميجا وات
سعر تعريفة الرياح وفقا
للسعر الذى قدمته المجموعة الاماراتية سابقا وهو 3.1 سنت/ دولار او سيزيد وفقا لتعريفة المرحلة
الاضافية التى قدمها تحالف اوراسكوم – تويوتا – انجى وسيكون سعر تعريفة الطاقة
الشمسية وفقا لسعر شركة اكوا باور الذى قدمته لمشروع محطة كوم امبو 2.75 سنت/ دولار

الشركه القابضة . بالنسبة لمحطة الحمراوين ، الالغاء صعب ، عقد وعليه التزامات وممكن
الغاؤه يترتب عليه غرامات باهظه... لكن على الاقل... متوقع ان لا تكون هناك محطة
غيرها.
