مشروع ريادي لتصميم وإنشاء محطات غاز حيوى Pilot project for design and construction Biogas plants

شهد د. محمد سعيد العصار وزير الدولة للإنتاج الحربى ود. ياسمين فؤاد  وزيرة البيئة مراسم توقيع عقد بين "مركز التميز العلمى والتكنولوجى" التابع لوزارة الإنتاج الحربى و"مؤسسة الطاقة الحيوية للتنمية الريفية المستدامة" التابعة لوزارة البيئة لإعداد دراسة جدوى تفصيلية لتصميم وإنشاء محطات غازحيوي كبيرة

المشروع ضمن التعاون المشترك القائم في تطوير وتحديث منظومة تدوير المخلفات.

سيقوم "مركز التميز العلمى والتكنولوجى" بإعداد تقرير مفصل للجدوى الاقتصادية والفنية لإنشاء محطات إنتاج الغاز الحيوي مثل إمكانية استخدامه للحصول على طاقة (كهرباء - حرارة) وبأسعار منخفضة نسبياً والتي يمكن استخدامها في أعمال الطهي والإنارة واستخدامات أخرى

 أوضحت د. ياسمين فؤاد وزيرة البيئة أن الاتفاق يهدف إلى إطلاق مشروع استرشادي من خلال تنفيذ دراسة تفصيلية للجدوى الاقتصادية والفنية لإنشاء محطة وقود حيوي كبيرة الحجم بسعة تقريبية 500 م3/يوم من مخلفات مزارع الأبقار (لحوم – ألبان) أو الحمأة من محطات الصرف الصحي وكذا متابعة وتنفيذ وتشغيل مصنع كنموذج استرشادي، ومن المقرر أن تستغرق الدراسة مدة (6) أشهر يتم تنفيذها على ثلاث مراحل، و(12) شهر مدة تنفيذ المشروع

Mohamed Said Al-Assar, Minister of State for Military Production with Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, had signed a contract between the Center for Scientific and Technological Excellence affiliated to Ministry of Military Production and the Biogas Foundation for Sustainable Rural Development affiliated to Ministry of Environment to prepare a detailed feasibility study for the design and construction large biogas plants

Signing of this contract comes within development and modernization of waste recycling system in Egypt.

Center of Scientific and Technological Excellence will prepare a detailed report on the economic and technical feasibility of establishing biogas production plants such as the possibility of using it to obtain energy (electricity - heat) at relatively low prices that can be used in cooking, lighting and other uses.

Dr. Yasmine Fouad said that the agreement aims to launch a pilot project through the implementation of a detailed economic and technical feasibility study for the construction of a large-scale Biogas plant with an approximate capacity of 500 m3 / day of waste from cattle farms (meat - dairy) or sludge from sewage stations as well as follow-up, implementation and operation.

Study is scheduled to take a period of (6) months to be implemented in three phases, and (12) months for the implementation of the project.
