الرائدة في العالم في مجال الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، وشركة إنفنيتي للطاقة إحدي
الشركات الرائدة في مجال تطوير الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة في مصر، بالموافقة علي
الشراكة من خلال تأسيس شركة "إنفنيتي باور" لتطوير مشروعات الطاقة
الشمسية وطاقة الرياح في مصر وأفريقيا .
تم توقيع اتفاقية شراكة في أسبوع أبوظبي للاستدامة من قبل الرئيس
التنفيذي لشركة مصدر محمد جميل الرمحي، والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة إنفنيتي للطاقة
محمد الأمين إسماعيل منصور.
"فيما تستعد مصر لإفتتاح أكبر
محطة للطاقة الشمسية في العالم في بنبان، نحن فخورون بدعم حكومتها وبرنامجها
للطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة. إن إنشاء شركة إنفنيتي باور سيعزز التقدم الذي أحرزته
البلاد في مجال الطاقة المتجددة ودعم المزيد من التطوير في المنطقة.
نحن نتطلع إلى العمل مع إنفنيتي للطاقة لإتاحة الفرص لتعزيز أهداف مصر في
مجال الطاقة المتجددة وتوسيع نطاق وصول الطاقة الي المناطق الإفريقية التي تعاني
من نقص الطاقة" – صرح الرمحي تهدف إستراتيجية الطاقة المتجددة في مصر لعام
2035 الوصول إلى نسبة 20 % من اجمالي الطاقة المنتجة في عام 2022 و 42 %بحلول عام 2035 ، حيث تمتلك الدولة القدرة
على توفير 53 % من مزيج الطاقة من مصادر الطاقة المتجددة بحلول عام 2030 ، وفقا
للتحليل الذي أعدته الوكالة الدولية للطاقة المتجددة (IRENA). في ديسمبر 2019، تم افتتاح مجمع محطات
بنبان للطاقة الشمسية رسميا والذي يعد أكبر مشروع طاقة متجددة للحكومة المصرية حتى
الآن حيث تم بناءه على مساحة 37.2 كم 2 في محافظة أسوان بجنوب مصر، وتبلغ طاقته
الإجمالية 1465 ميجاواط. ويعد مجمع محطات بنبان للطاقة الشمسية هو الاكبر من نوعه
في العالم حتى الآن.

وجدت ". - صرح محمد منصور وفقا لما ورد في تقرير الوكالة الدولية للطاقة
المتجددة، يمكن لأفريقيا أن تلبي ما يقرب من ربع احتياجاتها من الطاقة من مصادر
الطاقة المتجددة والنظيفة بحلول عام 2030. يهدف تطوير مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة في
إطار الشراكة بين مصدر وإنفنيتي إلى تحسين إمكانية الوصول إلى الكهرباء، مع تعزيز
التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق فرص العمل وتحسين خدمات الرعاية الصحية، لا سيما في
المناطق النائية حيث أن ما يقرب من نصف سكان القارة حاليا ليس لديهم إمكانية
الوصول للكهرباء.
قامت مصدر بتوفير 30 ميجاواط من مشاريع الطاقة النظيفة على نطاق المرافق
بالإضافة إلى 7000 من أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية المنزلية عبر أربعة مشروعات في في
المجتمعات الواقعة بالمناطق النائية في مصر وتوفر المشروعات الأربعة المعدة خصيصا
لتغطي احتياجات المجتمعات المحلية وتوفير الكهرباء إلي المنازل والمدارس والمساجد
والعيادات والمكاتب الحكومية في المناطق التي تفتقر إلى مصادر كهرباء ثابتة أو غير
مرتبطة بالشبكة القومية .
في مايو 2019 ، أعلنت الوكالة المغربية للطاقة المستدامة عن تقديم الائتلاف
الذي يضم كلا من شركة "مصدر" وشركة "إي دي أف رينوبلز" وشركة
"جرين أوف أفريكا"، أفضل عرض لتطوير المرحلة الأولى من مشروع محطة
"نور ميدلت" الهجينة للطاقة الشمسية.
ويعد المشروع الذي تبلغ قدرته الإنتاجية الإجمالية 800 ميجاواط أول مشروع
محطة هجينة متطورة للطاقة الشمسية في العالم تستخدم مزيجا من الطاقة الشمسية
الكهروضوئية والطاقة الشمسية المركزة.
بادرت مصدر بالشراكة مع المكتب الوطني للكهرباء و الماء الصالح للشرب
بالمغرب (ONEE) بتوصيل عدد 19,437 نظاما
منزليا يعمل بالطاقة الشمسية إلى 1000 قرية مغربية ، مما عزز حياة أكثر من 95,000
شخص لم تكن لديهم القدرة على الحصول على الكهرباء من قبل
.
أيضا قامت مصدر بتنفيذ ثلاثة مشروعات في موريتانيا وجمهورية سيشيل بإجمالي
قدرة حوالي 40 ميجاواط بالإضافة إلي 5 ميجاواط من الطاقة الشمسية التي سيتم
تشغيلها في سيشيل هذا العام.
تعتبر شركة إنفنيتي للطاقة من ضمن الشركات الرائدة في مجال تطوير الطاقة
الجديدة والمتجددة في مصر، حيث أتمت تطوير وبناء أول محطة للطاقة الشمسية بقدرة 64
ميجاواط ضمن المرحلة الأولي لبرنامج تعريفة التغذية في فبراير 2018 ، تليها ثلاثة
محطات بقدرة 166 ميجاواط أخرى ضمن المرحلة الثانية للبرنامج في مجمع محطات بنبان
للطاقة الشمسية و الذى يعد واحد من أكبر محطات توليد الكهرباء عن طريق الطاقة الشمسية
في العالم حتى الآن . تمتلك إنفنيتي للطاقة حاليا ستة محطات للطاقة الشمسية بطاقة
إجمالية تبلغ 235 ميجاواط.
في عام 2018 ، قامت إنفنيتي للطاقة بتأسيس
Infinity-e لتوفير حلول شحن للسيارات الكهربائية. تستهدف Infinity-e إلى تشغيل أكثر من 100 محطة
شحن كهربائى بحلول نهاية عام 2020 ، والتي تتضمن 15 محطة تحت التشغيل بهدف تغطية
جميع الطرق السريعة والطرق الرئيسية في مصر.
تعد إنفنيتي للطاقة مساهما رئيسيا في شركة
E-Power ، وهي شركة مرخصة لتوزيع وبيع الكهرباء والتي
تم تأسيسها في عام 2014
توفر E-Power مجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات بما في ذلك صيانة الشبكات ، وإعادة تقييم الأداء
للشبكة الكهربائية وإدارة المرافق. حيث تمكنت الشركة من عقد أكثر من 15 عق دا مع
كبرى شركات التطوير العقاري في السوق المصرية.
قام البنك الأوروبي لاعادة الاعمار والتنمية
(EBRD) فى عام 2019 بالموافقة على استثمار 60 مليون دولار امريكى عبر
زيادة رأس المال فى شركة إنفنيتي للطاقة لتمويل تطوير وبناء وتشغيل مشاريع الطاقة
المتجددة والأعمال المساعدة المرتبطة بها بما في ذلك توزيع الكهرباء وشحن السيارات
الكهربائية في مصر وبلدان جنوب و شرق البحر المتوسط.
تجري فعاليات أسبوع أبو ظبي للإستدامة 2020 في الفترة من 11 إلى 18 يناير
في مركز أبوظبي الوطني للمعارض. يركز هذا الحدث الذي يعد أحد أكبر تجمعات
الاستدامة في العالم على ستة أركان رئيسية: الطاقة والتغير المناخي، المياه
والغذاء ، مستقبل التنقل، الفضاء، التكنولوجيا الحيوية في قطاع الصحة ، تكنولوجيا
لحياة أفضل.

signed at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week by Masdar CEO Mohamed Jameel Al
Ramahi and Infinity Energy Managing Director and Co-founder Mohamed Elamin
Ismail Mansour.
“As Egypt prepares for the inauguration of the
largest single site solar power plant in the world at Benban, we are proud to
support its government and their renewable energy programme. The establishment
of Infinity Power will bolster the progress the country has made in renewable
energy and catalyse further development in the region. We look forward to
working with Infinity Energy to unlock opportunities to further Egypt’s
renewable energy goals and extend energy access to those areas of Africa that
are under-powered,” said Al Ramahi.
Egypt’s 2035 Integrated Sustainable Energy
Strategy targets 20 per cent of the electricity mix coming from renewables by
2022 and 42 per cent by 2035. The country has the potential to supply 53 per
cent of its electricity mix from renewables by 2030, according to analysis by
the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). Benban Solar Park, the
Egyptian government’s biggest completed renewable energy project so far, was
officially inaugurated in December 2019. Built on an area of 37.2 km2 in the
Aswan Governorate in southern Egypt, and with a total capacity of 1465 MWp, it
is the largest solar park in the world to date.

Africa could meet almost a quarter of its
energy needs from indigenous and clean renewable energy by 2030, according to
IRENA. The development of renewable energy projects under the JV aims to
improve energy access, while boosting economic development, creating jobs and
improving healthcare services, particularly in
the most remote areas. Almost half the continent’s population currently has no
access to power.
Masdar has delivered 30 megawatts (MW) of
utility-scale clean energy projects and 7,000 solar home systems across four
projects in remote and strategically important areas across Egypt. The four
projects, customised specifically to the needs of local communities, provide
energy to homes, schools, mosques, clinics, and government offices in areas
that were lacking reliable electricity or were not connected to the national
grid.
In May 2019, the Moroccan Agency for Solar
Energy (MASEN) announced that the consortium of EDF (through its subsidiary EDF
Renewables), Masdar, and Green of Africa, was the successful bidder for the
Noor Midelt I multi-technologies solar power plant. With a capacity on
completion of up to 800MW, this innovative solar project is based on two technologies
– concentrated solar power (CSP) and photovoltaic (PV) – the hybridization of
which is a world first.
A Masdar-led initiative in partnership with
Morocco’s Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable (ONEE) delivered
19,437 solar home systems to 1,000 Moroccan villages, enhancing the lives of
more than 95,000 people that did not previously have access to electricity.
Elsewhere in Africa, Masdar has delivered three
projects in Mauritania and the Republic of the Seychelles totalling nearly
40MW, with a further 5MW of solar photovoltaic power to come on-stream in the
Seychelles this year.
Infinity Energy is the leading renewable energy
developer in Egypt, having completed the development and construction of
Egypt’s first large-scale solar power plant in February 2018, followed by
another three plants in Benban solar park which is considered the largest park
in the world to date. Infinity Energy now operates its six solar plants with a
total capacity of 235 MWp .
Infinity Energy has established Infinity-e in
2018 to provide charging solutions for electric vehicles. Infinity-e targets to
have more than 100 stations operational by end of 2020 of which 15 stations are
already operational covering all main highways and roads in Egypt.
Furthermore, Infinity Energy is a major
shareholder in E-Power, a licensed distribution and selling Electricity Company,
which was established in 2014.
In addition, E-Power provides a variety of services including network maintenance, value-based engineering for the electrical network and facility management. E-Power has secured over 15 contracts with the leading real-estate developers in the Egyptian market.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development (EBRD) recently entered an equity investment in Infinity Energy of
up to USD 60 million to finance the development, construction and operation of
renewable energy projects and associated ancillary business including
electricity distribution and electric vehicle charging stations in Egypt and
across SEMED countries.
ADSW 2020 takes place from January 11-18, at
the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. One of the world’s largest
