استعرضم. جابر دسوقى رئيس الشركة القابضة لكهرباء مصر مع ممثلو شركة ABB التحديات التى واجهها القطاع خلال الفترة الماضية فى مجال تامين التغذية الكهربية لسد الفجوة بين انتاج الكهرباء والطلب عليها وحل مشكلة أزمة الكهرباء التى عانت منها مصر خلال الفترات الماضية،
أضاف بفضل الدعم الفعال الذى توليه القيادة السياسية وإعتبارها أمن قومى نجح القطاع فى اتخاذ العديد من الإجراءات منذ 2014 من أجل التغلب على تلك التحديات حيث تم حيث تم إضافة 6882 ميجاوات حتى نهاية عام 2015 منها حوالى 3632 ميجاوات كخطة عاجلة بالإضافة إلى استكمال تنفيذ مشروعات إنتاج الكهرباء بإجمالى 3250 ميجاوات من محطات الخطة الخمسية.
اشار إلى نجاح القطاع في إبرام تعاقد مع شركة سيمنس العالمية لإضافة قدرات جديدة للشبكة تصل إلى 14400 ميجاوات موزعة على ثلاث محطات عملاقة فى (بنى سويف- البرلس- العاصمة الإدارية) كل واحدة منها 4800 ميجاوات والتي تقوم بتنفيذها شركة سيمنس بالتعاون مع الشركات المصرية (أوراسكوم، السويدي)، ووصلت نسبة الإنجاز حتى الآن إلى 90% ، ومن المتوقع الانتهاء من دخول هذه المحطات بالكامل على الشبكة الكهربائية بمايو 2018.
القطاع يعمل فى الوقت الحالى على مواجهة التحديات فى مجال شبكات النقل والتوزيع وتحسين جهود التغذية لكافة المشتركين حيث نجح فى التعاقد مع عدد من البنوك المصرية فى للحصول على حوالى 37.4 مليار جنيه لتنفيذ خطة لتدعيم شبكات النقل وشبكات التوزيع على مستوى الجمهورية.
اشار إلى الإهتمام الذى يولية القطاع للتوسع فى مشروعات الطاقات المتجددة موضحاً خطة القطاع التى تهدف إلى وصول نسبة الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة إلى 20% من مزيج الطاقة في مصر حتى عام 2022 ونسبة 42% حتى عام 2035.
و مشروع إنشاء محطة توليد الكهرباء بنظام الضخ والتخزين قدرة 2400 ميجاوات بمنطقة جبل عتاقة، فضلاً عن محطات تعمل بالفحم النظيف .
يجرى حالياً اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للإعداد لطرح إنشاء محطات إنتاج الكهرباء باستخدام تكنولوجيا الفحم النظيف بالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص بقدرات تصل إلى 6000 ميجاوات في موقع الحمراوين على ساحل البحر الأحمر و تم دعوة شركات يابانية وصينية وكورية وأمريكية للمشاركة في هذا المشروع.
أضاف أن تعد مصر مركز محوري للربط الكهربائي بين القارات الثلاث مشيراً إلى مشروعات الربط الكهربائى المصرى السعودى حيث تعمل كل من مصروالمملكة العربية السعودية على استكمال مشروع الربط الكهربائى المشترك بينهما من خلال خطوط للربط بنظام التيار المستمر قدرة 3000 ميجاوات .
كما تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة GEIDCO للتعاون في عدد من المجالات من بينها إجراء البحوث حول تنمية استراتيجية الطاقة والتخطيط فى مصر، وتعزيز الربط الكهربائي مع دول الجوار، إجراء تقييم ودراسات حول تكنولوجيات الطاقة المتجددة في مصر، وتعزيز تنمية استخدام الطاقة المتجددة في مصر وتكامل الشبكة ، التشاور الفني للتطبيقات الذكية ، تعزيز مفهوم الربط الكهربائي العالمي للطاقة في مصر والدول العربية، وتسهيل توصيل الطاقة الكهربائية بين الدول العربية، إعداد برامج لبناء القدرات البشرية فى المشروعات ذات الصلة .
يجرى الآن دراسة جدوى تنفيذ مشروع للربط الكهربائى بين مصر وقبرص واليونان يهدف إلى الربط الكهربائى الأوروبى الأفريقى بين مصر وقبرص واليونان لتكون مصر ناقل هام للطاقة بالنسبة للقارة الأوروبية.
يجري تنفيذ مشروع تجريبى لتركيب عدد حوالى (250 ألف) عداد ذكى، ومن المستهدف تغيير جميع العدادات بالشبكة الكهربائية بعدادات أخرى ذكية والتي تقدر بحوالي 40 مليون عداد ذكي بالإضافة إلى إنشاء شبكات الاتصال ومراكز البيانات الخاصة بها.
اشاد ممثلو شركة ABB بما تم من إنجازات في قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة المصرى والاهتمام الذى يوليه للتطوير فى كافة المجالات وأعربوا عن رغبتهم فى التعاون مع القطاع فى عدد من المجالات من بينها نقل التكنولوجيات المطلوبة للمساهمة في مشروعات الربط وزيادة سعات الربط الحالي، وخبرة الشركة فى العديد من المجالات المتصلة بقطاع الكهرباء .
كما أعرب ممثلو الشركة عن تقديرهم أيضاً للإمكانيات الهائلة التى تمتلكها مصر والتى تؤهلها لتكون مركز إقليمى للطاقة.
وأعرب جابر عن رغبة القطاع فى الاستفادة من أحدث التكنولوجيات المتاحة لدى شركة ABB.

Chairman of the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company have met representatives
of ABB. Eng. Gaber discussed during the
meeting the challenges faced by the sector during the last period in the field
of providing electricity to fill the gap between electricity production and
demand and solve the problem of electricity crisis suffered by Egypt
during the past periods
Added that thanks to
the effective support given by the political leadership as a national security,
the sector has succeeded in taking many measures since 2014 to overcome these
challenges. 6882 megawatts have been
added by the end of 2015, including 3632 MW as an urgent plan. Along with implemented
3250 MW of five-year plan stations.
Pointed to the success
of the sector in the conclusion of a contract with Siemens International
to add new capacity of the grid up to 14400 megawatts distributed in three
giant stations in (Beni Suef - Borlos - Administrative capital) each of which
4800 megawatts and implemented by Siemens in cooperation with Egyptian
companies (Orascom , Swedey), and the completion rate to date to 90 percent
, and is expected to complete these stations fully on the grid by 2018
Sector is currently
working to meet the challenges in the field of transmission and distribution grid
and improving the nutrition efforts of all participants. Succeeded in contracting with a number of
Egyptian Banks to get about 37.4 billion pounds to implement a plan to
strengthen transport grid and distribution networks in the Republic
Pointed to the
interest paid by the sector to the expansion of renewable energy projects, referring
to plan which aims at reaching 20 percent of the energy mix in Egypt until
2022 and 42 percent until 2035
Construction of a 2400
megawatt power plant with a pumping and storage system in the Jebel Ataqa
area, as well as coal-fired stations
Necessary measures are
being taken to prepare for the establishment of electricity production plants
using clean Coal technology in cooperation with the private sector with
capacities of up to 6000 megawatts at Al Hamrawain site on the Red Sea coast.
Japanese, Chinese, Korean and American companies have been invited to
participate in this project
Egypt is a pivotal
center for electrical interconnection between the three continents, referring
to the Egyptian-Saudi electric grid projects, where Egypt and Saudi Arabia are
working on completing their joint power project through connecting lines of
3000MW
A memorandum of understanding
was also signed with GEIDCO for cooperation in a number of areas,
including research on the development of energy strategy and planning in Egypt,
the strengthening of the electrical link with neighboring countries, assessment
and studies on renewable energy technologies in Egypt, Technical consultation
for smart applications, promotion of the concept of global power
interconnection in Egypt and Arab countries, facilitation of electricity supply
among Arab countries, preparation of human capacity building programs in
related projects
The feasibility of
implementing a project to connect Egypt, Cyprus and Greece with the aim of
linking the African-African electricity between Egypt, Cyprus and Greece is
being studied as an important energy carrier for the European continent
A pilot project is
being carried out to install about 250 thousand meters. It is intended to
change all the meters to the electrical network with other smart meters, which
are estimated at 40 million intelligent meters in addition to the establishment
of their communication networks and data centers
ABB representatives praised the achievements in
the Egyptian electricity and energy sector and the interest it attaches to
development in all fields. They expressed their desire to cooperate with the
sector in a number of fields, including the transfer of the technologies
required to contribute to the linkage projects and increase the current
connectivity capacity. Areas related to the electricity sector
ABB company's representatives also expressed their appreciation for Egypt's
enormous potential, which qualifies it as a regional energy center
