In Egypt there is no railway stations for transport coal !
Nowadays a lot local argument about import coal especially for cement factories, I would like to suggest an initiative from RE stakeholders...Import coal are against New Egyptian constitution, Item 32 which talk " The state is committed to working on the optimal exploitation of renewable energy sources and stimulate investment and encourage scientific research on them" so the reader have law support and will obtain well-known people support such initiative.
Yes for coal after social dialogue take into account all outputs of such dramatically change in Energy policy in Egypt.
