بيان: وفد مصري رسمي وتجاري للمشاركة في فعاليات معرض أيكوموندو 2025، مدينة ريميني ايطاليا نوفمبر المقبل Statement: Egyptian Official and Business Delegation in Ecomondo 2025 Exhibition – Rimini, Italy

 

في إطار جهود الغرفة التجارية الإيطالية في مصر لتعزيز التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص في البلدين، يستعد وفد مصري رسمي وتجاري للمشاركة في فعاليات معرض Ecomondo 2025، الذي سيُعقد بمدينة ريميني الإيطالية خلال شهر نوفمبر المقبل.

يُعد المعرض من أكبر وأهم الفعاليات الأوروبية والدولية المتخصصة في تقنيات الاستدامة، والاقتصاد الدائري، والطاقة المتجددة، وإدارة الموارد البيئية.

تأتي هذه المشاركة بالتعاون مع كلٍّ من غرفة صناعة الكيماويات وجمعية مصنعي ومصدّري البلاستيك (EPEMA)، في إطار دعم وتفعيل الشراكات المصرية – الإيطالية في مجالات الاقتصاد الأخضر والتحول نحو التنمية المستدامة.

سيتضمن الوفد المصري ممثلين عن القطاعين الحكومي والخاص، إلى جانب مجموعة من الشركات المصرية العاملة في مجالات الطاقة النظيفة، وإدارة المخلفات، وإعادة التدوير، والمياه.

يشارك في الوفد كيرلس أنور سكرتير عام للغرفة التجارية الايطالية في مصر ، و م. ضياء حمزة المدير التنفيذي لغرفة الصناعات الكيماوية ، وم. محمد طاهر المدير التنفيذي لجمعية مصنعي ومصدّري البلاستيك كما يبلغ عدد الشركات المصرية المشاركة في الوفد المصري 50 شركة من  شركات المقاولات التي تقوم علي تنفيذ مشاريع انشاء محطات معالجة المياه والصرف و يشارك ايضا ممثلين عن شعبة تدوير المخلفات في غرفة الصناعات الكيماوية .
ومن المقرر أن يشارك الوفد في سلسلة من الاجتماعات الثنائية (B2B) مع عدد من الشركات الإيطالية الرائدة، بهدف الاطلاع على أحدث الحلول التكنولوجية المبتكرة وبحث فرص التعاون المشترك.

تُعَد هذه المشاركة خطوة استراتيجية لتعزيز نقل التكنولوجيا والخبرات الإيطالية إلى السوق المصري، ودعم جهود الدولة المصرية نحو التحول إلى اقتصاد أخضر مستدام. كما ستُتيح الاجتماعات الثنائية فرصًا واعدة لتأسيس شراكات في مشاريع مستقبلية تخدم أهداف التنمية المستدامة في مصر.

 أكدت الغرفة التجارية الإيطالية في مصر حرصها على دعم العلاقات الاقتصادية بين البلدين وتسهيل التواصل بين مجتمعي الأعمال المصري والإيطالي، مشيرة إلى أن مثل هذه الفعاليات تفتح آفاقًا جديدة للاستثمار ونقل المعرفة وتعزيز التعاون في القطاعات الحيوية.

 

As part of the efforts of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors in both countries, an Egyptian official and business delegation is preparing to participate in the activities of Ecomondo 2025, which will be held in the Italian city of Rimini next November.

 The exhibition is considered one of the largest and most important European and international events specializing in sustainability technologies, circular economy, renewable energy, and environmental resource management.

 This participation comes in cooperation with both the Chamber of Chemical Industries and the Egyptian Plastics Manufacturers and Exporters Association (EPEMA), within the framework of supporting and activating Egyptian–Italian partnerships in the fields of green economy and transition towards sustainable development.

 The Egyptian delegation will include representatives from both the governmental and private sectors, along with a group of Egyptian companies operating in clean energy, waste management, recycling, and water sectors.

 The delegation includes Mr. Kyrillos Anwar, Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt; Eng. Diaa Hamza, Executive Director of the Chamber of Chemical Industries; and Eng. Mohamed Taher, Executive Director of the Egyptian Plastics Manufacturers and Exporters Association.

The Egyptian delegation also comprises 50 Egyptian companies specialized in implementing water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects, as well as representatives from the Waste Recycling Division of the Chamber of Chemical Industries.

 The delegation is scheduled to participate in a series of B2B meetings with a number of leading Italian companies to learn about the latest innovative technological solutions and explore opportunities for joint cooperation.

 This participation represents a strategic step toward strengthening the transfer of Italian technology and expertise to the Egyptian market and supporting Egypt’s efforts to transition to a sustainable green economy.

The bilateral meetings will also provide promising opportunities to establish partnerships in future projects that serve the sustainable development goals in Egypt.

 The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt affirmed its keenness to support economic relations between the two countries and facilitate communication between the Egyptian and Italian business communities, noting that such events open new horizons for investment, knowledge transfer, and enhanced cooperation in vital sectors.

المشروع القومي لضبط النيل National Project for Regulating the Nile

 

 ■ د. سويلم: المشروع يهدف لاستعادة القدرة الاستيعابية لمجرى النهر لتوفير الاحتياجات المائية ومواجهة أي طوارئ والتعامل مع حالات الفيضان

 إنتاج خرائط رقمية حديثة لقاع وجوانب النهر وحصر أراضي طرح النهر والأملاك والتعديات باستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة 

 تمكين مسئولي الوزارة من تحديد مواقع التعديات بدقة وحدود المنطقتين المحظورة والمقيدة 

 التأكد من التزام الأفراد والمستثمرين بالاشتراطات الصادرة عن الوزارة فيما يخص الأعمال على جانبي النهر

بيان صادر عن وزارة الموارد المائية والري:

 فى ضوء ما تم عرضه على د .مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء فى الاجتماع المنعقد برئاسة سيادته يوم الاثنين الموافق ٢٠ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٥ .. عقد السيد الأستاذ د.هانى سويلم وزير الموارد المائية والرى إجتماعاً لمتابعة موقف "المشروع القومى لضبط النيل" والذى يعد أحد المشروعات الكبرى المندرجة تحت مظلة الجيل الثانى لمنظومة الرى المصرية 2.0 .

 وأوضح د. سويلم أن هذا المشروع الهام يهدف لاستعادة القدرة الاستيعابية لمجرى نهر النيل لضمان توفير الإحتياجات المائية المطلوبة للمنتفعين ومواجهة أى طوارئ والتعامل مع حالات الفيضان .

 أضاف أن "المشروع القومي لضبط النيل" يتضمن إنتاج خرائط رقمية حديثة لقاع وجوانب نهر النيل وفرعيه، ورفع وحصر وتوثيق أراضي طرح النهر جنبا الي جنب مع الأملاك العامة لنهر النيل، وحصر جميع أشكال التعديات على مجرى النهر بإستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة مثل صور الأقمار الصناعية والتصوير الجوى والتطبيقات الرقمية، بما يمكن مسئولى الوزارة من تحديد مواقع التعديات بدقة وتحديد حدود المنطقتين المحظورة والمقيدة على جانبي النهر، والتأكد من التزام الأفراد والمستثمرين بالاشتراطات الصادرة عن وزارة الموارد المائية والري فيما يخص الأعمال التي يتم تنفيذها على جانبي النهر، وتنفيذ أعمال التطوير لأى كورنيش أو ممشى طبقا للنماذج التى وضعتها وزارة الموارد المائية والري بدون التأثير سلبا على القطاع المائي لنهر النيل .

 وشدد د. سويلم على إستمرار المتابعة من كافة إدارات حماية النيل لوأد أى محاولات للتعدي فى مهدها وقبل تفاقمها ضمن فعاليات الموجة (٢٧) الجارى تنفيذها حاليا، مع دراسة كافة الحالات بشكل دقيق من كافة الجوانب الفنية والقانونية لتحديد المسار الأمثل للتعامل معها .

 

■ Dr. Sweilem:

• The project aims to restore the carrying capacity of the river channel to provide water needs, confront any emergencies, and deal with flood situations.

• Producing up-to-date digital maps of the riverbed and banks, and surveying river-front lands, public properties, and encroachments using modern technology.

• Enabling ministry officials to accurately determine the locations of encroachments and the boundaries of the two zones — the prohibited and the restricted.

• Ensuring that individuals and investors comply with the requirements issued by the ministry regarding works carried out on both sides of the river.

 Statement issued by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation:

 In light of what was presented to Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, at the meeting held under his chairmanship on Monday, October 20, 2025,

Dr. Hani Sweilem, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, held a meeting to follow up on the status of the “National Project for Regulating the Nile,” which is considered one of the major projects falling under the umbrella of the second generation of the Egyptian Irrigation System 2.0.

Dr. Sweilem explained that this important project aims to restore the carrying capacity of the Nile River channel to ensure the provision of the required water needs for beneficiaries, confront any emergencies, and deal with flood situations.

He added that the “National Project for Regulating the Nile” includes producing up-to-date digital maps of the bed and banks of the Nile River and its two branches, surveying, recording, and documenting river-front lands alongside public properties of the Nile River, and recording all forms of encroachments on the river course using modern technologies such as satellite imagery, aerial photography, and digital applications.

This enables ministry officials to determine the locations of encroachments accurately, define the boundaries of the two zones — the prohibited and the restricted — on both sides of the river, ensure that individuals and investors comply with the requirements issued by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation regarding works carried out on both sides of the river, and implement development works for any corniche or promenade according to the models set by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, without negatively affecting the Nile River’s water cross-section.

 Dr. Sweilem stressed the continuation of monitoring by all Nile-protection departments to quell any attempts of encroachment in their cradle before they worsen, within the framework of Wave (27) currently being implemented, while carefully studying all cases from all technical and legal aspects to determine the optimal course of action for dealing with them.

 يواصل معرض إيكوموندو توسيع نطاقه الدولي. ففي نسخته الثامنة والعشرين، التي تنظمها مجموعة المعارض الإيطالية (IEG) والمقرر عقدها في مركز ريميني للمعارض خلال الفترة من 4 إلى 7 نوفمبر 2025، يخطو الحدث خطوة جديدة نحو ترسيخ بعده العالمي، مؤكداً دوره كمركز مرجعي للمحترفين والشركات والمؤسسات العاملة في مجالات الاقتصاد الأخضر والأزرق والدائري.
