I. Innovations I every aspect of water
management and valuable secondary products. This includes; but not limited to:
A) Waste containers
B) Waste collection vehicles' loading
securing system
C) A new system of waste collection
vehicles rental and its advantages
D) Crushing machinery
E) Sites monitoring devices
II. Live demonstrations of recycling
building materials on approx. 8,000 m2 of space with a focus o
processing building waste.
III. Plenty of new ideas I water and
waste water treatment. Drinking water production and the treatment of waste water, plus
all the associated transport, management and monitoring functions, are central
themes at the world’s leading environmental technology exhibition, IFAT in
Munich. In all segments of the water and waste-water industry, there is still
plenty of scope for innovations, as the sector will be amply demonstrating at
the Messe München exhibition center between May 5 and 9, 2014. Here are just
some examples of what the exhibitors showcased ahead of the event, at the Media
Dialog which took place on January 7 and 8, 2014
a) Leading companies showing its
interest in the field and developing new products; e.g. Siemens with "
SIWA", Ashbrook Simon-Hartley/Alfa
Laval "Iso-Disc", in Rotamat screens "Huber SE: RPPS Star screen
system and RoMem Liquid screen ", in pumps "Netzsch : iFDStator
2.0", "Allweiler: Alldur", I absorbers "Blucher:
Saratech", in solid/liquid separator " BASF: Zetag Ultra", in
measurement technology " Macherey-Nagel: new spectrophotometer Nanocolor
UV/VIS II".
IV. What are the key themes in the
sector? Country and Themes once again the main attraction. Intelligent
urbanization, in three blocks.
Both country ad thematically based forums will be
organized.
This is an opportunity to take a close look at what is happening
in selected markets around the world, a chance to review the challenges faced
there and weigh up the solutions offered. Up-and-coming markets are presented,
as well as established ones. India, China, Mexico/Central America, Canada and
Turkey are countries hosted in these forums.
Recycling phosphorus, waste disposal logistics, waste management and
aircraft recycling, Conservation of resources by means of closed cycle waste
management, Sustainable water management and Best practices from BMBF research
funding on raw materials technology, those are the themes addressed in
the forums.
