أشار خلال لقاؤه اليوم ممثلي شركة سينفيون الألمانية
المتخصصة فى تصنيع توربينات الرياح، ما تتمتع به مصر من ثراء واضح فى مصادر الطاقات المتجددة
والتي تشمل بشكل أساسى طاقة الرياح والطاقة الشمسية وتصل إلى حوالى 35 جيجاوات من
طاقة الرياح و55 جيجاوات من الطاقة الشمسية.
أشار إلى استراتيجية تكامل واستدامة الكهرباء التي أعدها
القطاع حتى عام 2035 بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الأوروبى، وقام المجلس الأعلى
للطاقة بإعتمادها واختيار السيناريو الأنسب لمصر ، يتم حالياً تحديثها طبقاً
للمتغيرات الجديدة التى تتضمن أسعار الوقود ، تغيير سعر الصرف وتكاليف
التكنولوجيات الحديثة ، وتعتمد على تحقيق توازن الطاقة من خلال زيادة نسبة
مشاركة الطاقات المتجددة لتصل إلى حوالى 42% بحلول عام 2035.
أضاف تم تبنى برنامج واسع النطاق يتضمن عدد من
الإجراءات لتشجيع مشاركة القطاع الخاص فى مشروعات قطاع الطاقة من بينها قانون
الطاقة المتجددة الذى يشجع على إنشاء مشروعات من مصادر الطاقة المتجددة من خلال
أربعة آليات تتضمن المشروعات الحكومية من خلال عقود EPC ، والمناقصات التنافسية بنظام
البناء والتملك والتشغيل BOO ، منتج الطاقة المستقل IPP ، بالإضافة إلى تعريفة التغذية FIT
كما تم توقيع اتفاقيات شراء الطاقة مع عدد "30" شركة فإلى جانب
الـ 13 شركة التى يقوم بتمويلها مؤسسة الـ IFC ،
فهناك ايضاٌ عدد 17 شركة أخرى حققت الإغلاق المالى للمرحلة الثانية من
برنامج تعريفة التغذية بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ حوالى 1365 ميجاوات بالإضافة إلي
توقيع إتفاقية مع شركتين علي قطعتي أراضي خاصة بقدرة إجمالية 100 ميجاوات ، ليصل
إجمالى القدرات التي تم التعاقد عليها 1465 ميجاوات ضمن برنامج تعريفة التغذية.

للتوسع مجالات الطاقة المتجددة ابدى ممثلو الشركة الألمانية حرصهم على الاستثمار
في مصر، وخاصة بعد التجربة المصرية الناجحة في الطاقة المتجددة سواء من خلال آلية
تعريفه التغذية أو البناء التملك، التشغيل، والتي تصل إجمالى قدراتها الى حوالى
1750 م.و.، من قدرات الطاقة الشمسية والرياح .
ابدى ممثلو الشركة اهتمامهم بالمشاركة في مناقصة التشغيل والصيانه لبعض
مشروعات طاقة الرياح بالزعفرانة، و التى تعتزم هيئة الطاقة الجديدة المتجددة طرحها
خلال الشهر القادم.
أعلن ممثلو الشركة عن نية الشركة افتتاح مقر لها فى القاهرة ليكون نقطة
انطلاق لاستثماراتها فى القارة الأفريقية.

energies, which include mainly wind and solar energy up to about 35 gigawatts
of wind power and 55 gigawatts of solar energy
He pointed to the strategy of integration and sustainability of
electricity prepared by the sector until 2035 in cooperation with the European
Union. Supreme Council of Energy had adopted it and selected the most
appropriate scenario for Egypt. It is currently being updated according to the
new variables including fuel prices, exchange rate changes and the costs of

A wide-ranging program has been adopted including a number of measures
to encourage private sector participation in energy sector projects, including
the Renewable Energy Act, which encourages the creation of renewable energy
projects through four mechanisms including government projects through EPC
contracts, BOO, the independent power producer IPP, as well as the FIT feed
tariff.
Furthermore energy purchase agreements were signed with 30 companies. In
addition to the 13 companies financed by the IFC, there are also 17 other
companies that have achieved the financial closure of the second phase of the FIT
program with a total capacity of about 1365 MW, Two companies on two plots of
land with a total capacity of 100 megawatts, bringing the total capacity
contracted to 1465 MW within the program Feed in Tariff
Representatives of the German company Sonophon praised the efforts of
the Egyptian electricity sector to expand the fields of renewable energy.
