مستجدات مشروع إنشاء محطة لإنتاج الكهرباء بإستخدام أنظمة الخلايا الفوتوفلطية
بقدرة 20 ميجاوات بمدينة الغردقة بالتعاون مع الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي JICA .

د. الخياط ان هذه المحطة تعد الأولى من نوعها التي تستخدم فيها أنظمة تخزين الطاقة
في مصر.أضاف تم اعداد دراسة الجدوى الفنية والإقتصادية لمشروع
المحطة بأرض الهيئة بمدينة الغردقة .
كما
تم توقيع اتفاقية قرض ميسر لتمويل المشروع بين كل من هيئة الطاقة الجديدة
والمتجددة والوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي بمبلغ 11.31 مليار ين ياباني ، حيث
يتضمن المشروع تنفيذ محطة لإنتاج الكهرباء بإستخدام أنظمة الخلايا الفوتوفلطية
بقدرة 20 ميجاوات بالإضافة إلي نظام تخزين بإستخدام البطاريات، حيث ستستخدم البطاريات
في دعم الشبكة القومية في فترات الذروة وإنتاج الكهرباء ليلاً،
تتضمن
الأعمال التي سيتم تنفيذها أيضا من القرض، إنشاء مركز معلومات صديق للبيئة (Zero Energy Building)، حيث ستستخدم الطاقة المتجددة لتغذيته، وكذا كفاءة
الطاقة، وسيتم تجهيزه بجميع الإمكانات والمعدات الحديثة المطلوبة بهدف تفعيل دور
المركز كمركز تدريبي عالمي للعاملين في هذا المجال من القطاعين الخاص والعام،
علاوة علي إنشاء قاعة مؤتمرات تستوعب 120 فرد.

حالياً اتخاذ خطوات طرح مناقصة لإختيار مقاول تنفيذ المشروع، حيث من المتوقع
التعاقد في سبتمبر 2018، علي أن يبدأ المشروع في إنتاج الكهرباء في منتصف عام 2019.
تبلغ الطاقة المتوقع انتاجها حوالي 32 جيجاوات ساعة توفر حوالي 7 ألاف طن بترول
مكافىء، والحد من انبعاث نحو 17 الف طن ثاني أكسيد
الكربون.

د. شاكر أن المتابعة تأتى فى إطار الاهتمام الذى يوليه قطاع الكهرباء لزيادة نسبة
مشاركة الطاقات المتجددة فى مزيج الطاقة ، ورفع إنتاجية المحطات
Dr. Mohammed Al-Khayyat, Executive Chairman of New and Renewable
Energy Authority, reviewed the developments of the
project of establishing a power plant using 20 megawatt photovoltaic systems in
Hurghada in cooperation with JICA.
Dr. Al-Khayat said that this station is
the first of its kind to use energy storage systems in Egypt
Added that the technical and economic
feasibility study for the station project was prepared in the land of NREA
The project also includes the implementation of
a project for the production of electricity using 20 megawatt photovoltaic
systems, as well as a battery storage system.
These
batteries will be used by the New Energy and Renewable Energy Authority and
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for 11.31 billion Japanese yen. Supporting
national grid at peak periods and the production of electricity at night,
The work will also include the establishment of
an environmentally friendly information center (Zero Energy
Building
Currently, steps are being taken to submit a
tender to select the contractor for the project. The contract is expected to be
signed in September 2018. The project will start producing electricity in mid 2019.
The expected production capacity is about 32 GWh,
saving about 7 thousand tons of equivalent oil and reducing the emission of
about 17,000 tons of carbon dioxide.
Dr. Shaker , the ministry , said that this follow-up comes within the framework
of the interest of the electricity sector to increase the participation of
renewable energy in the energy mix, increase the availability of stations and
raise the efficiency of the units, as well as the attention given by the
electricity sector to the human element and raise its efficiency.
