يتضمن العقد إنشاء محطة لإنتاج الكهرباء بإستخدام نظم الخلايا الشمسية الفوتوفلطية
بقدرة 50 ميجاوات والربط علي محطة المحولات ، بالإضافة إلي أعمال التشغيل والصيانة
لمدة 5 سنوات ، ومن المقرر أن تنتهي الشركة المنفذة من أعمال التركيبات في منتصف
عام 2022.
تبلغ تكلفة المشروع حوالى 38 مليون يورو ، ويتم التمويل من خلال قرض ميسر من بنك
التعمير الألماني ،
هذا المشروع أول مشروع لتوليد الكهرباء بإستخدام الخلايا الشمسية يتم تنفيذه في
منطقة الزعفرانة بمحافظة السويس، وبما يفتح الباب لمزيد من الإستثمارات في مجال
الطاقة الشمسية في هذه المنطقة.
جدير بالذكر ان هذا المشروع يتم تنفيذه علي مساحة تقدر بحوالي واحد كليومتر مربع،
ومن المتوقع أن ينتج المشروع حوالي 90 ألف ميجاوات ساعة سنوياً بما يوفر حوالي 19
ألف طن بترول مكافيء ويحد من إنبعاثات حوالي 50 ألف طن ثاني أكسيد الكربون.
يوفر المشروع حوالي 500 فرصة عمل مؤقتة أثناء فترة الاعداد والإنشاء، فضلاً عن
حوالي 50 فرصة عمل دائمة أثناء التشغيل والصيانة طوال عمر المشروع 25 سنة.
المشروع تنفيذاً للإستراتيجية الوطنية للطاقة المتجددة التي تهدف إلي الوصول إلي
20% من إجمالي الطاقة المنتجة من مصادر متجددة بحلول عام 2022، والوصول إلى ما
يزيد عن 42% بحلول عام 2035
يتم حالياً إجراء الدراسات
اللازمة لزيادة هذه النسبة، واستمراراً لجهود الدولة لتشجيع وجذب الإستثمارات في
مجال الطاقة المتجددة وخاصة الطاقة الشمسية .
Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and
Renewable Energy, attended a signed a contract between New and Renewable Energy
Authority, NREA , and Belectric Companies Coalition - CCC to install, operate
and maintain an electricity production plant using solar photovoltaic systems
with a capacity of 50 megawatts in Zafarana city, Suez Governorate, in the
presence of a number of leaders of the electricity sector and representatives
of the New and Renewable Energy Authority , NREA , And representatives of the
German Construction Bank, KFW
The contract includes the construction of an
electricity production station using photovoltaic solar cell systems with a
capacity of 50 megawatts and the connection to the transformer station, in
addition to operation and maintenance work for a period of 5 years
The company which implementing the installations is
scheduled to finish in the middle of 2022
The cost of the project is about 38 million Euros, and
the financing is done through a soft loan from the German Construction Bank,
KFW
This project is the first project to generate
electricity using solar cells to be implemented in the Zafarana area in the
Suez Governorate, which opens the door for further investments in the field of
solar energy in this region
It is worth noting that this project is being
implemented on an area of about
one square kilometer, and it is expected that the project will produce about 90
thousand megawatt hours annually, which saves about 19 thousand tons of oil
equivalent and reduces the emissions of about 50 thousand tons of carbon
dioxide
The project provides about 500 temporary job
opportunities during the preparation and construction period, in addition to
about 50 permanent job opportunities during operation and maintenance
throughout the life of the project for 25 years
The project is in implementation of the national
renewable energy strategy, which aims to reach 20 percent of the total energy
produced from renewable sources by 2022, and to reach more than 42 percent by
2035
The necessary studies are currently being conducted to
increase this share, and in continuation of the state's efforts to encourage
and attract investments in the field of renewable energy, especially solar
energy
