انطلقت
بروتوكولات التحالف من واقع الأهمية القصوى التى تمثلها السياحة وثورة التكنولوجيا
والبعد البيئي والتغيرات المناخية فى اقتصاد الدول العربية، ولأهمية إيجاد
أسس علمية ونظم مبتكرة للتعاون والتكامل في المساحات المشتركة بين هذه القطاعات
خاصة بعد التعافى من كورونا، وفى ظل ظهور أنماط جديدة لأنشطة الحياة بوجه عام وفي
هذه القطاعات على وجه الخصوص، مثل اعتماد الانماط غير التقليدية التى تراعى
الحفاظ على البيئة بكل مكوناتها، وتجاوز أشكال الاعلام التقليدى الى آفاق رقمية
واهتمام الدول بتحقيق أهداف الأمم المتحدة للتنمية المستدامة
و تأكيدا على
الدور الجوهري لتعاون المنظمات والاتحادات العربية مع منظمات المجتمع المدني
لتفعيل منظومة العمل العربي المشترك بما يتوافق مع رؤية تعاون مستقبلية واضحة
المعالم تحقق جملة الأهداف المرجوة

In
what is considered the largest high-level Arab cooperation for civil society in
the fields of green tourism, environment, digital transformation, artificial
intelligence and sustainable development, three major Arab institutions in
various service fields, in the presence of representatives of the World Health
Organization, the League of Arab States and the Ministries of Health and
Communications in Egypt, signed a number of cooperation protocols in the
aforementioned fields
The
forces of the Cooperation Alliance are represented by the Arab Federation for
Humanitarian Action and Sustainable Development, a member of the Forum of
Specialized Arab Federations - the League of Arab States, represented by Dr.
Maysa Al Hashemi, and the Arab Union for Tourism Media, represented by Dr.
Lamia Mahmoud
Media
and Digital Transformation Foundation, represented by the media advisor and
journalist Abdul-Jawad Abukab
The
alliance protocols were launched from the reality of the extreme importance
represented by tourism, the technology revolution, the environmental dimension,
and climate changes in the economy of the Arab countries, and the importance of
finding scientific foundations and innovative systems for cooperation and
integration in the common spaces between these sectors, especially after
recovery from Corona, and in light of the emergence of new patterns of life
activities in general
In these sectors in particular, such as the
adoption of non-traditional patterns that take into account the preservation of
environment in all its components, the transcendence of traditional forms of
media to digital horizons, and the interest of countries in achieving the goals
of the United Nations for sustainable development.
And
emphasizing the essential role of the cooperation of Arab organizations and
federations with civil society organizations to activate the system of joint
Arab action in line with a clear vision of future cooperation that achieves the
desired goals
The
signing ceremony of the protocols was attended by Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar,
media advisor and official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and
Population, Dr. Hani Ibrahim Al-Jahmani, the regional representative of the
Global Alliance for Tobacco Control and the Executive Director of the European
Network for Tobacco Prevention, Ms. Samar Faiq, responsible for activities and
programs for Arab organizations and federations in the League of Arab States,
and Major General Muhammad Abd Al-Wahed, Assistant Minister of the Interior for
Information Technology - previously, Major General Mustafa Baz, Assistant
Minister of Interior for the Prisons Sector - previously, the distinguished
artist Tariq Desouky, the journalist Alaa Bassiouni, deputy head of television,
the poet Nour Abdullah, and a number of personalities interested in the issues
of the protocol
