“الكهرباء” تتوقع جمع 30 مليار جنيه من زيادة الأسعار ..

ENFRWC  القاهرة كشف د. محمد شاكر وزير الكهرباء و الطاقة المتجددة عن تراجع دعم الكهرباء خلال العام المالي الجديد بنحو 5.7 مليار جنيه من 52.5 مليار جنيه إلى 46.7 مليار جنيه، مضيفا خلال مؤتمر صحفي أمس للإعلان عن الأسعار الجديدة، أن ميزانية الدولة لن تتحمل سوى 37 مليار جنيه من الدعم تنقسم إلى زيادة وزارة المالية حصتها فى رأسمال شركات الكهرباء بنحو 21 مليار جنيه تضخ فى ميزانية الشركة القابضة كما تتحمل الدولة نحو 16 مليار جنيه من إجمالي         قيمة الدعم. وأوضح شاكر، أن المتبقى من قيمة الدعم تتحملها الشريحة المنزلية التى تستهلك أكثر من 1000 كيلووات وتسدد 1.1 مليار جنيه وستحاسب بأعلى من قيمة إنتاج الكهرباء الحقيقية، كما تتحمل القطاعات التجارية والصناعية نحو 8.3 مليار جنيه لنفس الأسباب وهو ما يعرف بالدعم التبادلي. قالت م. صباح مشالى وكيل أول وزارة الكهرباء والطاقة لشئون الاتصال السياسى، لصحيفة البورصة إن الحصيلة المتوقعة من زيادة أسعار الكهرباء ستصل 30 مليار جنيه، توجه لتطوير وتحديث شبكات نقل والتوزيع وتحسين جودة الخدمة. د. هاني سويلم‏,‏ أستاذ إدارة الموارد المائية والتنمية المستدامة في جامعة آخن الألمانية‏ قال‏ إن الطاقة والمياه والغذاء وحدة واحدة لا يمكن الفصل بينها‏,‏ فلا يمكن مواجهة أي مشكلة في أي قطاع منها بمنأي عن الآخر‏,‏ وأن الوضع المائي في مصر أصبح يتطلب تكاتف جميع الجهات‏,‏لا الحكومة وحدها‏,‏ ووصف العالم المصري اتجاه الدولة لتحلية المياه بالخطوة المهمة وأنه لا بديل عنها‏,‏ وعلي البحث العلمي التوصل إلي تكنولوجيا مصرية تجعلنا نوظف الطاقة المتجددة في تحلية المياه من أجل إنتاج الغذاء في دائرة مغلقة لا تلوث البيئة‏,‏ ولا ينتج عنها أي مخلفات بأقل تكلفة في ظل مبدأ يعمل به العالم كله الآن‏,‏ وهوإنتاج أكثر بموارد طبيعية أقل‏,‏ أي إنتاج غذاء بأقل مياه وطاقة مما كان يحدث في الماضي‏.‏
 ما يدعونا أيضا إلي اتباع طرق الزراعة التي تعمل علي إنتاج المحاصيل بكميات مياه أقل‏,‏ مؤكدا أن الصوب الزراعية هي مستقبل الزراعة‏,‏ وينبغي التوسع فيها‏,‏ مع الاتجاه إلي إنتاج المحاصيل والسلع الغذائية ذات الاستهلاك المحدود للمياه‏,‏لاسيما التي تتمتع بعائد دولاري كبير‏,‏ إذ آن الأوان لوضع المياه الافتراضي

ثم نقوم باعتبار استهلاك المنتجات للمياه أحد العوامل التي تحدد المنتجات التي نستوردها ونصدرها بحيث نستورد المنتجات التي تستهلك لإنتاجها كميات كبيرة من المياه, ونصدر المنتجات ذات العائد الدولاري المرتفع والاستهلاك المحدود في المياه.
وأضاف أن مستقبل مصر هو أن تصبح مركزا إقليميا للطاقة في إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط, وأنها لديها القدرة والإمكانات لتحقيق ذلك,خاصة بعد إقامة مشروع الطاقة الشمسية بنبان بأسوان التي تعد أكبر تجمع لمحطات الطاقة الشمسية علي مستوي العالم, وأكد د.سويلم أن الإصلاح الإداري ينبغي أن يستند إلي الدمج الفكري لا الهيكلي عبر إنشاء مراكز الفكر الإستراتيجي'

said energy, water and food should be tackled as a unit can not be separated, can not face any problem in any sector, via absence of the other. 
So water situation in Egypt requires the convergence of all parties, not only the government, Egyptian efforts of desalination is an important step and there is no alternative to it. Should scientific research locally reaching for Egyptian technology make us employ renewable energy in the desalination of water for the production of food in a closed circle does not pollute the environment.

Should produce any crop at the lowest cost under the principle of the whole world now, which is the more production from fewer natural resources, so production of food along with less water and energy than in the past.

Dr. Swalm also invites us to follow the methods of agriculture, which work on the production of crops in smaller quantities of water, stressing that the agricultural landscape is the future of agriculture, it should be expanded, with a view to producing crops and foodstuffs with limited water consumption, especially with a large dollar return in export.

We consider the consumption of water products as one of the factors that determine the products we import and export so that we import the products consumed for the production of large quantities of water, and export products with high dollar returns and limited consumption in water.

He added that the future of Egypt is to become a regional center of energy in Africa and the Middle East, and that it has the capacity and the potential to achieve this, especially after the establishment of solar energy project in Aswan, which is the largest gathering of solar power plants in the world.

Finally, reform process should based on intellectual and non-structural integration through the establishment of centers of strategic thinking

تتعاون الشركة العربية للطاقة والمياه " أكوا باور" مع الأكاديمية الألمانية للطاقة المتجددة  RENACوالشريك المصري المعتمد RENAC Oasis  في دورة تدريبية شملت التعريف بمكونات وتصميم الطاقة واقتصاديات أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الضوئية بالإضافة إلى التطبيقات العلمية لتلك الانظمة. لتدريب مهندسي قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة في مجال تصميم ومحاكاة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية

اجتاز نحو 32 مهندساً ومهندسة من الشركة القابضة وشركات التوزيع وهيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة عدد الساعات المعتمدة لحصولهم على أرقى مستوى دولى للتدريب بالتعاون مع الخبرة الألمانية. 

أكد م. حسن أمين المدير الإقليمي لشركة أكوا باور، أن برنامج تدريب مهندسي قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة في مجال تصميم ومحاكاة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية، يأتي في إطار المسئولية المجتمعية للشركة الهادفة الى المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، خاصة وأن الطاقة الشمسية تُعد مستقبل الطاقة في مصر خلال السنوات القادمة، وهو ما ظهر من خلال طفرة مشروعات الطاقة الشمسية في مصر سواء في الأسعار أو التكنولوجيا الحديثة خلال الفترة الماضية. 

وأضاف أمين خلال الاحتفالية، أن تأهيل الكودار داخل القطاع من العناصر الاستراتيجية لإنجاح مشروعات الطاقة في مصر والمنطقة، وهو ما دفع الشركة بالتعاون مع قطاع الكهرباء لتدريب نحو 100 مهندس و300 فني لتأهيلهم بشكل متطور للمشاركة بمشروعات الطاقة وخاصة الشمسية في مصر والدول العربية.

أشار إلى أن قطاع التدريب بوزارة الكهرباء لعب دورًا محوريًا في إتمام وإنجاح الدورة التدريبية لمهندسي القطاع، الأمر الذي يدعم قدرة القطاع على تطوير مشروعات الطاقة المستهدف تنفيذها مستقبلًا.

لفت إلى أن برنامج تدريب مهندسي القطاع على تصميم ومحاكاة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية، يأتي ضمن برامج المسئولية للشركة وحرصها على رفع كفاءة الكوادر البشرية في مختلف مجالات الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة وخاصة في مجال الطاقة الشمسية للمساهمة في تحقيق استراتيجية القطاع للتوسع في الطاقة المتجددة حتى عام 2035.

وأعرب المتدربون في ختام الاحتفالية عن تقديرهم للدور المتميز والجهود التي يبذلها قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة وشركة أكوا باور في إعداد وتنظيم الدورات التدريبية لتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى منها.

وأكد د. محمد موسى عمران، أن تدريب مهندسي القطاع تم بمبادرة من شركة أكوا باور، لتأهيل المهندسين والفنيين للعمل في مشروع بنبان بأسوان للطاقة الشمسية، وغيره من مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة المستهدف تنفيذها مستقبلًا بالدولة.

أشار عمران، إلى أهمية إعداد مركز متخصص لتدريب مهندسي القطاع على مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة، وبالتحديد الشمسية، لافتًا إلى أن تأهيل الكوادر المصرية سيمكنهم من الالتحاق بمشروعات الطاقة التي تنفذها الدول العربية خلال الفترة الراهنة
