What is the IFAT Media Dialog?
We have created the IFAT Media Dialog as a communication platform for exhibitors and the international trade press. It is intended to provide an ideal forum for exhibitors to meet face to face with journalists and inform them about their latest products and processes, and about their presentation at the show. And of course, it´s a great way to raise their media profile in the run-up to IFAT. Leading trade journalists from Germany and around the world will be seizing this unique opportunity to gather information for their pre-show reporting.Why should I take part?
Here, just a few months before the start of the trade show, exhibitors get the chance to meet up with a high-powered gathering of 100 representatives of the international trade press. This is an ideal time – and an ideal format – for you to inform the press about innovations and new developments in your company and about your presentation at IFAT.
For the press, it is an opportunity to meet in person around 100 of the exhibitors at IFAT – in advance of the show itself – and, for two days, to find out first hand from them about the latest trends and news.
Who is invited to take part?Basically any exhibitor at IFAT 2014 can take part in the IFAT Media Dialog (costs: EUR 750,- per table). Invitations to the press – around 100 trade journalists from Germany and abroad – are sent out by Messe München.
Journalists, who have not received an invitation, can participate in the media dialog at their own expenses. The IFAT Press Team can provide you with further information.
How many participants will there be in total?
We are expecting over 100 exhibitors and around 100 trade journalists.
When does it take place and where?
The talks take place on January 7 and 8, 2014 in the ICM – Internationales Congress Center München at the Messe München exhibition center.
