Since 1 August 2014, the new Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) applies

This has also reformed the marketing possibilities for green power - and sees a "mandatory direct marketing" before. This means that operators of new eco-power plants are their current must usually sell at the market price on the electricity market in the future - and receive a so-called "market premium". This premium compensates for the difference between market price and remuneration of each EEG system

The problem
