في حوار خاص مع بوابة روز اليوسف عرض Richard Clemens المدير التنفيذي لقطاع العمليات الصناعية والمعدات باتحاد الصناعات الهندسية الألمانية VDMA تعاون الشركات الألمانية المستحوذة على الحصة الأكبر في تجارة التكنولوجيا المبتكرة وترشيد الطاقة والصناعات الطاقات المتجددة التعاون مع الشركات المصرية لنشر التكنولوجيا النظيفة الموفرة للطاقة. داعياً الحكومة المصرية إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات الضرورية لتشجيع الاستثمار في قطاعات الطاقة المتجددة وترشيد الطاقة واستخدامات المياه. كاشفاً عن أن ما حققته الصناعة الألمانية من توفير للطاقة منذ العام 2000 يعادل استهلاك 48 مليون منزل في ألمانيا والنمسا وسويسرا. مضيفاً أن VDMA أتت إلى القاهرة بعد ثورة يناير مباشرة في وفد تجاري لتعزيز فرص التعاون، وتتابع مثل القطاعات الألمانية الأخرى باهتمام التطورات السياسية المحلية.
- هل يمكن تقديم VDMA لقطاع الهندسة المصرية؟
- ريتشارد كليمنتس VDMA هي اتحاد الهندسة الألمانية الجمعية التجارية لصناعة السلع الرأسمالية بألمانيا وصناعة المعدات ومواد البناء. هذا قطاع غير متجانس إلى حد بعيد. تحت مظلة VDMA يوجد 39 صناعة ذات نقابات مهنية متعددة، دور الاتحاد رعاية منتجات الشركات الأعضاء البالغين أكثر من 20 ألف عضو/ شركة. بالإضافة إلى 400 موظف من VDMA يشرفون على جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
- هل تسعى VDMA لدخول أسواق ناشئة مثل السوق المصري ؟
- صناعة التكنولوجيا تتمتع بعملية تنمية مضطردة ومستمرة على أساس تقاليد عمرها قرون من البحث والابتكار حصة الشركات المصنعة الألمانية من الآلات والمعدات التكنولوجية في التجارة الدولية تبلغ 17.50% حسب إحصاءات عام 2011. مما يجعل ألمانيا رائدة العالم في هذا المجال. المنافس الآخر الأكثر أهمية هي الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي تبلغ حصتها بأسواق تجارة المعدات والتكنولوجيا 15% تليها اليابان 8% ثم جمهورية كوريا الجنوبية 8% وإيطاليا 7%. وتصدر المنتجات الهندسة ميكانيكية لأكثر من 150 بلد في جميع أنحاء العالم، لا تزال دول الاتحاد الأوروبي الـ 28 منطقة المبيعات الأكثر أهمية، تقليدياً، الدول الأوروبية وأمريكا الشمالية أسواق كبرى في صادرات هذه الصناعة. شمال أفريقيا ذات أهمية عالية لأعضاء VDMA. العلاقات بين ألمانيا والصناعة المصرية تعود إلى فترة طويلة. في عام 2011 أتت VDMA مع 18 شركة ألمانية ونظمت ندوة لتكنولوجيا المياه والتكنولوجية العملية في القاهرة، مصر سوف تظل واحدة من أسواقنا الرئيسية في المنطقة.
- هل ستكون خبرات VDMA متاحة للصناعة الهندسية المصرية الصغيرة حجماً؟
- ريتشارد كليمنتس الشركات الهندسية الألمانية التابعة للاتحاد متخصصة في الحلول العملية لأي شركة - كبيرة أو صغيرة – في أي بلد في العالم. وتكون الحلول المقدمة للشركات مناسبة لحجم التطور التكنولوجي لخطوط الإنتاج بها.VDMA تساعد في العثور على الشريك المناسب للشركات الهندسية المصرية أي كان حجمها وتؤدي إلى تعزيز العلاقة بين الصناعتين.
- كيف يمكن تحقيق ذلك وبحسب أية شروط؟
- في السنوات الأخيرة شركات VDMA تنظم مختلف الندوات وتقوم بعمل وفود تجارية إلى مصر. ليس لدينا مكتب في القاهرة لكن نعمل بشكل وثيق مع الغرفة المصرية الألمانية للتجارة والصناعة، نحن نرى إمكانيات كبيرة في مصر في قطاع المياه والطاقة المتجددة، وأيضاً في قطاع الطاقة التقليدية، وبالأساس في جميع مجالات كثيفة الطاقة مثل الأسمنت والصناعات الكيميائية والغذائية. في جميع هذه القطاعات يمكن بسهولة تنفيذ التكنولوجية الموفرة للطاقة مما يساعد في مواجهة نقص الطاقة الموجودة في مصر حالياً. لكن تحتاج الحكومة المصرية إلى اتخاذ تدابير حازمة لتشجيع التغيرات الضرورية.
- هل تعتقد في بيئة واحدة لعالم واحد، كيف نستطيع حمايته؟
- من الواضح تماماً من أجل تحقيق الهدف المتمثل في بيئة أنظف نحن بحاجة إلى تكنولوجية نظيفة. هذا هو بالضبط ما تقوم عليه الصناعة الهندسية والميكانيكية الألمانية، لتطوير حلول تقنية أنظف وأكثر كفاءة للعالم وأيضاً لمصر. بالمقارنة مع مستوى الاستهلاك في عام 2000 تحققت في ألمانيا وفورات في الطاقة تعادل الطلب على الكهرباء من 48 مليون منزل في ألمانيا والنمسا وسويسرا !!
خلال عشر سنوات من استخدام معدات ميكانيكية مبتكرة سيمكن مضاعفة هذا الوفر. ويمكن ببساطة تحقيق هذا الهدف عن طريق إحلال التكنولوجيا الحديثة بالقديمة. كفاءة الطاقة في الصناعة والمنتجات الألمانية تقدم إمكانات غير عادية لتحقيق الاقتصاد الأخضر عالمياً.

- بالنسبة للشركات الهندسية المصرية نحن نقدم الاتصالات والتواصل مع الشركات الألمانية، نجمع خبراء من الصناعة المحلية مع خبراء مصريين، عملاء أو وكلاء أو شركاء أو صناع قرار. ونستطيع بكل سرور الاستمرار في هذه المجالات.
- هل أنت راضي على التغطية الإعلامية لمعرض IFAT دولياً أم يمكن تحسينها؟
- أساساً نحن راضون. ربما يجب على IFAT التركيز بعض الشئ على شمال أفريقيا ولعلها تفعل ونتطلع إلى تعزيز IFAT في مصر والدول المجاورة.
- كلمة أخيرة لقراء العربية من VDMA ؟
- اتحاد المعدات الهندسية الألمانية والعديد من الشركات الألمانية تتابع التطورات في مصر عن كثب. من الواضح أن مصر – كما في أي بلد أخر – محل اهتمام النظام الاقتصادي الدولي. تقليدياً مصر تصدر النفط والمواد الغذائية والمنسوجات إلى ألمانيا، وألمانيا تجلب التكنولوجيا إلى مصر. نحن نعتقد أن هذا الوضع مربح للجانبين، ونعتقد بضرورة تكثيف علاقاتنا الدولية تحديداً في مجال تكنولوجيا الطاقة المتجددة والنظيفة.

? Could you present VDMA for Egyptian engineering -
VDMA (the German Engineering Federation) is the trade association of the German capital goods industry. As the German machinery and plant construction industry is a very heterogeneous and variegated sector VDMA unites 39 industry-specific professional associations under its roof which ensure the product-specific care of the member companies. A network of over 20,000 decision-makers and specialists from the member companies and 400 employees of VDMA and its service companies stand for the quality of the services provided by VDMA
? Are the VDMA associations purposes matching with ? emerging markets such Egypt -
In Germany , the process technology industry enjoys a steady and unceasing development based on a centuries-old tradition of research and innovation. The worldtrade share of German manufacturers of process technology machinery and equipment is 17.5 % (2011), making Germany the world market leader in this field. The most important competitors are the USA , which has a world market share of 15 %, followed by Japan (8 %), the Republic of Korea (8 %) and Italy with 7 %. German manufacturers of process technology machinery and apparatus export their mechanical engineering products to over 150 countries worldwide. The 28 EU countries still are the most important sales region. Traditionally, the remaining European countries and North America are also in the focus of the industry’s export activities. North Africa is of high importance to VDMA members. Relations between the German and the Egyptian industry go back a long time. In 2011, VDMA together with 18 German companies organized a technology symposium on water and process technology in Cairo . Egypt is and will remain one of our main markets in the region
? How ? why ? with which terms -
In recent years, various VDMA sector associations organised seminars and meetingsand brought trade delegations to Egypt . We have no office in Egypt as yet but we work closely together with the German Egyptian Chamber of Commerce and Trade and other partners in Cairo . We see a big potential in Egypt in the water and renewable energy sector but also in the conventional energy sector and basically in all energy intensive fields such as the cement, chemical and food industry. In all these sectors, energy efficient technology could be implemented easily and help to reduce the traditional energy shortages in Egypt . However, the Egyptian government needs to take firm measures to strongly encourage the necessary changes

In ten years, the use of innovative machinery and plants will in fact allow these savings to be doubled. This can be achieved by simply replacing old with new state of the art technology. Energy efficiency in industry and production here offers the largest potential for greeningg our economy - worldwide

VDMA and many German companies are following the developments in Egypt closely. Obviously Egypt - as any other country - is embedded in the international economic system. Traditionally Egypt exports oil, foodstuffs and textiles to Germany , and Germany brings technology to Egypt . We believe this is a win-win situation for both sides and we think we should intensify our trade
relations specifically in the field of renewable and clean technology
