كلف مجلس الوزراء فى اجتماعه 25
يوليو وزيرى البترول والمالية، ببدء إجراءات التعاقد مع أحد أو بعض البنوك أو
المؤسسات التمويل العالمية، للتأمين ضد مخاطر تقلبات أسعار البترول العالمية،
وذلك كإجراء وقائي.
وتستعد لجنة حكومية شكلت
لمتابعة ملف التحوط من مخاطر ارتفاع أسعار البترول لطرح مناقصة عالمية ودعوة بنوك
اﻻستثمار ومؤسسات التمويل الدولية لتأمين واردات مصر ضد زيادة الأسعار وتدعو
الحكومة أيضا مستشارين قانونيين لصياغة العقود بين الطرفين.
قالت مصادر حكومية لصحيفة البورصة،
من المقرر أن يشهد الربع الأخير من العام الجارى الإعلان عن مناقصة عالمية ودعوة
البنوك والمؤسسات الدولية للمنافسة، مشيرة إلى أن الحكومة تتطلع إلى دخول عدد كبير
من البنوك ومؤسسات التمويل الدولية فى هذه المنافسة بشكل يضمن المفاضلة واختيار
أفضل سعر وطريقة تأمينية.
بحسب وزارة المالية فإن كل
دولار زيادة فى أسعار البترول يكلف الموازنة العامة 4 مليارات جنيه.
تعد الخطوة أول مراحل تحرير
أسعار البترول محليًا وفقًا لبرنامج صندوق النقد الدولى المبرم مع الحكومة، بجانب
وضع معادلة لتسعير منتجات الوقود محلياً بعد التحرير الكامل بشكل يتوافق مع
الأسعار العالمية.
قال المهندس طارق الملا، وزير
البترول إن متوسط فاتورة الاستيراد الشهرية للوقود والغاز الطبيعى تراجعت إلى نحو
550 مليون دولار خلال العام المالى الجارى، مقابل متوسط 700 مليون دولار خلال
العام المالى الماضى.
تستورد مصر نحو 32 إلى 35% من
احتياجاتها من الوقود شهرياً، لسد الفجوة بين الإنتاج المحلى والاستهلاك من
الوقود، البالغ نحو 2.1 مليون طن شهريا.

The Cabinet, at its
meeting on July 25, instructed the Ministers of Petroleum and Finance to
initiate contracting procedures with one or some international banks or
institutions to insurance against risks of global oil price fluctuations as a
precautionary measure
A government committee
set up to follow up the hedge file is preparing to raise the price of oil to
launch a global tender and invite investment banks and international financial
institutions to secure Egypt's imports against price increases.
Government also calls
for legal advisers to draft contracts between the two parties
The government is
looking forward to the entry of a large number of banks and international
financial institutions in this competition in a way that ensures
differentiation and the choice of the best price and insurance method,
government sources told Al Borsa newspaper
According to the
Ministry of Finance, every dollar increase in oil prices cost the general
budget 4 billion Egyptian pounds
The move is the first
phase of the liberalization of oil prices domestically in accordance with the
IMF program with the government, as well as the development of a formula for
pricing domestic fuel products after full liberalization in line with
international prices
Average monthly import
bill for fuel and natural gas fell to about 550 million dollars during the
current fiscal year, 2018/19 compared with an average of 700 million dollars
during the last fiscal year, Minister of Petroleum Tareq Al-Mulla said
