استقبل د. محمد شاكر وزير الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة صباح الثلاثاء بعثة بنك
التعمير الألمانى، لبحث أوجه التعاون القائمة والمستقبلية بين قطاع
الكهرباء والبنك. أشارت البعثة إلى المشروعات القائمة والتى تم تنفيذها بالتعاون
بين قطاع الكهرباء والبنك والممثلة فى قدرات من طاقة الرياح تبلغ حوالى 160
ميجاوات من إجمالى 545 ميجاوات ، وحول المشروعات الجارى تنفيذها يتم حالياً تنفيذ
توسعة محطة رياح بجبل الزيت لتصبح 240 ميجاوات بدلاً من 200 ميجاوات ، ومحطة رياح
خليج السويس بقدرى 250 ميجاوات ، ومشروع محطة إنتاج كهرباء بنظام الخلايا
الفوتوفولطية قدرة 50 ميجاوات بالزعفرانة
أعربت البعثة عن رغبتها فى مد جسور التعاون من خلال تقديم كافة
وسائل الدعم لمشروعات الطاقة المتجددة خاصة الطاقة الشمسية، ومشروعات تحسين
كفاءة الطاقة ، وبرامج الهيكلة والشبكة الذكية ومشروعات استغلال حرارة باطن الأرض Geothermal وكذلك نظام Net- metering للمشروعات الفوطوفولتية
وهو نظام يتم فيه توصيل الألواح الشمسية أو غيرها من مولدات الطاقة المتجددة
بالشبكة الكهربائية القومية ، ويمكن أيضاً بيع الفائض للشبكة الكهربائية من خلال
آلية القياس الصافى (Net Metering) ، بالإضافة إلى مشروعات الضخ والتخزين .
أوضح د. شاكر أن القطاع بصدد العمل بهذا النظام تدريجياً فى إطار
خطة التوسع فى مشروعات الطاقات المتجددة ، حيث أن أسعار تكنولوجيا الطاقة الشمسية
فى إنخفاض سريع على المدى الطويل .
أشار إلى استراتيجية التى أعدها قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة
بالتعاون مع أحد بيوت الخبرة العالمية للمزيج الأمثل فنياً واقتصادياً
للطاقة فى مصر (بترول ـ كهرباء) حتى عام 2035 والتي تتضمن تعظيم مشاركة الطاقة
المتجددة فى مزيج الطاقة لتصل نسبتها إلى ما يزيد عن 37% بحلول عام 2035.
أوضح د. شاكر أن من أولويات القطاع فى الوقت الحالى تنفيذ خطة إحلال
وتجديد على مستوى شبكات النقل والتوزيع للتغلب على نقاط الضعف الموجودة بالشبكة
وإستيعاب القدرات المولدة.
وفى مجال تحسين كفاءة الطاقة وتقليل الفقد فقد اتجه القطاع
لمشروعات العدادات الذكية حيث يجري حاليا تنفيذ مشروع تجريبى لتركيب عدد حوالى
(250 ألف) من العدادات الذكية فى نطاق ستة شركات توزيع ، ومن المستهدف تغيير جميع
العدادات بالشبكة الكهربائية (حوالى 30 مليون عداد) بعدادات أخرى ذكية أو مسبوقة
الدفع وقد تم حتى الآن الانتهاء من تركيب 5,8 مليون عداد .
اشار شاكر إلى الإتفاقيات التى تم توقيعها لإنشاء مزرعة
بنبان للطاقة الشمسية ، مشيراً إلى أن هذه المحطات بمجرد استكمالها ستكون
أكبر تجمع لمحطات شمسية في العالم، وستزود مصر بالطاقة النظيفة والمتجددة وتساهم
في توفير الطاقة فى المنطقة ،
مضيفاً من المقرر إفتتاح أولى المحطات بمزرعة بنبان للطاقة الشمسية قدرة 50
ميجاوات خلال الأسبوع القادم .
أكد الوزير أن قطاع الكهرباء يعمل على تحسين وتطوير كافة الخدمات
بقطاع الكهرباء من إنتاج ونقل وتوزيع .طالب الوزير بدراسة المشروعات التى قامت بتقديمها بعثة بنك
التعمير الألمانى ووجه بمناقشة الدراسة الشهر القادم للوصول إلى إتفاق لدعم وتعزيز
التعاون مع البنك .

Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable
Energy Tuesday morning, had a meeting with the mission of the German
Construction Bank, to discuss the existing and future cooperation between the
electricity sector and KFW.
KFW mission referred to the existing projects which were implemented in cooperation between the electricity sector and the bank, representing in the capacity of wind power of about 160 megawatts out of a total of 545 megawatts.
Furthermore current
projects underway to expand the wind station in Jabal El-Zeit to 240 MW instead
of 200 MW, Gulf of Suez with a capacity of 250
megawatts, and a 50 MW PV power
plant project in El Zafarana.
The mission expressed its desire to build bridges of cooperation by providing all means of support for renewable energy projects, especially solar energy, energy efficiency projects, structuring programs, smart grid, Geothermal projects as well as net-metering for photovoltaic projects, Solar or other renewable power generators in the national grid. Surplus of the electricity grid can also be sold through net metering, as well as pumping and storage projects.
DR. Shaker said that the sector is gradually working on this system within the framework of the plan to expand renewable energy projects, as the prices of solar technology in the decline in the fast via long term.
Referring to a strategy prepared by the electricity and renewable energy sector in cooperation with one of the international expertise houses for the optimum technical and economic mix of energy in Egypt until 2035, which includes maximizing the participation of renewable energy in the energy mix to reach more than 37% by 2035.
Dr. Shaker said that the priorities of the sector at the present time implementation of the plan of replacement and renewal at the level of transmission and distribution networks to overcome the weaknesses of the network and the absorption of generating capacity.
In the field of improving energy efficiency and reducing the loss, sector has moved to the smart meters projects, where a pilot project is currently being implemented to install about 250 thousand smart meters in six distribution companies. It is intended to change all the meters to the electrical network (about 30 million meters) Smart or prepaid payment has so far been completed installing 5.8 million meters.
Dr. Shaker pointed to the agreements signed for the
establishment one of Benaban solar plants, noting that once completed these stations
will be the largest gathering of solar plants in the world, will provide Egypt
with clean and renewable energy and contribute to energy saving in the region,
adding that it is scheduled to open the First stations at Benban Energy Solar
power capacity of 50 megawatts over the next week.
Minister stressed that the electricity sector works to improve and develop all services in the electricity sector of production, transportation and distribution.
Minister, Dr. Shaker asked to study the projects presented by the German Construction Bank mission and discussed the study next month to reach an agreement to support and enhance cooperation with KFW.
