WEICAN – Women in Egypt for Industrial Consulting–Action Network
The WEICAN Programme equips women from Egypt with backgrounds in STEM and economics to become qualified consultants supporting the decarbonisation of local industries.
Goal:
To train and mentor women to develop expertise in financing of energy efficiency projects, energy efficiency, and carbon pricing mechanisms, and connect them with industry partners driving Egypt’s green transition.
Who can apply:
Women from Egypt with a relevant educational background, who have a strong interest in the green transition field and can commit to the full term of the programme.
Includes hands-on training, international exposure, mentoring, and networking — plus a study tour in Germany for the top 10 participants!

WEICAN - نساء في مصر للاستشارات الصناعية - شبكة العمل
يُمكّن برنامج WEICAN النساء المصريات ذوات الخلفيات العلمية والتكنولوجية والهندسية والرياضية (STEM) والاقتصاد ليصبحن مستشارات مؤهلات يدعمن إزالة الكربون من الصناعات المحلية.
الهدف:
تدريب النساء وتوجيههن لتطوير خبراتهن في تمويل مشاريع كفاءة الطاقة، وكفاءة الطاقة، وآليات تسعير الكربون، وربطهن بشركاء الصناعة الذين يقودون التحول الأخضر في مصر.
للتقديم:
النساء المصريات ذوات الخلفية التعليمية ذات الصلة، واللواتي لديهن اهتمام قوي بمجال التحول الأخضر، واللواتي يستطعن الالتزام بالبرنامج كاملاً. يشمل البرنامج تدريبًا عمليًا، وخبرة دولية، وتوجيهًا، وتواصلًا مع الآخرين - بالإضافة إلى جولة دراسية في ألمانيا لأفضل 10 مشاركين!
