ينظم بيت السناري الأثري في حي السيدة زينب التابع لمكتبة الإسكندرية ضمن فعاليات ملتقي الطاقة المتجددة والمياه في بيت السناري ندوة عن اتاحة التمويل الدولي لمكافحة تغير المناخ لمشاريع الطاقة في مصر والمنطقة العربية
يوم الأحد 29 أبريل 2018 ، من السادسة مساء وحتى الثامنة مساء
على الرغم من تضرر مصر
والمنطقة العربية من تأثيرات تغير المناخ باعتبارها احدي ٦ مناطق عالمية
متضررة وتوافر تمويل دولي جيد لمكافحة ظواهر تغير والمؤثرة سلبا علي
معدلات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ،إلا أن مصر والمنطقة العربية تفتقد
لآليات الوصول للتمويل الدولي منخفض التكلفة .ومن ثم تتناول المحاضرة فرص التمويل
الدولي الميسر وغيرالمستغل لمشاريع مكافحة تغير المناخ في مصر و المنطقة العربية

فؤاد نقطة الاتصال الوطنية لصندوق المناخ الأخضر في وزارة البيئة بالقاهرة
يتمتع د. بدر بخبرة تمتد الي
20 عاماً في المواقع التنفيذية في مجال الطاقات المتجددة والمياه و البنية التحتية
من خلال عمله السابق في البنك الدولي والبنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية
والبنك الياباني للتعاون الدولي.
تتمتع د.
ياسمين فؤاد بخبرة واسعة و عملية فى التعاون الدولى فى مجال
البيئة بما يزيد عن ١٨ عام وخبره بالإجراءات الفنية
للحصول علي تمويلات صندوق المناخ الأخضر للمشاريع المحلية والتى ساهمت
فى حصول مصرعلى ما يزيد عن ٣٥٠ مليون دولار من خلال
اعمال اللجنة الوطنية لصندوق المناخ الأخضر و بالتعاون مع الوزارات المعنية
المتأثرة بالتغييرات المناخية
الجدير بالذكر أن الملتقى
بالتعاون مع الشبكة المصرية للطاقات المتجددة والمياه، ومؤسسها الصحفي محمد السيد
درويش المتخصص في شئون وقضايا الطاقة المتجددة والمياه، حيث يسعى الملتقى لكسب
التزام صناع القرار والمجتمع المدني و القطاع الخاص بتبني تطبيقات وسياسات
واستراتيجيات تنمية ثقافة وصناعة وتجارة الطاقة البديلة والتعريف بالجوانب
السياسية الاقتصادية و الإجتماعية لمشاريع الطاقات النظيفة، والمشاركة في وضع إطار
للعمل الوطني للتنمية المستدامة وركيزته دعم تحول الطاقة نحو الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة
و الإدارة المتكاملة لخدمات المياه ، حسب أهداف الإستدامة للأمم المتحدة
يذكر أن فعالية الملتقى
ستكون الأولى في الإحتفالية الخاصة بمرور خمس سنوات على إطلاق ملتقى الطاقة
المتجددة والمياه ببيت السناري ، ومرور سبع سنوات على إطلاق الشبكة المصرية
للطاقات المتجددة والمياه
يذكر أن بيت السناري" بيت
العلوم والثقافة والفنون "الأثري بحي السيدة زينب في القاهرة ،التابع لمكتبة
الإسكندرية ،مفتوح للزيارة المجانية خلال مواعيد العمل الرسمية ،كما يتضمن أنشطة
مثل سيمنار الجبرتي للدراسات التاريخية ،وسيمنار الوثائق؛ والذين ينظمهما شباب
المؤرخين وشباب الباحثين في مجال الوثائق. ويستضيف بيت السناري أي ضا أنشطة متنوعة
للشباب؛ مثل صالون الشباب الأدبي ،إضافة إلى إقامة عدد من المعارض الثقافية
والفنية والحفلات الموسيقية والغنائية ودورات تدريبية في عدد من المجالات؛ منها
الخط العربي واللغة المصرية القديمة واللغة القبطية. كما يعقد به أي ضا حلقات
نقاشية علمية حول مستقبل العلوم والمعرفة على عدة مستويات ،وذلك من تشجيع للشباب
المصري والمواهب المتميزة، واستكمالا للدور الذي أخذته مكتبة الإسكندرية على
عاتقها من إحياء للدور القديم لبيت السناري؛ والذي يعد المقر الأول للمجمع العلمي
المصري، ليصبح منبرا للعلوم والثقافة والفنون

a seminar on the availability of international financing to combat
climate change for energy projects in Egypt
On

Although
Egypt and the Arab region
have been affected by the impacts of climate change as one of six affected
global regions along
with availability of good international funding to
combat change phenomena and negatively impact economic and social development rates,

The
session will be moderated by Dr. Ahmed Badr, Executive Director of the Regional Center
Along with Dr. Yasmine Fouad National focal point for the Green Climate Fund at the Ministry of Environment in Egypt, Keynote speaker too.
Dr. Badr has 20 years of experience in executive positions in renewable
energies, water projects and infrastructure through his previous work at the international
bank , European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Japan Bank for
International Cooperation
Dr. Yasmine Fouad has extensive experience in international cooperation in the
field of the environmental issues for more than 18 years and his experience in
technical procedures for obtaining the funds from Green Climate Fund for
local projects, efforts had led Egypt for obtaining more than 350 million dollars
through the activities of the National Committee for Green Climate Fund which
cooperating with relevant ministries affected by climate change phenomena.
It
is worth mentioning that the forum in cooperation with the Egyptian Network for
Renewables and Water Cycle, ENFRWC.
Its
founder, Mohamed El- Sayed Darwish, specialized in renewable energy and water
issues. The forum seeks to gain the commitment of decision makers, civil
society and the private sector to adopt applications, policies and strategies
to develop culture, awareness, for Economic and social aspects for clean energy
projects. Participating the development of a framework for national action for
sustainable development and its focus to support the transformation of energy
towards new and renewable energies and integrated management of water services,
According to the
United
Nations sustainability goals.
The event will be the first in the celebration
of the fifth anniversary of the launch of the Renewable Energy and Water Forum
in Al-Sinari House and the seven years since the Egyptian Renewables and Water
Cycle was launched
Al-Sinari House of Science,
Culture and Arts at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is open for
free visit during official working hours. It also includes activities such as
the Al-Jabarti Seminar for Historical Studies and the Documentation Seminars, organized
by young historians and youth researchers in the field of documentation. Al-Sannari
also hosts a variety of youth activities, such as the literary youth salon, cultural
and artistic exhibitions, concerts, singing and training courses in a number of
fields, including Arabic calligraphy, ancient Egyptian language and Coptic
language. It also hold scientific seminars on the future of science and
knowledge at various levels, by encouraging Egyptian youth and outstanding
talents, and complementing the role played by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in
reviving the old role of Al-Sinari house ; Culture and arts
