فيه انجازات زيارة الصين فيما يخص قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة . أوضح د. شاكر خلال الزيارة تم توقيع
عقد "مشروط" مع التحالف الصينى شنغهاى إليكتريك ودونج فانج لإنشاء أكبر
محطة من نوعها فى الشرق الأوسط لإنتاج الكهرباء باستخدام تكنولوجيا الفحم "النظيف"
بقدرات تصل إلى 6000 ميجاوات في موقع الحمراوين جنوب مدينة سفاجا على ساحل البحر
الأحمر ، بتكلفة تبلغ حوالى 4,4 مليار دولار وبمدة تنفيذ تصل إلى حوالى 6
سنوات .
أضاف المحطة تستخدم تكنولوجيا
الضغوط فوق الحرجة ، سوف يتم إنشاء ميناء لإستقبال الفحم ونقله فى سيور مغلقة إلى
منطقة تخزين مغلقة ، سوف يتم الالتزام بالمعايير البيئية الخاصة بالانبعاثات
الصادرة من محطات الفحم التي أصدرتها وزارة البيئة المصرية والمطابقة للمعايير
العالمية.
الاستشاري العالمي تراكتبيل البلجيكي قام
بالتقييم الفني والمالي للعروض التى كانت مقدمة من الشركات. اضاف شاكر تم أيضاً توقيع إتفاقية إطارية مع
شركة ساينوهايدرو لإنشاء أول محطة على مستوى الشرق الأوسط والرابعة على مستوى
العالم لتوليد الكهرباء من المحطات المائية باستخدام تكنولوجيا الضخ والتخزين
بقدرة 2400 ميجاوات بجبل عتاقة بالسويس ، بتكلفة تبلغ حوالى 2,6 مليار دولار
وبمدة تنفيذ تصل من 6 إلى 7 سنوات .
مضيفا يتم تنفيذ المحطة
بإستخدام مياه الصرف الصحى المعالجة معالجة ثلاثية للاستفادة من الطاقة المنتجة من
المصادر الجديدة والمتجددة وتخزينها في أوقات توافرها ثم الاستفادة منها في أوقات
الاحتياج إليها (ساعات الذروة) . المشروع يوفر حوالى 15 ألف فرصة عمل مباشرة وغير
مباشرة .

of Electricity and Renewable Energy, have been reported the achievements of China
Dr. Shaker During the visit,
a "conditional" contract was signed with the Chinese consortium
Shanghai Electric and Dongfang for the establishment of the largest
plant of its kind in the Middle East to produce electricity using "clean"
coal technology with capacity of 6000 MW at the site of Hamrawain south of
Safaga city on the Red Sea coast, cost about 4.4 billion dollars,
duration of implementation up to about 6 years
Plant will use a
supercritical pressure technology. A coal receiving port will be built and
transported in closed conveyor belts to a closed storage area. Environmental
standards for emissions from coal plants issued by the Egyptian Ministry of
Environment will be adhered plus conform to international standards in due
course.

Traktibel undertook a technical and financial evaluation
of the presentations submitted by the companies in this resprct.
Dr. Shaker also signed a
framework agreement with the company Sinohidro to establish the first
station in the Middle East and the fourth in the world to generate electricity
from water stations using the technology of pumping and storage capacity of 2400
MW in the mountain of Ataka, Suez, at a cost of about 2.6 billion
dollars and the duration of implementation of up to 6 To 7 years
He added that the plant is
being implemented using treated sewage water in a three-way process to take
advantage of the energy produced from new and renewable sources and store them
at times of availability and then use them in times of need peak hours
