ما خلفية هذا
الخبر ؟
بعد فشل سياسة
ألمانيا في تأمين كهربائها من الطاقات المتجددة المتقلبة (بديهي فهي متقلبة وليست حسب
الطلب)، المتاحة عندهم، مما تسبب في زيادة إنتاج الكهرباء من محطات الفحم وتبعا لذلك
انبعاثات الغازات المتسببة في الاحتباس الحراري، قررت البحث عن بديل للفحم ، الغاز
الأرضي لأن انبعاثاته نصف انبعاثات الفحم. خاصة أن محطات الفحم قديمة ومتهالكة وحان
موعد بناء بديل لها.
إذا لابد من
زيادة كميات الغاز المستورد من روسيا إلى ضعف الذي يصل الآن 55 مليار متر مكعب في السنة
إلى 110 مليار متر مكعب في السنة فتكون حصة روسيا 39% من الغاز الوارد لألمانيا. ألمانيا
تستورد باقي حاجتها من الغاز من النرويج والجزائر وقطر ولكن حصة روسيا بالضخامة التي
تجعل الاعتماد عليها يشبه الركوع أمامها. أي لو قطعت روسيا توريد الغاز للضغط على ألمانيا
فلابد أن ترضخ ألمانيا لطلبات روسيا. هذا لا يرضي الرئيس ترامب الذي يسعى لأن تكون
له وحده السيطرة على حلفائه الأوروبيين.
الوجه الآخر
لهذه المناورات هو أن أمريكا تريد بيع جزء من غازها الأرضي إلى أوروبا عن طريق تسييله
ثم نقله بالسفن عبر المحيط الأطلنطي في صهاريج مبردة، مما يجعل ثمنه غاية في الارتفاع
مقارنة بالغاز الروسي الذي يأتي عبر الأنابيب.
ما أسعد بلاد
شمال إفريقيا التي بها البديل الأحفوري الأفضل ، الغاز وفوق ذلك حباها الله سبحانه

أكثر محطات الكهرباء التقليدية في العالم وتحصل عليها بحرق النفط أو الفحم وإضافة إلى
تخزين الحرارة في صهريج معزول لاستعمالها ليلا بحيث تعمل المحطة 24 ساعة وتنتج كهرباء
حسب الطلب وهو نفس أداء المحطات التقليدية.
ختام الموضوع،
تتردد أخبار أن الحكومة الألمانية رضخت للضغوط الإمريكية وستشتري الغاز الإمريكي مع
أن الكهرباء الغازية من المحطات المصرية في طريقها إلى أوروبا عبر قبرص واليونان و
ستتبعها إن شاء الله الكهرباء الشمسية على نفس الخطوط عبر البحر الأبيض المتوسط.
يدعي البعض أن
في ألمانيا تكنولوجيا لحرق الفحم لا ينتج عنها ثاني أكسيد كربون إطلاقا.فإذا كان ذلك صحيحا لماذا
تغلق ألمانيا محطات الفحم بدلا من تطبيق هذه التكنولوجيا.
هذا الإجراء المنطقي من ناحية الشعب الألماني أثبت
