غرفة التجارة والصناعة الفرنسية بمصر، بحضور م. محمد غراب ، عضو بالجمعية ومسئول
لجنة التدريب بها مدام مي عمر ، مسئولة اللجان والتدريب بالغرفة
الفرنسية.
يعزز البروتوكول والتعاون
السائد بين الطرفين - الهدف 4 للتنمية المستدامة ، ما يشكل عاملا أساسيا فى تحقيق خطة التنمية المستدامة
- رؤية مصر 2030 – فهو يبرز بصفته هدفا قائما بذاته ، ضمان التعليم و التدريب
الجيد المنصف و الشامل الذى يعزز فرص التعلم و التدريب مدى الحياة للجميع.
فالجديد فى الهدف 4 للتنمية المستدامة
الخاص بالتعليم التركيز على ملاءمة التعلم و التدريب ، فالغاية 4.4 تهدف إلى تحقيق زيادة كبيرة في عدد الشباب و الكبار الذين تتوافر لديهم المهارات
المناسبة ، بما
فيها المهارات التقنية والمهنية ، للعمل وشغل وظائف لائقة ولمباشرة
الأعمال الحرة بحلول عام 2030 ، الغاية 4.7 و التى تؤكد على ضمان أن يكتسب جميع المتعلمين المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لدعم التنمية
المستدامة، بما
في ذلك كثير من
السبل التي من
بينها تقديرالتنوع الثقافي بحلول عام 2030.
البروتوكول - و الذى يندرج تحت عنوان (التنسيق فيما بين الشركاء) يدعم الجهود الحكومية الرامية إلى ضمان التعليم و التدريب الجيد والشامل لدعم توفير فرص التعلم للجميع – كطرف غير حكومى – يساهم بشكل غير مباشر فى عمليات التنفيذ من خلال الهدف الإستراتيجى و الخاص بتحسين جودة نظام التعليم بما يتوافق مع النظم العالمية ، بما يقدمه من خدمات تدريبية فى مجالات مختلفة مثل (نظم إدارة الجودة و البيئة و الصحة و السلامة المهنية و سلامة الغذاء و غيرها من الأنظمة الأخرى المتخصصة فى دعم الصناعة و الإستثمار فى مصر) ، إدارة و تطوير المشروعات المتوسطة و الصغيرة، و تقييم مشروعات التنمية و التنمية البشرية فى المجالات المختلفة ، و إعداد المتدربين للعمل بأسواق العمل الأجنبية.، مثل السوق الالمانية التي ستفتح ابوابها اول الشهر القادم ، مارس ، للعمالة الاجنبية المهاهرة

Due to sustainable
development goals constitute a practical framework for improving the lives of
people around the world , support of the sustainable development strategy -
Egypt's Vision 2030 - and within the framework of the prevailing cooperation
between the Association of Francophone Engineers in Egypt and the French
Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt, the two parties signed a cooperation
protocol in the field of training, with the aim of supporting projects Multiple
investment in Egypt and contribute to the development of ongoing business
Access to education and training is the
foundation for improving people's lives and achieving sustainable development.
Facilitating access to comprehensive education and training and providing
communities with the necessary tools, is a tool for developing innovative
solutions that help solve major global problems, and a true contribution to
mitigating man-made risks, including those that affect the world by climate
change.
The protocol was signed by Eng. Nevine Ali
Younes, President of the Association of Francophone Engineers in Egypt, and Mr.
Hassan Behnam, General Director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry
in Egypt, in the presence of Eng. Mohamed Ghorab, a member of the association
and responsible for its training committee

and training in the French Chamber.
The protocol and the prevailing cooperation
between the two parties - in light of Goal
4 of sustainable development, which constitutes an essential factor in
achieving the sustainable development plan - Egypt Vision 2030 - strengthens as
a stand-alone goal, ensuring fair and comprehensive quality education and
training that enhances opportunities for lifelong learning and training for all
.
The new Goal 4 for sustainable development in
education focuses on the appropriateness of learning and training. Goal 4.4
aims to achieve a significant increase in the number of young people and adults
who have the appropriate skills, including technical and vocational skills, to
work and occupy decent jobs and to start entrepreneurship by 2030 Goal 4.7,
which emphasizes ensuring that all Learners have the knowledge and skills needed to support sustainable
development, including many ways among cultural diversity by 2030.
The protocol - which is titled (Coordination
among Partners) - supports Egyptian government efforts to ensure quality and comprehensive education and
training to support the provision of learning opportunities for all - as a
non-governmental party - indirectly contributes to implementation through the
strategic goal of improving the quality of local Education in line with global
systems, with its training services in various fields such as (quality
management systems, environment, health and occupational safety and food safety
and other systems specialized in supporting industry and investment in Egypt),
management and development of medium-sized and small projects, evaluation development and human development
in various fields, and prepare the trainees to work in foreign markets., Such
as the German market, which will open its doors next month, March.1 , for foreign skilled labor.

la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie Français en Égypte (CCIFE)
A la vision-2030 de l’Égypte pour réaliser le développement durable.
Croyant aux Objectifs de Développement
Durable, considérés comme cadre pour améliorer la vie du peuple dans le monde et se basant sur la stratégie
de développement durable de l’Égypte et son Vision 2030 ainsi que dans le cadre
de la coopération entre l'Association des Ingénieurs Francophones en Égypte et
la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Français en Égypte, les deux parties ont
signé un protocole de coopération dans le domaine de la formation, dont le but
est de soutenir de multiples projets d'investissement en Égypte et de
contribuer au développement des activités en cours.
L'accès
à une éducation et à une formation de qualité est le fondement de
l'amélioration de la vie des gens ainsi qu’à la réalisation du développement
durable. Faciliter l'accès à l’éducation, à une formation complète et favoriser
aux communautés les outils nécessaires sont des moyens pour développer des
solutions innovantes qui aident à résoudre les grands problèmes mondiaux.
Cette
formation représente une réelle contribution à l'atténuation des risques
d'origine humaine, y compris ceux qui affectent le changement par exemple le
changement climatique dans le monde.
Le
protocole a été signé par l'ingénieur Nevine Ali Younes, président de
l’association des ingénieurs francophone en Égypte, et Mr. Hassan Behnam,
directeur général de la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie Français en Égypte,
en présence de M. Mohamed Ghorab, membre de l'Association et responsable de son
comité de formation et Mme May Omar,
responsable de commission et chargée de formation dans la Chambre Française.
Ce
protocole contribue à la réalisation de « L’objectif - 4 « pour le
développement durable, qui est un facteur clé dans la réalisation du plan de
développement durable de l’Égypte et son
Vision 2030 qui promeut comme un objectif autonome et assure une éducation et une formation de
qualité, équitables et inclusives qui améliorent les possibilités
d'apprentissage et de formation tout au long de la vie pour tous.
Ce
protocole, intitulé « Coordination entre les partenaires », soutient les
efforts du gouvernement visant à assurer une éducation et une formation de
qualité et une formation complète pour soutenir la fourniture de possibilités
d'apprentissage pour tous, en tant que partie non gouvernementale, contribue
indirectement aux processus de mise en œuvre pour aboutir à l'objectif
stratégique d'améliorer la qualité du système éducatif conformément aux
systèmes mondiaux, et avec ses services de formation dans divers domaines tels
que les systèmes de gestion de la qualité, l'environnement, la santé, la
sécurité au travail, la sécurité alimentaire et d'autres systèmes spécialisés
dans le soutien de l'investissement et de l'industrie en Égypte, ainsi que le
développement de la gestion, du développement et de l'investissement en Égypte.
