اولا لانها تمثل سلامة الموارد الطبيعيه كما ونوعا وتحد من الانبعاثات عموما
و GHG خصوصا وبكده يكون صافى عائد التنميه الاقتصاديه حقيقى وايجابى
ومؤكد ومستدام .. غير كده يبقى فى خطا فى الترتيب تتحمل تبعاته اجيال المستقبل...
