قال د. محمد شاكر، وزير الكهرباء، إن الوزارة ملتزمة بخطة إعادة هيكلة أسعار
الكهرباء حتى عام 2025، وإن الأسعار مازالت الأسعار مدعومة من الدولة وتراعي
محدودي الدخل والأكثر احتياجًا.
وأضاف لصحيفة “البورصة” أنه
في عام 2025 سيكون قطاع الكهرباء وصل إلى التكلفة الحقيقية لقيمة الكهرباء، ولن
يتم دعمها من الدولة، لكن سيكون هناك دعم تبادلي من المستهلكين كثيفي الاستهلاك
لمحدودي الدخل والمواطنين الأكثر احتياجًا.
أوضح أن وزارة الكهرباء
راعت خلال وضعها تعريفة الكهرباء على مدار السنوات الخمس العديد من
الأمور والمتغيرات التي قد تحدث، والتعريفة تزيد بشكل تدريجي، ومد الدعم حتى 2025
لتخفيف الأعباء على المستهلكين.
ذكر أن الوقود المورد
لمحطات إنتاج الكهرباء مدعوم من الدولة، وحجم الدعم المقدر خلال السنوات الخمس
المقبلة يقدر بنحو 76 مليار جنيه.
قال إن هناك شفافية مطلقة
في الإعلان عن تعريفة الكهرباء وزيادة الأسعار، وإن متوسط سعر الطاقة
الكهربائية مازال على جميع المستويات أقل من التكلفة الحقيقية.
أكد أن دعم أسعار الطاقة في
مصر يعتبر من أعلى معدلات الدعم في العالم وأن الدولة ملتزمة بدعم الفئات
الأكثر احتياجًا حتى بعد تحرير أسعار الكهرباء.
أشار إلى إن مرفق تنظيم
الكهرباء وحماية المستهلك أعد دراسة اقتصادية لتكاليف إنتاج الكيلووات وتم
عرضها على مجلس الوزراء الذي أقرها لخفض الدعم بين تكاليف إنتاج الكيلووات.
أشار إلى تتم مراعاة محدودي
الدخل في المجتمع بحيث لا يزيد ما ينفقه أي مستهلك على الكهرباء عن 4%
من إنفاقه طبقًا لدراسة الدخل والإنفاق الصادرة عن الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة
والإحصاء “الفئات الفقيرة 1%، الفئات محدودة الدخل 2%”.

He
explained that the Ministry of Electricity, during its development of the
electricity tariff over the five years, took into account many things and
variables that may occur, and the tariff will increase gradually, and the
extension of support until 2025 to reduce the burdens on consumers. He
stated that the fuel supplied to electricity production plants is subsidized by
the state, and the estimated volume of support during the next five years is
estimated at 76 billion Egyptian pounds
Said
that there is absolute transparency in the announcement of electricity tariffs
and price increases, and that the average price of electric energy at all
levels is still lower than the real cost
Mr.
Shaker stressed that subsidizing energy prices in Egypt is considered one of
the highest subsidy rates in the world, and that the state is committed to
supporting the neediest groups even after the liberalization of electricity
prices
Mr.
Shaker pointed out that the Electricity Regulatory and Consumer Protection
Facility prepared an economic study of the kilowatt production costs and
presented it to the Council of Ministers, which approved it to reduce subsidies
among kilowatt production costs

that people with low incomes in society are taken into consideration, so that
no consumer spends on electricity more than 4 percent of his spending,
according to the income and expenditure study issued by the Central Agency for
Public Mobilization and Statistics, “the poor categories are 1percent , the
low-income groups are 2 percent
