خطة تنفذ خلال ٢٠ سنة تعتمد على ٤ محاور : التنقية والترشيد
والتنمية والتوعية. تشمل برامج توعية بترشيد الاستهلاك فى جميع الجهات الحكومية،
خصوصًا المدارس، ومراكز الشباب، والمساجد، والتجمعات المختلفة، بواقع ١٠٠ لقاء
شهرى، ٩ وزارات تشارك فى تنفيذها، تتكلف ٩٠٠ مليار جنيه.
الخطة تتضمن أيضًا تخصيص ٥ خطب بواقع
خطبة كل ٤ أشهر، للحديث حول أهمية المياه والحفاظ عليها وترشيد استخدامها وتعظيم
الاستفادة بكل قطرة، والتوسع فى ندوات التوعية المشتركة وتنظيم القوافل فى القرى
والنجوع والكفور، مع التركيز على المناطق ذات الأولوية.
عدد سكان مصر سيزيد ما بين ٧٠
و٨٠ مليون نسمة حتى عام ٢٠٥٠، ما يدفع إلى ضرورة الترشيد للحفاظ على حق الأجيال
القادمة، لافتا إلى أن ترشيد استهلاك المياه ليس «رد فعل لأشياء معينة»، بل للحفاظ
على حقوق الأجيال القادمة.
قال وزير الزراعة إن هناك توجيهات من القيادة
السياسية والحكومة بالعمل على تنفيذ خطة للترشيد، مشيرًا إلى أنه تم البدء فى
تنفيذ خطة واستراتيجية لتطوير الإنتاجية الزراعية من خلال تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى
لوحدتى الأرض والمياه، وتم مؤخراً تحديد ٥٣ صنفًا من تقاوى بعض المحاصيل الموفرة
للمياه، والتى تتأقلم مع الظروف البيئية والمناخية المتباينة، وتشمل ٧ أصناف من
محصول الأرز، و١١ صنفًا من محصول الذرة البيضاء، و١٢ صنفًا من محصول الذرة
الصفراء، و١٥ صنفًا من محصول القمح، و٨ أصناف من محصول الفول البلدى
وقال وزير الأوقاف إنه تم تشكيل فريق عمل بين الوزارات
الثلاث، لعقد اجتماع خلال أسبوعين، لبحث أساليب وسبل الترشيد، مضيفًا أن ترشيد
الاستهلاك مطلوب بغض النظر عن كمية المياه المتاحة، سواء كانت قليلة أو كبيرة
Egyptian government launched yesterday a
national campaign to rationalize and benefit from water consumption, plan to be
implemented over 20 years, based on four axes: purification, rationalization,
development and awareness
Include awareness programs to rationalize
consumption in all government agencies, especially schools, youth centers,
mosques and various gatherings, with 100 monthly meetings, 9 ministries involved
in implementation, costing 900 billion Egyptian pounds
Also includes the allocation of 5 sermons by
sermon every 4 months, to talk about the importance of water and conservation
and rationalization of use and maximize the use of each drop, and expansion of
joint awareness seminars and organizing convoys in villages and small rural
areas (Alkfour) focusing on priority areas
Population of Egypt will increase between 70
and 80 million by 2050, which leads to the need to rationalize to preserve the
right of future generations, officials pointing out that the rationalization of
water consumption is not "a reaction to certain things," but to
preserve the rights of future generations
Minister of Agriculture said that there is
guidance from the political leadership and the government to work on
implementing a rationalization plan. Pointed out that a plan and strategy for
the development of agricultural productivity has been initiated by making
maximum use of land and water units. Adapts to varied environmental and
climatic conditions, including 7 varieties of rice, 11 varieties of maize, 12
yellow maize, 15 varieties of wheat, 8 varieties of faba bean
