بطاقة الفحم النظيف بقدرة 6 جيجاوات. وسيجري التوقيع بين الشركة القابضة
لكهرباء مصر مع التحالف الفائز بعقد إنشاء المحطة بقيمة 4.4 مليار دولار، والذي
يضم "حسن علام للإنشاءات" و"شنغهاي إليكتريك" و"دونج
فانج" الصينيتين

فانج" الصينيتين، بعقد بقيمة 4.4 مليار دولار، من الشركة القابضة لكهرباء
مصر، لإنشاء محطة لإنتاج الكهرباء بطاقة الفحم النظيف بقدرة 6 جيجاوات في منطقة
الحمراوين بالبحر الأحمر. من المنتظر أن تكون المحطة كبرى المحطات التي تعمل
بالفحم في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، من المنتظر أن تبدأ توليد الطاقة بعد 6 سنوات من
بدء الإنشاءات، وفق ما ذكرته مصادر لإنتربرايز. وستضم المحطة التي تعد الأولى من
نوعها في مصر ست وحدات لتوليد الطاقة بقدرة 1 جيجاوات لكل وحدة. وستنفذ شركة حسن
علام القابضة من خلال شركتها التابعة "بجسكو" الجانب الأكبر من الأعمال
الهندسية للمشروع، وفق ما ذكرته مصادر مطلعة لإنتربرايز.وفاز التحالف بالعقد بعد
منافسة مع جنرال إليكتريك، وتحالف ميتسوبيشي-هيتاشي-أوراسكوم-السويدي. أشار موقع ميد إلى أن محطة الحمراوين سيجري إنشاؤها
بنظام الهندسة والتوريد والبناء والتمويل.

Chinese consortium, including Hassan Allam
Construction, Shanghai Electric and Dongfang, won a $ 4.4 billion contract from
Egypt Electricity Holding Company (EEHC) to build a 6-gigawatt coal-fired power
plant in the Red Sea 's Hamraouine region.
Plant
is expected to be the largest coal-fired power station in the Middle East and
Africa, which is expected to start generating power after six years of
construction, sources told Enterprise
Station
will include six power plants with a capacity of 1 gigawatts per unit. Hassan
Allam Holding, through its subsidiary Bijsco, will carry out the bulk of
the engineering work for the project, according to well-informed sources. The
alliance won the contract after competing with General Electric and the
Mitsubishi-Hitachi-Orascom-Swediy consortium.

إنتشر مؤخرا تعبير "الفحم النظيف" وأود أن
أضيف إلى ذلك أن تعبير "الفحم النظيف" مضلل لأنه مأخوذ من الإنجليزية
والإسم العلمي لهذه التقنية هو )Carbon
Capture and Storage (CCS
المقصود منه هو القبض على غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون المسبب
لظاهرة الإحتباس الحراري قبل خروجه من مدخنة المحطة ثم إرساله إلى فجوات في الأرض
تم تفريغها من البترول أو الغاز. سعة هذه الفجوات معروفة وهي تكفي للتخزين لمدة 25
سنة تقريبا
هذه التكنولوجيا لا تستعمل عمليا لثبوت عدم إستدامتها
فضلا عن أنها تستهلك 20% من الفحم أكثر من عدم استعمالها وعدم ضمان خروج الغاز
المخزون بعد فترة. فهذا التعبير "الفحم النظيف" يعطي إنطباعا خاطئا ولا
يجوز تضليل الشعب بمثل هذه التعبيرات المنافية للحقيقة
لماذا لم يتم ترجمة التعبير المضلل"الفحم النظيف"
في النص الإنجليزي ؟
من المستهدف بالتضليل؟
أين الصحافة الأمينة التي توضح الحقائق للشعب؟

The term "clean coal" has recently been
published. I would like to add that the term "clean coal" is
misleading because it is derived from English and the scientific name of this
technique is Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS)
It is intended to capture the carbon dioxide that causes
the greenhouse effect before leaving the chimney of the station and then send
it to gaps in the ground discharged from oil or gas.
Capacity of these gaps is known and is sufficient for
storage for approximately 25 years.
This technology is not used in practice to prove it's
sustained, as it consumes 20 percent more coal than its non-use and does not
guarantee the not exit of stored gas after a period.
Term "clean coal" gives the wrong impression and
people should not be misled by such expressions that are contrary to the truth
Why did not the misleading term "clean coal" be
translated into the English text? Where is the honest press that explains the
facts to the people?
