نظمت هيئة الطاقة المتجددة برنامج لتأهيل القدرات capacity building للمهندسين
العاملين في مجال تركيبات محطات الطاقة الشمسية بإستخدام نظم الخلايا الفوتوفولطية
الموصولة بالشبكة الموحدة (سعة أقل من 500 كيلو وات) ،عقدت اولي دوراته الاحد 5
أعسطس. بالتعاون بين هيئة الطاقة المتجددة واللجنة المصرية-الألمانية للطاقة
المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة وحماية البيئة JCEE، الممولة من جانب
الوكالة الألمانية للتنمية GIZ
يتم
تنفيذ البرنامج التأهيلي من خلال شركة Renewable Academy AG (RENAC)
الألمانية الرائدة و المتخصصة في مجال تصميم برامج تدريبية خاصة بكافة أنشطة
الطاقة المتجددة.
يتضمن البرامج تأهيل عدد 250 متدرب موزعين علي 30 برنامج
تدريبى وسيتلقى المتدربون دوراتهم العلمية داخل المركز التدريبي المُلحق بالهيئة .
تم اختيار الشركات التي ستقوم بتدريب المهندسين بناءً على
حصول تلك الشركات على شهادة تأهيل من هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، وفقاً
لمعايير الكفاءة والجودة الدولية.
يقوم البرنامج بالتحضير لإعداد كوادر بهيئة الطاقة الجديدة
والمتجددة عن طريق برنامج تدريب المتدربين Train-the-trainer تحت إشراف
الأكاديمية الألمانية المتخصصة في الطاقات المتجددة.

New
and Renewable Energy Authority NREA, has organized a capacity building program
for engineers working in the field of solar power plant installations using PV
systems connected to a single network (less than 500 kW), first course which
was held on Sunday 5 August. In cooperation between NREA and the German-Egyptian
Renewable Energy , Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection Commission
(JCEE), funded by the German Development Agency GIZ
Qualifying program is implemented through the
German Renewable Academy AG (RENAC), a leading German company specialized in
the design of training programs for all renewable energy activities
Program
includes training of 250 trainees distributed over 30 training courses. Trainees
will receive their courses within the training center located in NREA headquarter
Companies
that will train the engineers have been chosen based on their obtaining a
qualification certificate from the new and renewable energy authority, in
accordance with international quality standards

preparation new and renewable energy agency staff through the Train-the-trainer
program under the supervision of the German
Academy
