قال
سفير الاتحاد الأوروبي، إيفان سوركوش، لجريدة المال ، إنه يتم وضع اللمسات النهائية لبرنامج
التعاون الأوروبى لعام 2020 بالاتفاق مع الحكومة المصرية، وذلك فى شكل منح تتراوح
قيمتها بين 110 إلى 115 مليون يورو
وأضاف فى
تصريحات لـ«المال»، أن البرامج تتضمن تخصيص 20 مليون يورو لوزارة البيئة، لدعم
مشاريع التغير المناخي، و10 ملايين يورو للطاقة والمياه، و17 مليوناً لبرنامج
الإصلاح الإدارى والمالي، و10 ملايين لبرنامج تحسين التجارة، و53 مليوناً لوزارات
الإسكان والزراعة والتنمية المحلية، لدعم التطوير الاجتماعى والاقتصادى بالمدن
والريف
أكد أن الاتحاد
الأوروبى يركز فى برامجه على المشاريع التى تخدم خطة التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030
بالاتفاق مع الوزارات المعنية
يتجاوز حجم المنح
التى قدمها الاتحاد الأوروبى لمصر أكثر من 1.3 مليار يورو، كمنح لمشروعات جارية،
كما يرتفع الرقم إلى 11 مليار يورو منذ اتفاقية الشراكة التى دخلت حيث النفاذ فى
2004 إذا تم إضافة المنح والتمويلات ومبادلة الديون من الدول الأعضاء بالاتحاد
الأوروبى والمؤسسات المالية الأوروبية، ما يجعل الاتحاد الأوروبى أكبر مانح لمصر،
وفقاً لما أعلنته وزارة الاستثمار فى وقت سابق

2020 program of cooperation with the Egyptian government is being finalized in
the form of grants ranging from 110 to 115 million euros
The program includes 20 million euros for the
Ministry of the Environment to support climate change projects, 10 million
euros for energy and water, 17 million for the administrative and financial
reform program, 10 million for the Trade Improvement Program and 53 million for
the ministries of housing, agriculture and local development, To support social
and economic development in cities and rural areas
He stressed that the European Union focuses its
programs on projects that serve the 2030 sustainable development plan in
agreement with the relevant ministries
The number of grants granted by the European
Union to Egypt exceeds € 1.3 billion as grants for ongoing projects, and the
figure has risen to 11 billion euros since the Association Agreement, which
entered into force in 2004.
If grants, financing and debt swaps were added
from EU member states and financial institutions, making the European Union the
largest donor to Egypt, according to the Ministry of Investment announced
earlier
