لمواجهة الزيادات المتتالية في
أسعار الطاقة
نتيجة رفع الدعم عن أسعار الوقود والكهرباء بداية من يوليو 2014 وحتى 2022
، هناك فرص كبيرة لاستفادة الشركات والمصانع المصرية من تنفيذ تكنولوجيات
تحسين كفاءة الطاقة وتحقيق وفرمادى وفترة استرداد سريعة للاستثمارات من خلال
القروض الميسرة لمكتب الالتزام البيئي ، و خبرات خبراؤه الفنيون ، مما يجعلها ذات
جاذبيه ماليه واقتصاديه ايضا، بالإضافة إلى عائد بيئي متمثل في خفض انبعاثات غازات
الاحتباس الحرارى وتحسين جودة الهواء مما سيمثل خطوة إيجابية ومؤثرة لقطاع
الصناعة بما يتواكب مع التزامات مصر بهذا الخصوص.
أضاف د. شريف الجبلي رئيس لجنة
التسيير بمكتب الالتزام البيئي والتنمية المستدامة باتحاد الصناعات المصرية أن مكتب الالتزام البيئي
والتنمية المستدامة يقوم بتنفيذ برامج مراجعات للطاقة وإعداد دراسات لبحث سبل
ترشيدها ،دراسات عملية مدعومة بقروض ميسرة تصل إلى 7 مليون جنية وبمصاريف إدارية
3.5% تسدد على 5 سنوات متضمنة سنة سماح وفقا للدراسة الفنية المقترحة
وبالتعاون مع جهاز شئون البيئة والبنوك المشاركة لتيسير التطبيق الفعلي
لنتائج الدراسات التي تساعد الشركات على مواجهة الزيادة في الأسعار و خفض تكلفة
الإنتاج وزياده القدرة التنافسية في الأسواق المحلية والعالمية عن طريق خفض تكلفة
الطاقة المستهلكة.

التنفيذي لمكتب الالتزام البيئي ان سجل المكتب يتضمن إعداد دراسات وتقديم
حلول فنية لأكثر من 530 منشأة
صناعية فى أكثر من 12 قطاع
صناعي وفقا لخطة عمل المكتب لتقديم الدعم الفني للقطاعات الصناعية المختلفة
بالإضافة إلى تمويل ودعم استثمارات أكثر من
95مشروع في مجال تحسين كفاءة الاستهلاك حققت
عائد اقتصادي ووفورات تصل إلى 40 مليون
جنية سنويا وزمن استرجاع للاستثمارات أقل من 5 سنوات ، في ظل زيادة ضغوط
منافسة دولية تتطلب مجاراة المعايير الدولية بنفس الخصوص
جدير بالذكر ان ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة محليا إدت إلى زياده
تكلفة سعر المنتج في حين يبلغ استهلاك قطاع الصناعة من الطاقة الكهربائية ما
يعادل 27% من إجمالي استهلاكات الطاقة الكهربائية بمصر و نصيب الغاز الطبيعي
المستخدم فى الصناعة فتصل نسبته إلى 15% من إجمالي الإنتاج، من
المهم والضروري فى الفترة الحالية النظر لتكلفة الطاقة بحرص أكبر و ربطها بتكلفة
الإنتاج والعمل على خفض هذة التكلفة لكل وحدة منتج والتى تعرف بالكثافة النوعية
للطاقة
تؤكد م. وفاء إسماعيل رئيس
قطاع الطاقة بالمكتب ان إدارة المكتب ساعدت وبقوه في نشر مفهوم الإدارة الشاملة
للطاقة والذى يقدم اقتراحات محددة ومشروعات قابله للتنفيذ ، ومن أهم المشروعات
التي تم تطبيقها تزويد أفران صهر السيليكات بمبادلات حرارية لتسخين هواء الاحتراق
ادى إلى خفض استهلاك الوقود بما يعادل 660000 ألف جنية سنويا واستبدال ولاعات
تشغيل الجلفنه بولاعات ذاتية الاسترجاع الحراري حقق وفر500000 جنيها من
الطاقة المستهلكة، هذا
بالإضافة إلى استبدال المحركات التقليدية بمحركات عالية الكفاءة بوفر 338000
جنيها و تغيير اللمبات الصوديوم منخفضة الكفاءة بلمبات ليد عالية
الكفاءة وبنسبة وفر تصل إلى 80 % من الطاقة المستهلكة فى الإضاءة تعادل
360500 جنيه ، بالإضافة إلى تحسين كفاءة الإضاءة
وزيادة عدد ساعات التشغيل ، ومن أجدى المشروعات التى تم
تنفيذها بقطاع الصناعات المعدنية استبدال أفران الصهر المفتوحة بأفران
محكمه تعمل بالغاز المسال والتى حققت وفرا ماديا يعادل 600000 جنية سنويا نتيجة
الوفر فى الطاقة الكهربائية المهدرة بالإضافة إلى تحسين بيئة العمل ، هذا
بالإضافة إلى تطوير نظام البخار والاستفادة من متكثفات البخار فى بعض العمليات
الصناعية تحقيق وفر في الوقود المستهلك قارب على 450000 جنية ووفر في المياه يعادل
1100 م3 ،و خفض الكيماويات المستخدمة فى معالجة المياه .
ومن التكنولوجيات المقترحة فى
الدراسات المقدمة للشركات بهدف الوفر فى استهلاكات الطاقة تحسين نظم
العزل لعدد 11 شركة , ورفع كفاءة الاحتراق بالوحدات الحرارية لأكثر من 25
شركة ، وتطبيق تكنولوجيا استرجاع حرارة العادم لعدد18شركه وتحويل الوقود المستخدم
إلى الغاز الطبيعى لأكثر من 30 شركة ، كل المؤشرات البيئيه لها تؤكد تحقيق خفض
سنوى فى كميات ثانى أكسيد الكربون المسئول عن ظاهرة الإحتباس الحرارى ، كالتزام
علي القطاع الصناعي محليا ودوليا.

Dr. Sherif Al-Gabali, head of the Steering Committee of Environmental Compliance office and
Sustainable Development, Federation of Egyptian Industries, said that ECO is
implementing energy review programs and preparing studies to examine ways of
rationalizing them, practical studies supported by soft loans up to 7 million
pounds with administrative expenses of 3.5 percent In accordance with the
proposed technical study, in cooperation with the with Egyptian Environmental
Affairs Agency and participating banks, to facilitate the effective application
of the results of studies that help companies cope with energy increase in
prices, reduce the cost of production, increase competitiveness in local and
international markets, via reducing the cost of energy consumed.
Eng. Ahmed Kamal, Executive Director of the ECO ,
Environmental Compliance Office , said that the Office's record includes the
preparation of studies and technical solutions to more than 530 industrial
establishments in more than 12 industrial sectors according to the work plan of
the Office to provide technical support to the various industrial sectors in
addition to funding and support investments of more than 95 projects in the
field of improving Energy consumption efficiency, has achieved economic outcome
and savings up to 40 million pounds annually and a recovery time for
investments less than 5 years, in light of increasing international competition
pressures that require compliance with international standards in this regard.
It should be noted that the rise in energy prices locally led
to an increase in the cost of the product price, while the consumption of the
industrial sector of electric power equivalent to 27 percent of total
electricity consumption.
In Egypt
Eng. Wafa Ismail, head of the energy sector in ECO, said that
the management of the office helped to spread the concept of comprehensive
energy management, which offers specific proposals and projects that can be
implemented.
One of the most important
projects that have been implemented is to supply silicate furnaces with heat
exchangers to heat the combustion air, Annually, replacement of galvanized
lighters with self-recovery pulses, saving 500 000 pounds of energy consumed, in
addition to replacement of conventional engines with high efficiency motors, saving
LE 338,000, changing low-efficiency sodium lamps with high-lead bulbs, the
efficiency of the lighting and the increase in the number of working hours, and
the most efficient projects implemented in the metal industry, the replacement
of open smelting furnaces with gas-fired gas kilns, which achieved a material
savings equivalent to 600,000 LE per year as a result of the savings in wasted
electricity and the improvement of the working environment, in addition to the
development of the steam system and the use of condensate steam in some
industrial processes to achieve savings in fuel consumed about 450,000 pounds
and savings in water equivalent to 1100 Cubic m , decreased chemicals used in
water treatment.
Among the technologies proposed in the studies submitted to
companies for the purpose of saving energy consumption are improving the
insulation systems of 11 companies, raising the combustion efficiency of the
thermal units of more than 25 companies, applying the exhaust heat recovery
technology for 18 companies and converting the fuel used to natural gas to more
than 30 companies.Confirm achievement of an annual reduction in the amount of
carbon dioxide responsible for the phenomenon of global warming, as a
commitment to the industrial sector domestically and internationally.
