يتم تنفيذ مشروع الابتكار الزراعي المنفذ من قبل الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (جي اي زد) مصر نيابة عن الحكومة الألمانية بتمويل مشترك من قبل الوكالة السويسرية للتنمية وبالشراكة مع وزارة الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي الزراعية. ويتم تمويل مكون دمج استخدام الأراضي الزراعية ضمن برنامج (LAND-at-Scale) من قبل الوكالة الهولندية للمشاريع التنموية.
