وزير الصناعة والتجارة الخارجية،عن طرح 14 رخصة جديدة للأسمنت خلال الفترة
المقبلة، لكن الحكومة لن تكون ملتزمة خلال الرخصة بتوفير الطاقة للمصانع،
وإنما سيتم استيرادها عن طريق وزارة البترول بشكل فردي وبالأسعار العالمية،
موضحا أنه سيتم تحرير أسعار الطاقة لمصانع الأسمنت الحالية، بشكل متدرج
لتحقيق العدالة بين المصانع القائمة والجديد.
