انعقدت أمس الأحد الجمعية العامة العادية والجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة القابضة لكهرباء مصر برئاسة د. محمد شاكر وزير الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة .
استعرض م. جابر دسوقى رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة القابضة لكهرباء مصر تقريراً حول نقل أصول والتزامات محطات توليد كهرباء الخطة العاجلة الخاصة بمجابهة أحمال صيف 2015 إلى شركات الكهرباء التابعة طبقاً للنطاق الجغرافى لكل شركة .
أوضح جابر أن الإجراء يأتى في سبيل تحقيق رسالة الشركة من توفير طاقة كهربائية مستدامة من كافة المصادر لكافة العملاء وفقاً للمعايير العالمية وبأسعار تنافسية من خلال عمل مؤسسى يتبنى سياسات الجودة وللقضاء على عجز الطاقة المولدة ولتثبيت اركان الدولة حيث تم التعاقد على محطات الخطة العاجلة بقدرة 3632 م.و بقيمة تعاقدية 2724.28 مليون دولار في ديسمبر 2014 .
أضاف أن المحطات تتمثل في محطة غرب أسيوط قدرة 1000 ميجاوات ، محطة غرب دمياط قدرة 500 ميجاوات ، الوحدات المتنقلة قدرة 500 ميجاوات ، محطة شرم ـ الغردقة ـ بورسعيد، قدرة 672 ميجاوات ، محطة عتاقة قدرة 640 ميجاوات ، محطة المحمودية قدرة 320 ميجاوات.
جدير بالذكر أنه بتاريخ 27/9/2017 وافق مجلس الوزراء في جلسته رقم (90) على نقل أصول والتزامات محطات الخطة العاجلة إلى شركات إنتاج الكهرباء التابعة للشركة القابضة لكهرباء مصر طبقاً للنطاق الجغرافى لكل شركة.
وافقت الجمعية العمومية للشركة القابضة على نقل ارصدة الأصول والالتزامات الخاصة بمحطات الخطة العاجلة إلى شركات إنتاج الكهرباء التابعة طبقاً للنطاق الجغرافى الممثلة فى شركة الوجه القبلى لإنتاج الكهرباء، شركة شرق الدلتا لإنتاج الكهرباء، شركة القاهرة لإنتاج الكهرباء، شركة وسط الدلتا لإنتاج الكهرباء ، وإعتماد الأرصدة الإفتتاحية للمركز المالى للشركة القابضة لكهرباء مصر فى 1/7/2017 بعد فصل أرصدة الخطة العاجلة.
Ordinary General Assembly (EGM) and Extraordinary General Assembly of
Egypt Electricity Holding Company (EEHC) held Sunday under the chairmanship of
Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable EnergyChairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Electricity Holding
Company (EEHC), Eng. Jaber Desouki, reviewed the report on the transfer of the
assets and liabilities of the electricity generation plants of urgent plan which
amid meeting the 2015 summer loads to affiliated electricity companies
according to the geographic scope of each company
Jaber explained that this action comes in order to achieve the mission
of the company to provide sustainable electricity from all sources to all customers
in accordance with international standards and competitive prices through the
work of the institution adopts quality policies and to eliminate the deficit of
energy generated and to stabilize the pillars of the state, With a contractual
value of US $ 2724.28 million in December 2014
Jaber added that these stations are West Assiut station capacity of 1000 MW,
West Damietta station capacity of 500 MW, mobile
unit's capacity of 500 MW, Sharm station - Hurghada- Port Said, capacity of 672
megawatts, Ataqa capacity of 640 MW, Mahmoudiyah station capacity of 320 MW
It is worth mentioning that on 27/9/2017 the cabinet approved in its
session (90) the transfer of the assets and liabilities of the stations of the
urgent plan to the electricity production companies of the Holding Company for

General Assembly of the Holding Company approved the transfer of the
assets and liabilities of the stations of the urgent plan to the electricity
production companies affiliated with the geographic range represented by the
Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company, East Delta Electricity Production
Company, Cairo Electricity Production Company, Middle Delta Electricity
Production Company,. Approved too, opening balances of the financial position
of the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company on 1/7/2017 after the separation
process of the assets of the urgent plan
