في كتاب جديد يواكب الحدث الأهم في العالم حالياً، قمة المناخ في نسختها السابعة والعشرون ، COP 27 ، صدر قبل ساعات كتاب يحمل عنوان مصر الطريق إلي COP 27 توحيد العالم للتصدي لتغير المناخ،
كاتبته د. دنيا ربيع مفتش بيئي أول في هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، التابعة لوزارة الإسكان
والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، وترفع فيه شعار "معا لمدن خضراء مستدامة ..
معا لمستقبل أفضل".
قالت د. دنيا ربيع ، صاحبة
كتب سابقة معنية بالبيئة والتنمية المستدامة ، في كتابها الجديد ناقشت الكثير
من الأمور المهمة المتعلقة بمواجهة العالم كارثة تغير المناخ والتي تهدد أمنة الغذائي والمائي،
واقتصادة والصحة العامة للمجتمعات.
أضافت، الكتاب يشير إلي أن هذه
الكارثة تهدد بقاء الإنسانية ويؤكد علي أن قضية تغير المناخ باتت من القضايا
الحاسمة في عصرنا وان قمة المناخ التي جمعت قادة العالم تؤكد أننا أمام لحظة حاسمة
تتطلب تضافر الجهود الخلاقة لمواجهة تداعيات الآثار الناجة عن ظاهرة تغير المناخ،
كونها أصبحت أزمة واسعة النطاق ولم يسبق لها مثيل من حيث الحجم مع تغير أنماط
الطقس التي تهدد الإنتاج الغذائي وتؤدي إلي ارتفاع منسوب مياه البحر و زيادة خطر
الفيضانات الكارثية.
أشارت د. دنيا ربيع في كتابها
إلي أن التكيف مع هذه التأثيرات سيكون أكثر صعوبة ومكلفا في المستقبل إذا لم يتم
القيام باتخاذ خطوات استباقية جادة ، ما تسعي له مصر وأكد عليه الرئيس عبد
الفتاح السيسي ان قمة شرم الشيخ تسعي إلي نقل العهدات إلي "حيز التنفيذ"
وأن تعمل دول العالم المتقدم علي توفير الدعم المالي لإنقاذ الدول الفقيرة خاصة في
القارة الافريقية التي تقود مصر جهود حمايتها من الأضرار البيئية.

باريس، واستعرض نبذة عن أسباب وعوامل تغير المناخ وما هو تأثير تغير المناخ علي
مصر والعالم وتناول إجراءات التخفيف والتكيف لمواجهة تغير المناخ وناقش الآثار
المترتبة علي تنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف والتكيف وبناء وتنمية مدن مستدامة مرنة قادرة
علي الصمود، كما ناقش بإيجاز التمويل الأخضر.
