الجديدة والمتجددة في السوق
المصرية وقيدها بالبورصة المصرية قبل نهاية العام الجاري، وقالت مصادر حكومية إن
هناك مفاوضات جرت مؤخرًا مع إدارة البورصة لبحث إدراج هذه الشهادات في بورصة
المناخ، التي تغير اسمها مؤخرًا من سوق الكربون الطوعية، لتضم أدوات استثمارية
متنوعة، من بينها شهادات الطاقة المتجددة.
أوضحت المصادر أنه سيتم توجيه
حصيلة بيعها إلى تمويل مشروعات إنتاج الكهرباء من مصادر جديدة ومتجددة، بما
يتماشى مع التزامات مصر في خفض الانبعاثات وتعزيز التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر،
بحسب منصة “اقتصاد الشرق مع بلومبرج”.
تعد شهادات الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة أداة مالية تُثبت أن وحدة كهرباء تم إنتاجها من مصادر نظيفة ومتجددة، مثل الطاقة الشمسية أو الرياح، ويمكن تداولها وبيعها للشركات التي تحتاج إلى موازنة استهلاكها الكربوني. تُعد أداة مهمة في تحفيز التحول للطاقة المستدامة.
The
Electricity Regulatory and Consumer Protection Authority, affiliated with the
Ministry of Electricity, is working to launch the first program to issue new
and renewable energy certificates in the Egyptian market and list them on the
Egyptian Stock Exchange before the end of this year. Government sources stated
that negotiations have recently taken place with the stock exchange management
to discuss listing these certificates on the Climate Exchange, which recently
changed its name from the Voluntary Carbon Market to include various investment
instruments, including renewable energy certificates.
The sources
explained that the proceeds from the sale will be directed to financing
electricity generation projects from new and renewable sources, in line with
Egypt's commitments to reducing emissions and promoting the transition to a
green economy, according to the "Economy of the East with Bloomberg"
platform.
New and renewable energy certificates are a financial instrument that proves that a unit of electricity was produced from clean and renewable sources, such as solar or wind energy. They can be traded and sold to companies that need to offset their carbon consumption. They are an important tool in stimulating the transition to sustainable energy.
