This 2nd international
workshop is an academic collaborative effort between universities from Europe
and Egypt to develop models for new power generation from different renewable
energy resources. Also, provides a research in clean energy and environmental
studies to establish collaborative programs between academia and industry. The
workshop will facilitate the cooperation and discussion between the
participating academia and industry of national and international
representatives. This will provide a useful forum to exchange ideas and develop
effective collaboration programs between all participants
Objectives of
the Workshop
Develop curriculum courses for
undergraduate and graduate programs for Renewable Energy (RE) in Egyptian
universities
Establish long term R&D programs
in renewable energy generation between national and international universities
Establish R&D programs between
USA and Egypt to develop advanced models for different power generation systems
from several renewable energy sources
Establish a new center of excellence
for RE technology in Egypt, including advanced laboratories for under graduate
teaching and graduate research projects, to be a model of adoption for
international institutes
Establish a new digital library for
electrical, electronics and mechanical engineering
