تنمية واستخدام الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة عن عقد ورشة عمل بالتعاون مع الوكالة
الدولية للطاقة المتجددة IRENA للتدريب
علي استخدام برنامج مستكشف البرامج Project Navigator، منصة إليكترونية مجانية علي الموقع
الإلكترونى للوكالة، تحتوي علي الأدوات والمعلومات العملية والخطوط الإرشادية التي
تمكن المستثمرين والشركات المركبة لأنظمة الطاقة المتجددة من إعداد مقترحات
لمشروعات طاقة متجددة مقبول بنكياً Bankable RE Project بناءاً على جدواها الفنية وقدرتها على
استعادة الاستثمارات الرئيسية وتحقيق عائدات جاذبة تحتوي المنصة الإلكترونية
للبرنامج علي الخطوط الإرشادية لمشروعات الطاقة المتجددة، كما تقدم العديد من
دراسات الحالة لدراسات بنكية لتمويل عدد من أنواع مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة
تحتوي المنصة الإلكترونية علي
العديد من الأدوات والنماذج التي يمكن استخدامها، وهو ما يسهل علي المستثمرين
الحصول علي تمويلات لمشروعات الطاقة المتجددة ويؤدي إلي توجيه الإستثمارات إلي
قطاع الطاقة المتجددة، وتعزيز الخطط الوطنية لزيادة مشاركتها في مزيج الطاقة.
شارك فى جلسة العمل أكثر من ستين متخصص من
ممثلى القطاع الخاص، وشركات التوزيع، ورواد الأعمال، وكذلك طلاب السنوات النهائية
بكليات الهندسة المتخصصين فى علوم الطاقة المتجددة.
تهدف وزارة الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة
ممثلة في هيئة الطاقة المتجددة من استغلال البرنامج التدريبي في نشر الوعي لدي
العاملين في مجال الطاقة المتجددة من مصنعين ومركبين للأنظمة ومستثمرين، وتعريفهم
بآليات استخدام هذا البرنامج وبما يتيح للعاملين في هذا المجال القدرة علي الحصول
علي تمويلات بنكية لمشروعات الطاقة المتجددة، خاصة في ظل وجود فرص هائلة للمشروعات
الصغيرة والمتوسطة أعلي أسطح المباني السكنية، والمصانع والقري السياحية باستخدام
نظام صافى القياس Net
Metering والذى
يعتمد على إجراء مقاصة بين ما يستهلكه من الشبكة وما ينتجه من نظام الخلايا
الشمسية حتى قدرة 20 م.و.، فضلا عن الفرص الهائلة المتعلقة باستخدام الطاقة
الشمسية في أنظمة الري وضخ المياه، ما سيؤدي إلي إحداث طفرة نوعية في نشر استخدام
الطاقة المتجددة علي المستوي الوطني.
ستقوم هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، بعقد
عدة دورات تدريبية علي ذات البرنامج لمركبي أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الصغيرة
والمتوسطة والذين يتجاوز عددهم 200 شركة مؤهلة، بهدف نشر الوعي لدي هذه الشركات
وخلق كوادرمدربة وقادرة علي إعداد مقترح مشروعات طاقة متجددة مقبولة تمويلياً
وبنكياً وإيجاد فرص عمل لدى قطاعات الشباب ورواد الأعمال، ومن ناحية أخرى رفع
مستوى جودة دراسة وتنفيذ المشروعات.
Dr. Mohammed Al Khayat, Executive Chairman of Development
and Use of New and Renewable Energy Authority, held a
workshop in cooperation with the International Agency for Renewable Energy
(IRENA) for the use of the program "Project Navigator", a free
electronic platform on the Agency's website containing tools, practical
information and guidelines that enable Investors and companies involved in
renewable energy systems to prepare proposals for renewable energy projects,
Bankable RE Project based on their technical feasibility and their ability to
restore major investments and generate attractive returns.
Program including
guidelines for renewable energy projects, and offers several case studies for
bank studies to finance a number of types of renewable energy projects
Platform contains many
tools and models that can be used, making it easier for investors to obtain
financing for renewable energy projects, directing investments to the renewable
energy sector and strengthening national plans to increase their participation
in the energy mix.
More than 60
specialists from the private sector, distribution companies and entrepreneurs
participated in the working session, as well as students of the final years of
engineering colleges specialized in renewable energy sciences.
Ministry of
Electricity and Renewable Energy represented by the Renewable Energy Authority
aims to exploit the training program in raising awareness among the employees
in the field of renewable energy from manufacturers , systems integrators and
investors and to familiarize them with the mechanisms of using this program,
thus enabling the workers in this field to obtain bank financing for renewable
energy projects, Especially in the presence of huge opportunities for small and
medium enterprises of the roof tops of residential buildings, factories and
tourist villages using net metering system Net Metering, which depends on a
clearing between the consumption of the network and the production system of
solar cells capacity till 20 MW, as well as the tremendous opportunities
related to the use of solar energy in irrigation water pumping systems, which
will lead to a quantum leap in the deployment of renewable energy use at the
national level.
The new and renewable
energy authority will hold several training courses on the same program for the
solar collectors of small and medium solar systems of more than 200 qualified
companies, in order to raise awareness of these companies and create skilled
workers able to prepare a proposal of renewable energy projects acceptable
financing from banks and job creation in the youth sectors and entrepreneurs,
on the other hand to raise quality of the study and implementation of projects.
