رأس الأحد الماضي د. محمد شاكر وزير الكهرباء
والطاقة المتجددة إجتماع الجمعية العامة العادية عن نشاط الشركة المصرية لنقل
الكهرباء خلال الفترة من 1/7/2017 حتى 30/6/2018، بحضور أعضاء الجمعية العامة
للشركة ومجلس إدارة الشركة،
تم خلال الإجتماع إعتماد عدد من القرارات
المتعلقة بإقرار الميزانية العامة للشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء للعام المالى
2017/2018 تشمل:
1- المصادقه على تقرير مجلس إدارة الشركة
المصـرية لنقل الكهرباء عن نشاط الشــركة عن الفترة من 1/7/2017 إلى 30/6/2018.
2- النظر فى تقرير السادة مراقبى الحسابات عن
القوائم المالية للشركة
فى 30/6/2018 والحسابات الختامية عن المدة من
1/7/2017 إلى 30/6/2018.
3- المصادقة على القوائم المالية والحسابات
الختامية للعام المالى 2017/2018."
4- تفويض مجلس إدارة الشركة المصرية لنقل
الكهرباء فى صرف حافز تحقيق الاداء للعاملين بالشركة عن العام المالى 2017/2018.
استعرض د. شاكر الجهود التى يبذلها قطاع
الكهرباء لدعم شبكة النقل على الجهود المختلفة لتحسين كفاءة الشبكة وتقليل الفقد
لتكون قادرة على استيعاب القدرات المضافة من محطات التوليد وضمان الاستدامة ، مما
يدل علي وجود رؤية متفائلة لمستقبل قطاع الطاقة، وتحسين كفاءة الطاقة ، والحرص على
تنوع مصادر الطاقة سواء من مصادر متجددة أو فحم أو نووى مؤكداً على نجاح القطاع
أوضح جارى العمل على قدم وساق لتنفيذ مشروعات
تدعيم شبكة النقل سواء من خلال إنشاء خطوط نقل كهرباء حديثة أو تدعيم خطوط أوإنشاء
محطات محولات جديدة أو توسعات لمحطات محولات موجودة بالفعل، خاصة لتدعيم شبكات نقل
الكهرباء بالصعيد والمحافظات الأكثر احتياجاً.

Sunday Dr. Mohamed Shaker Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy headed
Ordinary General Assembly meeting on activities of the Egyptian Company for
Electricity Transmission during the period from 1/7/2017 until 30/6/2018, in
the presence of the members of the General Assembly of the Company and the
Board of Directors
During
the meeting, a number of decisions were adopted concerning the approval of the
general budget of the Egyptian Company for Electricity Transmission for the
fiscal year 2017/2018, including:
1-
Approving the report of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Company for
Electricity Transmission on the company's activity for the period from 1/7/2017
to 30/6/2018.
2.
Consideration of the report of the auditors of the Company's financial
statements
On
30/6/2018 and final accounts for period from 1/7/2017 to 30/6/2018.
3 -
Approval of the financial statements and final accounts for the financial year
2017/2018.
4 -
Support the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Company for the transfer of
electricity in paid incentive of achieved performance of the company's
employees for the financial year 2017/2018.
Dr.
Shaker praised the efforts made by the electricity sector to support the
transport grid in various efforts to improve the efficiency of the network and
reduce the losses to be able to absorb the added capacity of the generation
plants and ensure sustainability, indicating an optimistic vision for the
future of the energy sector, Improving energy efficiency and ensuring the diversity
of energy sources from Renewable sources, or coal or nuclear,
stressing the success of the sector
Minister
had explained that work is under way to implement projects to strengthen the
transport grid, either through the establishment of modern electricity
transmission lines or the consolidation of lines or the establishment of new
transformer stations or expansion of existing transformer stations, especially
to strengthen electricity transmission networks in the south and the provinces
most in need.
