في كلمتها أمام المشاركين بالمؤتمر العالمي لصندوق المناخ الأخضر بكوريا الجنوبية، علي ضرورة دمج الشباب والأطفال لبناء
جيل واعي وقادر علي التصدي لأثار التغيرات المناخية
أشارت فؤاد إلي أن التحول الحقيقي
يتطلب تغيير الفكر الي الإستثمار في البيئة وإشراك الشباب والأطفال لبناء جيل واعي وقادر للتصدي لتغير المناخ في مختلف الأماكن وعلي المستوي
المحلي وأهمية ذلك تكمن في إستخدام عادل للموارد الطبيعية والتي من الضروري
النظر إليها بطريقة شمولية تربط تغير المناخ لإستدامة إستخدام الموارد وقدرة إستخدام الأراضي وكفاءة إستخدام المياة في موضوع مثل الأمن الغذائي
حيث تأتي أهمية الشمولية والتكامل في حسن إستخدام الموارد المالية.
أضافت وزيرة البيئة أن مصر ضمن أهم
الدول التي ستتأثر بتغير المناخ ومن الضروري النظر في رفع عدد مشروعات التكيف ليس لمصر فقط بل للدول النامية ككل، وهناك واجب هام يجب ان يقوم به
الصندوق.
وقالت ياسمين فؤاد أن مصر
وضعت في أولويات عمل المرحلة القادمة عدة قطاعات الصحة، التعليم والنقل كلها
ذات صلة بتغير المناخ وتستطيع الشراكة مع سكرتارية الصندوق بدعم تلك القطاعات من أجل تحسين نوعية حياة المواطن وبناء انسان مصري قادر علي
التصدي لأثار تغير المناخ.
إفتتح أعمال المؤتمر الذي انطلق اليوم بالعاصمة
الكورية رئيس صندوق المناخ الأخضر بحضور نحو 40 وزير ممثلين عن الدول الأعضاء بالصندوق.

Fuad , Enviroment Minister , said in a speech to the participants of the World Conference of the Green
Climate Fund in South Korea there is a need to integrate young people and children to
build a generation conscious able to address the effects of climate change
Fuad pointed out that real transformation requires changing mind to invest in the environment and involve young people and children to build a generation capable of addressing climate change in different places and at the local level and the importance of this is in the equitable use of natural resources, which need to be viewed in a holistic manner linking climate change to sustainable use of resources Land use and water-use efficiency on such issues as food security, where the importance of inclusiveness and complementarily in good use of financial resources is important

Minister added that Egypt
is among most important countries that will be affected by climate change. Add it
is necessary to consider raising the number of adaptation projects not only for
Egypt,
but for developing countries as a whole
She
said that Egypt
has prioritized the work of the next phase. Including sectors of health,
education and transport are all related to climate change and can partnership
with the secretariat of the Fund support these sectors in order to improve the
quality of life of citizens and build an Egyptian human being capable of coping
with the effects of climate change. Conference, which opened today in the
Korean capital, was opened by the President of the Green Climate Fund, in the
presence of about 40 ministers representing the member countries of the Fund
