لتأسيس شركة لتطوير و إنتاج الطاقة الشمسية
وقعت شركة إنارة للطاقة و الاستثمار الصناعي المتخصصة في مجال تطوير مشروعات توليد
الطاقة، إتفاق شراكة مع شركة كلين ماكس سولار الهندية الرائدة في مجال الطاقة
الشمسية لتأسيس شركة مناصفة بينهما تتخصص في تطوير مشروعات الإنتاج المستقل للطاقة
الشمسية للقطاعين التجاري والصناعي وتهدف الشراكة لتطوير مشروعات من شأنها أن تسهم
في توليد 200 ميجا وات خلال الثلاث سنوات المقبلة.

الإتفاق تتويجا للإنجازات التي حققتها و تنوي تحقيقها مجموعة إنارة في السوق
المصرية مدعومة بشبكة قوية من المنظمات الشريكة المحلية والدولية اعتمادا على
خبراتها المتعمقة بالسوق المصرية حيث ساهمت إنارة للطاقة و الاستثمار الصناعي في
إنجاز 3 مشروعات طاقة شمسية بقدرة اجمالية ١٨٠ ميجاوات و حيث ان شركة انارة
كابيتال للاستثمار (و هي احدي شركات مجموعة انارة) في صدد تطوير مشاريع طاقة شمسية
و طاقة رياح في الأسواق الناشئة بقدرة ١ جيجا وات حتي عام ٢٠٢٠ و كما تتيح إنارة
لخدمات الطاقة المتجددة (احدي شركات مجموعة انارة) الفرصة أمام مطوري المشروعات والمقاولون
إمكانية إستخدام الشبكة الواسعة لإنارة من مقدمي الخدمات والمتعهدين ومديري
العمليات والصيانة في كل من القاهرة وأسوان والإستفادة منها من خلال الحصول على
الخدمات بأسعار تنافسية ووفقا للمعايير الدولية .

يسهم في تعظيم عمليات تمويل وتطوير وإدارة الأصول والمنشآت الخاصة بتوليد الطاقة
المتجددة والتي تقدمها الشركة، خاصة وأن إنارة شريك لعدد من التحالفات الخاصة
بإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وتعمل على تقديم
الخدمات الإستشارية للمستثمرين المهتمين بهذا القطاع الهام .

ENARA Energy and Industrial Investment Signs an Agreement
with the Indian CleanMax Solar Company to Establish a new Company for the Development
and Generation of Solar Energy
ENARA Energy and Industrial Investment, specialized in solar energy generation projects, signed a partnership agreement with the Indian CleanMax Solar Company, a leading company in the field of solar energy, to establish a company co-owned by the two parties specialized in independent solar energy generation projects for commercial and industrial sectors. The partnership aims to develop projects that would contribute to the generation of 200 megawatt during the coming three years.

The agreement culminates past and current
achievements made by ENARA group in the Egyptian market supported by a strong
network of collaborating organizations locally and internationally and building
on their long-standing expertise in the Egyptian market. ENARA Energy and
Industrial Investment contributed to the development of three solar energy
projects with total capacity of 180 megawatt. At the same time, ENARA Capital
Investment (a subsidiary of ENARA group) is currently developing solar and wind
energy projects in the emerging markets with capacity of one gigawatt by 2020.
ENARA for Renewable Energy (a subsidiary of ENARA group) enables project
developers and contractors to use ENARA’s wide network of service providers,
contractors, operation and maintenance managers in Cairo
and Aswan

Emirati market with private sector companies, and added that Cleanmax Solar is
