تضمنت فعاليات اليوم الثانى للدورة السادسة لمؤتمر التعاون
العربى الصينى في مجال الطاقة تحت شعار "حزام واحد، طريق واحد: فرص استثمارية
واعدة " والمنعقد بالقاهرة خلال الفترة من 5 إلى 7 نوفمبر الجارى .
أوضح د. محمد موسى عمران وكيل أول الوزارة للبحوث والتخطيط
ومتابعة الهيئات خلال اليوم الثانى للمؤتمر ، تضمن عقد عدة جلسات حوارية تضمنت عدد
من الموضوعات حول الكهرباء والربط الكهربائي ،الطاقة المستدامة، والاستخدامات
السلمية للطاقة النووية.
عرضت جامعة الدول العربية ورقة علمية حول الاستراتيجية العربية
للطاقة المستدامة 2030 ، والسوق العربية المشتركة للكهرباء.
عرضت وزارة الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة المصرية رؤية مصر حول
الربط الكهربائي ومدى اهتمام الدولة لمشروعات الربط لتصبح مصر مركز إقليمى لتبادل
الطاقة مع أوروبا والدول العربية والأفريقية.
عرض الجانب الصينى عدد من الأوراق العلمية حول تعزيز مرونة
الطاقة لملائمة مختلف الطاقات المتجددة ، وبناء الطريق والحزام لتعزيز
التعاون في مجال الطاقة ، فضلاً عن صناعة الطاقة في الصين
أستعرض الجانب الصينى أيضاً خلال الجلسات ، مجالات
التعاون العربي الصيني وفرص التعاون في مجال الطاقة المتجددة مستقبلا.
جري استعراض التحديات التي تواجه قطاع الكهرباء في السودان ، ووضع
الطاقة في فلسطين واستراتيجية سلطة الطاقة الفلسطينية ، والسيناريوهات المتعددة
لتطبيقات صناعة الطاقة، أستعرض الجانب المغربى الاستراتيجية المغربية للطاقة ،
وأيضاً نظرة شاملة عن قطاع الكهرباء بالجزائر. جري عرض الاستخدامات السلمية للطاقة
النووية ، والحل المتكامل من الهيئة الوطنية الصينية للطاقة النووية ،
والتعاون العربي الصيني في مجال الطاقة الذرية ، والقوة الدافعة لتطوير
الاقتصاد والطاقة المستدامة ، بالإضافة إلى التجربة المصرية في مجال الاستخدامات
السلمية للطاقة النووية .
شارك فى المؤتمر عدد من الوفود الرسمية للدول العربية والمؤسسات
الحكومية ذات الصلة والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والمراكز المعنية والمعاهد
الأكاديمية ومعاهد البحوث والشركات العاملة في مجال الطاقة من الجانبين
المصرى والصينى بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من المستثمرين العرب والصينين.
As part of the second day of the 6th session of the Arab-China Cooperation Conference on Energy under the theme "One Belt, One Way: Promising Investment Opportunities" held in Cairo from November 5 to 7
Dr. Mohammed
Musa Omran, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Research, Planning and
Follow-up of the bodies during the second day of the conference, refered to a
number of discussions including a number of topics on electricity, electricity
connectivity, sustainable energy and peaceful uses of nuclear energy
Arab League
States presented a paper on the Arab Strategy for Sustainable Energy 2030 and
the Arab jioned Market for Electricity
Egyptian
Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy presented Egypt's vision on the
electric linkage and the extent of the state's interest in the interconnection
projects to become a regional energy exchange center with Europe, Arab and
African countries
Chinese side
introduced a number of papers on enhancing energy flexibility to suit various
renewable energies, building the road and belt to promote energy cooperation,
as well as China's energy industry
During the
meetings, Chinese side also reviewed areas of Arab-Chinese cooperation and
opportunities for future renewable energy cooperation
Discussions
papers included , Challenges facing the electricity sector in Sudan, the status
of energy in Palestine, the strategy of the Palestinian Energy Authority, and
the various scenarios of the applications of the energy industry were reviewed.
Moroccan
side reviewed the Moroccan energy strategy, as well as an overview of the
electricity sector in Algeria. Peaceful use of nuclear energy, integrated
solution of the China National Nuclear Energy Authority, the Arab-China
cooperation in the field of atomic energy, the driving force for developing the
economy and sustainable energy, as well as the Egyptian experience in the
peaceful uses of nuclear energy was presented.
Arab-China
Cooperation Conference on Energy ,was attended by a number of official
delegations from Arab countries, relevant governmental institutions,
international and regional organizations, concerned centers, academic
institutes, research institutes and energy companies from the Egyptian and
Chinese sides as well as a group of Arab and Chinese investors
