اليوم ، لتشجيع الاستثمارات في تطبيقات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة استخدام الطاقة في قطاع

للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة (RCREEE) وم. محمد هشام درويش
وكيل أول وزارة الإسكان ورئيس قطاع التشييد والعلاقات الخارجية بتوقيع اتفاقية
تعاون لتسهيل التعاون بين الطرفين في مجال البحث وبناء القدرات والمساعدة الفنية
والتقنية فيما يخص تطبيقات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة في قطاع البناء والتشييد
للمحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية مع الحماية العامة للبيئة.
علي إثر اتفاقية
التعاون الجديدة سوف يعمل المركز علي تقديم الدعم الفني من خلال خبرائه لفريق عمل
الوزارة في مجالي الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة فيما يخص قطاع البناء والتشييد.
سيتولي الطرفان مشروعات مشتركة قابلة للتمويل من قبل الجهات
المانحة، والتعاون مع كافة الأطراف الوطنية المعنية على وضع وتنفيذ ومتابعة سياسات
واستراتيجيات وخطط عمل تطبيقات ومشروعات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة في قطاع
البناء والتشييد وبما يتوافق مع أولويات مصر.
يسعي المركز والوزارة
سوياً من خلال هذه الاتفاقية الي تشجيع القطاع الخاص في الاستثمار بمجال مشروعات
الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة في قطاع البناء والتشييد بجمهورية مصر
العربية. خاصةً وأن استخدام الطاقة في قطاع البناء والتشييد يمثل حوالي 40% من
إجمالى الطاقة الكهربائية المستهلكة محلياً.
إضافةً فمن المتوقع
ان يرتفع الطلب علي الطاقة في قطاع البناء بنسبة 50% بحلول عام 2050 في ظل تزايد
عدد السكان والنمو السريع في القوة الشرائية في مصر.

المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة منظمة حكومية دولية ذات صفة دبلوماسية ترمي
إلى تفعیل وزیادة الاستفادة من ممارسات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة في المنطقة
العربیة. یسعى فریق المركز بالتعاون مع الحكومات الإقلیمیة والمنظمات
الدولية لبدء وتوجیه حوارات سیاسة الطاقة النظیفة واستراتیجیاتها وتقنیاتها
وتطویر قدراتها لزیادة حصة الدول العربیة من طاقة الغد.
Building
capacity of local construction sector in renewable energy and energy efficiency
Cairo, Today, In order to Encouraging investments in
renewable energy and energy efficiency applications in the construction sector,
furthermore aiming to conserving natural resources while protecting the
environment, RCREEE Executive Director, Dr. Ahmed Badr and First Undersecretary
of the Ministry of Housing and Head of Construction and External Relations,
Eng. Mohamed Hesham Darwish, signed a new cooperation agreement. The agreement
facilitates the two parties’ efforts in research, capacity development and technical
assistance for renewable energy and energy efficiency applications in the
construction sector.
Accordingly, RCREEE will provide
technical support through its experts to the Ministry's team in the areas of
renewable energy and energy efficiency in the construction sector. The two
parties will also jointly undertake funded projects. Besides, the agreement
encourages cooperation with all relevant national stakeholders to develop,
implement and follow up policies, strategies and action plans for renewable
energy and energy efficiency applications in the construction sector in line
with Egypt’s priorities
This agreement reflects RCREEE and
the Ministry efforts to encourage private sector investments in renewable
energy and energy efficiency projects in the construction sector in Egypt. The
topic gained a lot of attention specially that the use of energy in the
construction sector in Egypt represents about 40 percent of the total
electricity consumed locally. In addition, the demand for energy in the
construction sector is expected to increase by 50 percent by 2050 as population
growth and rapid growth in purchasing power
