في احتفال أقامه فندق
جى دبليو ماريوت بالقاهرة الجديدة لتدشين محطة الخلايا الضوئية لإنتاج الكهرباء من
الطاقة الشمسية كأول محطة للطاقة الشمسية يتم تنفيذها على أسطح فنادق القاهرة ،
وبمشاركة كل من د. رانيا المشاط وزيرة السياحة ود. ياسمين فؤاد وزيرة البيئة وراندا
أبوالحسن الممثل المقيم لبرنامج الأمم ا لمتحدة الإنمائى وتم تنفيذ المحطة بدعم
فنى ومالى من مشروع نظم الخلايا الشمسية المتصلة بالشبكة الذى ينفذه مركز تحديث
الصناعة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائى بتمويل من مرفق البيئة العالمى وتبلغ
القدرة الإجمالية للمحطة 150 كيلووات وتعد أول محطة للطاقة الشمسية يتم تنفيذها
على أسطح فنادق القاهرة.
أشار د.محمد شاكر وزير
الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة إلى الإجراءاتِ والسياساتِ الاصلاحية الى استطاع
قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة على خلفيةِ الاستقرار السياسي اتخاذها في إطار
استراتيجيةٍ جديدة تضمن تأمين الإمداداتِ والاستدامةِ والإدارةِ الرشيدة، وكان من
أهم ثمار هذه السياسات القضاء نهائياً على أزمة الانقطاع المتكرر للتيار الكهربائى
وتحقيق احتياطي ءامن من الطاقة الكهربائية. والتعاون مع أحد بيوت
الخبرة العالمية وضع استراتيجية للمزيج الأمثل فنياً واقتصادياً للطاقة فى مصر
(بترول ـ كهرباء) حتى عام 2035 تتضمن تعظيم مشاركة الطاقة المتجددة فى مزيج الطاقة
لتصل نسبتها إلى ما يزيد عن 42% بحلول عام 2035 ويتم حالياً إجراء
الدراسات اللازمة لزيادة هذه النسبة لتصل إلى 47 %.
فى الوقت نفسه يعمل
قطاع الكهرباء المصرى على تدعيم وتطوير شبكات النقل الكهرباء لاستيعاب القدرات
الكبيرة التى يتم إضافتها من المصادر الجديدة والمتجددة والاستفادة منها. حيث
انها تتوافق مع رؤية مصر 2030 فى مجال الطاقة. أكدت د. ياسمين فؤاد وزيرة البيئة
ان مكافحة ظاهرة التغير المناخي مسؤلية المجتمع ككل ووزارة البيئة ماهي الا منسق
وطني لجهود كل الاطراف ذات الصلة.

السياحة قدمت توجه الفنادق نحو استغلال الطاقة المتجددة كتوجه نحو السياحة الخضراء
المرتبطة بالاصلاح الهيكلي لقطاع سياحة مصر مؤخرا.
In a ceremony held by the JW Marriott Hotel in
New Cairo, launched photovoltaic plant to produce electricity from solar energy
as the first solar power plant to be implemented on the roofs of Cairo hotels.
In attendance of Dr. Rania Al Mashat Minister of Tourism ,Dr. Yasmin Fouad , Minister
of Environment and Randa Abulhassan, UNDP Resident Representative.
Plant was implemented with technical and
financial support from the Egypt - PV project which implemented by the Industry
Modernization Center with the United Nations Development Program funded by the
Global Environment Facility.
Total capacity of the plant is 150 kW, solar
energy is implemented on the roofs of Cairo hotels, for first time.
Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy,
Dr. Mohammed Shaker, pointed out that the electricity and renewable energy
sector in light of the political stability lead to framework of a new strategy
to secure supply, sustainability and good governance, power reserve.
In light of cooperate with one of the
international think tanks, develop a strategy for the optimal technical and
economic mix of energy in Egypt (electricity- oil) until 2035, which includes
maximizing the participation of renewable energy in the energy mix to reach more
than 42 percent by 2035, alongside with increase the percentage to 47 percent.
At the same time, the Egyptian Electricity
Sector is working to strengthen and develop electricity transmission networks
to accommodate large capacities that are being added from new and renewable
sources and to benefit from them. As it corresponds to the vision of Egypt 2030
in the field of energy
Dr. Yasmin Fuad , Environment Minister said
that the fight against climate change is the responsibility of society as a
whole and the Ministry of Environment is a national coordinator for the efforts
of all relevant parties.
Dr.Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Tourism, said
that hotels are geared towards using renewable energy as a route towards green
tourism linked to the structural reform of Egypt's tourism sector recently.
