لا ريب في أن المركبات الكهربائية «المركبات الخضراء» تعظم كفاءة
استخدام الطاقة بقطاع النقل والمواصلات في مصر باكثر من 50% وتساهم في خفض استهلاك
المنتجات البترولية والحماية البيئية بما لايقل عن 20 مليار دولار سنويا وبالرغم
من ذلك لايوجد ألية واضحة محفزة لترخيص تلك المركبات وعدم توافر نقاط شحن ولم يعلن
اي برنامج حكومي للتحول الي المركبات الخضراء حتى الآن... اوصي رئاسة الوزراء
والوزارات المعنية بالاستفادة من تجارب العديد من الدول الاوروبية والاسيوية
والعربية من خلال تصميم وتنفيذ برنامج قومي للتحول الي المركبات الخضراء «National Green Vehicles Program» لتوفير مليارات
الدولارات سنويا واعادة ضخ الوفورات في مسارات اخري تدعم الاقتصاد القومي وتخلق
فرص عمل جديدة... والله الموفق

There is no doubt that the electric
vehicles "green vehicles" maximize the efficiency of energy use in
the transportation sector in Egypt by more than 50 percent and contribute to
reducing the consumption of petroleum products and environmental protection at
least $ 20 billion annually, although there is no clear incentive mechanism for
licensing these vehicles and the unavailability of recharge points and no
government program has been announced for the transition to green vehicles so
far. Therefore, I recommend Prime Minister and the ministries to benefiting
from the experiences of many European, Asian and Arab countries through the
design and implementation of the National Green Vehicles Program and save
billions of dollars a year, and to re-pump those savings in other paths that
support the national economy and create new jobs ...
