والتنمية المستدامة باتحاد الصناعات المصرية ورشة عمل بعنوان "ترشيد استخدام
المياه وتحسين كفاءات الاستهلاكات في القطاع الصناعي" بالتعاون مع مشروع
الادارة المستدامة والمتكاملة للمياه ،
ومشروع ادارة مخاطر الجفاف وندرة المياه".
صرح د. شريف الجبلي – رئيس
لجنة تسيير مكتب الالتزام البيئي والتنمية المستدامة ( الصورة المرفقة ) أن ورشة العمل تأتي في أطار
دور مكتب الالتزام البيئي والتنمية المستدامة لدعم دور القطاع الصناعي الهام لتحقيق أهداف
التنمية المستدامة والتى تعمل كاطار شامل للتصدي لاهم التحديات في العالم.
ركزت الندوة على الهدف السادس والرامي الى ضمان
توافر المياه وخدمات الصرف الصحي للجميع ، وضرورة اعداد البرامج الاقتصادية ودعم
البنية التحتية. اضاف الجبلي يمكن تحقيق الهدف من خلال الحد من التلوث ووقف القاء
النفايات والمواد الكيماوية الخطرة وتقليل تسربها الى أدنى حد وزيادة أعادة
التدوير واعادة الاستخدمات المأمونة ،وزيادة كفاءات استخدام المياه في جميع
القطاعات.
لكي تستحقق الشركات أهداف
التنمية المستدامة يجب ان تركز على الاهداف الاكثر ملائمة لاعمالها وخلق القيمة
لتحقيق تلك الاهداف.
أشار الجبلي أن الاستخدام
الأمثل للموارد المائية يساهم فى تحقيق استراتيجية الصناعة من زيادة معدل النمو
الصناعى إلى 8% سنويا لمواجه قلة الموارد المتوقعة مقابل النمو المأمول في القطاع الصناعي.
وأن استراتيجية الدولة المصرية للتنمية المستدامة 2030 لدعم الاقتصاد وزيادة التنافسية
وخلق فرص عمل جديدة تتم من خلال عدد من المحاور الهامة منها تخفيض كثافة استخدام
المواد والطاقة والمياه فى الإنتاج الصناعي.
كما ذكر م. أحمد كمال عبد
المنعم أن مكتب الالتزام البيئي يشجع ويدعم المصانع المصرية للعمل بمبدأ الاقتصاد
الاخضر لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من أجل تعزيز القدرة التنافسية وتحسين الوضع
البيئي وترشيد الطاقة وتحسين كفاءة استخدام المياه بالمنشآت الصناعية وتطوير أدوات
وسياسات لتشجيع وتنظيم استخدام تقنيات وممارسات ترشيد استخدام المياه واعادة تدوير
مياه الصرف الصناعي وخفض استهلاكات المياه في المراحل الصناعية المختلفة ، وتقليل
نسب الاملاح والملوثات العضوية.
أكد كمال على ضرورة قيام
القطاع الصناعي العمل لخلق قيمة مضافة للمياه وتبني طرق غير تقليدية ومبتكرة
للعمليات الصناعية لتقليل استهلاك المياه. واشار الى ان تلك الممارسات من شأنها
تحقيق وفورات أقتصادية كبيرة للمنشآت الصناعية. وأشار ان امكانات توفير المياه في
الصناعة تصل الى 20% من اجمالي استخدامات المياه عن طريق العدادات والمحاسبة
الدقيقة، ومن 5 الى 25% توفير من
استخدامات المياه في المنشىآت الصناعية والتجارية عن طريق الاغلاق الذاتي لمصادر
المياه، اما النسبة الاكبر حوالي 80% عن طريق اعادة استخدام المياه.

ورشة العمل تأتي في اطار تعزيز نطاق التعاون الدولي ودعم بناء القدرات في البلدان
النامية في مجال الانشطة والبرامج المتعلقة بالمياه ،وكفاءة استخدام المياه ، وتكنولوجيات
اعادة التدوير. وقدمت عرض تعريفي عن مختلف التكنولوجيات المتاحة دوليا في مجال
ترشيد المياه وكفاءة استخدام المياه في القطاعات الصناعية المختلفة.
ذكرت م.سارة فتحي ، مهندسة
التنمية المستدامة بمكتب الالتزام البيئي أن الندوة ناقشت عدد من المقترحات لمعايير
اختيار الأدوات و السياسات لترشيد الاستهلاك مثل تغيير ثقافة الترشيد ورفع الوعي بضرورته ، وتوزيع
الأدوار ليس فقط على مستوى المنشآت, ولكن أيضاً على مستوى التجمعات الصناعية وعلى
المستوى الوطني / القومي، واستخدام الأدوات الاقتصادية.
إنشاء ميزة سوقية للأداء
المائي المتميز، ودعم الابتكار، دمج السياسات المائية في سياسات التنمية الصناعية ،
وتوسيع مسؤولية إدارة الموارد المائية على مستوى التجمعات الصناعية، إنشاء قاعدة
بيانات مشتركة للمياه الصناعية ومياه الصرف الصناعي ،ووضع خطط إدارة المياه كشرط
أساسي للحصول على تراخيص التشغيل
مع بناء منصة معرفة تضم
عناصر معلومات مختلفة تساعد بشكل مباشر المستشارين ومديري المنشآت الصناعية في رفع
كفاءة المنشآت الصناعية في استخدام المياه وتضم المتطلبات القانونية و إجراءات
سياسات إدارة المياه ، اعداد مواد التوعية بالبدائل عديمة أو قليلة التكلفة وتنفيذ
برامج تدريبية لتساعد المنشآت على التكيف مع السياسات ، توفير واتاحة المعلومات من
الدراسات والبحوث المتعلقة بكفاءة المياه ، وأفضل الممارسات الدولية، والمعايير
المحلية والدولية لاستخدام المياه قطاعياً، تصميم أدلة للصناعات عن طرق استخدام
المياه بكفاءة في الصناعة على المستوى المحلي ، وعرض قصص النجاح في هذا المجال.

Development, ECO, affiliated to
Federation of Egyptian Industries organized a workshop entitled
"Rationalizing water use and improving consumption efficiencies in the
industrial sector" in cooperation with the project of sustainable and
integrated water management and the project of managing the risks of drought
and water scarcity
Dr. Sherif El Gabaly Chairman of the Steering
Committee of Environmental Compliance office and Sustainable Development said,
workshop comes within the framework ECO to support the role of the industrial
sector to achieve sustainable development goals, which serves as a
comprehensive framework to address the most important challenges in the world
Workshop
focuses on the sixth objective of SDG ensuring the availability of water and
sanitation services for all, and the need to prepare economic programs and
support infrastructure. Goal can be achieved by reducing pollution, halting
hazardous waste and chemicals, minimizing leakages, increasing recycling, safe
reuse, and increasing water use efficiencies in all sectors
In order for companies to achieve sustainable
development goals, they must focus on the most appropriate goals for their
business and create value to achieve those goal
Al-Gabaly pointed out that the optimal use of
water resources contributes to the achievement of the industry strategy of
increasing the rate of industrial growth to 8 percent per year to face the lack
of resources expected against the expected growth in the industrial sector.
Strategy of the Egyptian State for Sustainable
Development 2030 to support the economy, increase competitiveness and create
new jobs is done through a number of important axes, including reducing the
intensity of the use of materials, energy and water in industrial
production
As stated by Eng. Ahmed Kamal Abdel Monem ( Photo ) ,

Director, that Environmental compliance office encourages and supports Egyptian
factories to work on the principle of green economy to achieve sustainable development
To improve competitiveness, environmental
status, rationalize energy, improve water use efficiency in industrial
facilities, developing tools and policies to promote and regulate the use of
water use rationalization techniques and practices, recycle industrial
wastewater, reduce water consumption in different industrial stages, reduce
salinity and organic pollutants
Eng. Kamal stressed the need for the industrial
sector to work to create added value for water and adopt unconventional and
innovative ways of industrial processes to reduce water consumption.
He pointed out that such practices would
achieve significant economic savings for industrial facilities. Add potential
of saving water in the industry reaches 20 percent of the total uses of water
through meters and precision accounting, and from 5 to 25 provision of water
uses in industrial and commercial establishments by self-closing of water
sources, the largest proportion of about 80 percent by re-use water
According to Dr. Maggie Kusida , workshop is
part of the promotion of international cooperation and support for capacity
building in developing countries in activities and programs related to water,
water efficiency and recycling technologies.
Presentation was made on the various
technologies available internationally in the field of water rationalization
and water-use efficiency in the various industrial sectors.

Said, workshop discussed a number of proposals for
selecting tools and policies to rationalize consumption, such as changing the
culture of rationalization and raising awareness of its necessity, distributing
roles not only at the level of enterprises, but also at the level of industrial
clusters and at the national level, and the use of economic instruments
Creating a market advantage for outstanding
water performance, supporting innovation, integrating water policies into
industrial development policies, expanding the responsibility of water resource
management at the level of industrial clusters, establishing a common database
of industrial water and industrial wastewater, furthermore developing water
management plans as a prerequisite
for obtaining operating licenses
With the development of a knowledge platform
that includes various information elements that directly assist consultants and
managers of industrial enterprises in upgrading the efficiency of industrial
enterprises in the use of water ,includes legal requirements and water
management policy procedures, preparation of low-cost or low-cost education
materials and training programs to help enterprises adapt policies, provision
and availability of information from studies, research on water efficiency,
international best practices, domestic and international standards for sectoral
water use, design of industry guides on efficient water use in industry at the
local level, and success stories in this area
