وقع د. محمد مصطفى الخياط الرئيس التنفيذى لهيئة تنمية وإستخدام
الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة مع شركة ليكيلا باور الانجليزية إتفاقية حق
الإنتفاع لإنشاء مشروع محطة إنتاج كهرباء من طاقة الرياح بقدرة 250 ميجاوات بنظام
البناء والتملك والتشغيل (BOO) فى منطقة خليج السويس.
أوضح د. الخياط أن التكلفة التقديرية للمشروع تبلغ حوالى 325
مليون دولار،وسيتم الاغلاق المالي فى سبتمبر ٢٠١٩ ، ومن المتوقع أن يتم
تشغيل المشروع في يونيو 2022.
أضاف من المتوقع أن يسهم هذا المشروع فى إنتاج طاقة تقدر
بحوالى مليار ك.و.س سنوياً، فضلا عن تحقيق وفر فى الوقود بنحو 420 ألف طن
بترول مكافئ، مما يسهم فى خفض معدل الانبعاثات بحوالى 1.1 مليون طن ثانى أكسيد
الكربون، بالإضافة إلى توفير الآلاف من فرص العمل المباشرة وغير المباشرة أثناء
وبعد تنفيذ المشروع،
بالإضافة إلي العائد من تلك المشروعات في توفير العديد من
فرص العمل المباشرة وغير المباشرة وتعزيز مشاركة المكون المحلي في معدات الطاقة
المتجددة علاوة علي خفض انبعاثات الغازات المسببة للإحتباس الحراري.
ويأتي هذا المشروع فى إطار جهود وزارة الكهرباء والطاقة
المتجددة لتنفيذ خطة القطاع الطموحة للوصول بنسبة مشاركة الطاقات المتجددة
إلى 20% بحلول 2022 وإلى أكثر من 42% بحلول عام 2035.
وجدير بالذكر د. مصطفى مدبولى رئيس الوزراء قد شهد توقيع
إتفاقية شراء الطاقة بين كل من الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء وشركة ليكيلا
باور الانجليزية .
المشروع نتاجاً لزيارة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى إلى بريطانيا
فى 2015 حيث تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم تتضمن إجراء الدراسات الخاصة بالمشروع ، وتم
التوقيع بالأحرف الأولى على اتفاقيـات المشروع مع ممثلـى شركة ليكيلا باور وافق
مجلس الوزراء بجلسته رقم (26) يناير 2019 على طلب شركة ليكيلا باور الإنجليزية
التوقيع النهائي والسير في إجـراءات التعـاقد على اتفاقيات المشروع .
Dr.
Mohamed Mostafa El Khayat, Chief Executive of the New and Renewable Energy Authority,
have signed right to use agreement to construction of a 250 MW wind power plant
in the Gulf of Suez with Lekela Power Company from England.
Dr.
Khayat said the estimated cost of the project is about 325 million dollars and
the financial closure will be in September 2019. Project is expected to be
operational in June 2022
The
project is expected to contribute about one billion kWh of energy per year, as
well as fuel savings of about 420,000 tons of oil equivalent, which will
contribute to reducing emissions by about 1.1 million tons CO2, Thousands of
direct and indirect employment opportunities during and after project
implementation
Furthermore
promote the participation of the local component in renewable energy equipment
as well as reducing greenhouse gas emissions
Project
comes within the framework of the efforts of the Ministry of Electricity and
Renewable Energy to implement the sector's ambitious plan to reach 20 percent
by 2022 and by more than 42 percent by 2035
It
should be noted that Prime Minister Dr. Mustapha Medbouli has witnessed the
signing of an energy purchase agreement between the Egyptian Electricity
Transmission Company and Lekela Power
This
project comes as a result of the visit of the President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi,
to Britain in the year 2015, where a memorandum of understanding was signed
including conducting the studies of the project. The project agreements were
initialed with representatives of Lekela Power Company. Cabient agreed on his
